Anyone else into Kopin (KOPN)? They are suppliers of displays and optical systems for the military, including FPV drone goggle displays for Unusual Machines (UMAC) who count several of the recent Drone Dominance Program Gauntlet 1 winners as customers (orders imminent). $41M private placement from Ondas, UMAC and Theon, $15M funding from the U.S. Army, orders from Lockheed Martin - quite a stack. I might do a brief write up on them in the next few days but I genuinely think there's gains to be had there over the next couple of years if you have the patience. Other than OPTT, the only penny stock I have my toes in but I'm yet to come across another investor.

I wrote a one pager on KOPN about a year ago for a stock evaluation course I took. I didn’t see the scalability or long-term growth I’ve noticed with other stocks. Solid stock, but I’m not investing in it.
Defense contracts are notoriously slow to convert to revenue, and KOPN's been trading in this range for years despite the pitch. What's actually changed in their pipeline that makes $2.60 the inflection point now versus the last few attempts at this narrative?

I’m on board with you! Everyone misunderstand $KOPN. $CPSH too, but $KOPN people really don’t seem to get. It takes time to make world class heads up displays THAT GET USED MY THE MILITARY! I hope that was emphatic enough ;)

It’s the kind of additive manufacturing they do. No one else really does what they do. $KOPN is a buy, hold, and forget about it. It’s actual manufacturing here in the U.S.! We are buying that too ;)
For those trading willing to do the work during these low volume days between now and the end of the year, you can really pick up some bargains where tax loss selling is hitting the stocks that have had a difficult year. Just because these stocks are down does NOT mean they are all bargains. But often times, the selling to book a tax loss has overwhelmed the potential buying to the point buyers back off until January when the selling for tax reasons STOPS. Things to check on is the WHY (s) the stock has sold off and been weak. Is it recent news? A recent capital raise? Balance sheet showing little cash and a capital raise becoming necessary? Reverse split? Nasdaq listing uncertainty? One stock I am looking at down here is Mawson ($MIGI). Horrible chart. A 1 for 20 Reverse Split done a few weeks ago (imagine how many investors dumped the stock for a tax loss then). Raised capital to maintain their Nasdaq listing (Listing confirmed this week). Now trading at $4.34, MIGI is a very undervalued AI infrastructure play that will probably get bought out at much higher prices in 2026. With over 140 Megawatts of available power and a market cap of less than $15 million, the chances are much greater for a rebound in January than any continued weakness. But, again, do your own due diligence and, at least, monitor the company news feed. There are a few other tickers to look at: $HIT, $SKYX, $LFMD $KOPN Good Luck in 2026

ONDS - drones just got a contract with ICE and maybe FBI (watch for dilutions) PATH - enterprise AI automation software - early yet but if AI shows profit it will be here OMEX - Marine drones that look for critical minerals in sea floor ( very small cap - speculative) KOPN - part of the drone supply chain focusing on optics …still micro cap but has deal with ONDS

It gave me the following tickers back then. RGTI, SERV, BEEM, KOPN, LTBR, AEHR and LTBR.
Already was in it, took advantage of the dip, and already sold off the higher shares. They could have waited to do the offering after they were already in the 4s, but I guess the exec’s wanted more bang for their buck. At least it now makes sense why they didn’t just wait another couple of weeks. A $3 stock with multiple government contracts for different things is a no brainer. If you like CPSH, look into KOPN too.
Time to take profit for EOSE and CLSK. Time to position BITF, GLDG, KOPN and CABA...

Been in KOPN since the drone companies invested. Just like I did with LPTH. If a popular drone company is telling you which supplier they are backing, believe them! Especially when it’s multiple of drone companies. It’s a neon sign for a picks and shovel play that multiple companies use. For KOPN, they also have military contracts. KOPN, I've posted it a few times in the Lounge but people just keep posting their pump and dump trash. KOPN develops micro OLED displays, drone controllers etc. Recently received investment from ONDAS and THEON. ONDAS is what really caught my eye and there will be a lot more to come between these two. Already has a relationship with the US D.O.D and was recently awarded US Army contracts. This is a good article to get started. KOPN. Think this has plenty of upside, got in around the 2.40-2.50 range but wouldn't be surprised to see this run to beyond $3 next week. Has gotten investments from THEON and ONDAS. Also recently got awarded a US Office of the Secretary of Defense $15.4 million contract. Fits in nicely to the drone/AI space and a lot more.
