LVWR, see you at 20! + that is all I have to say
Could LVWR become another GETY on Monday. With Fridays afterhours volume, it's looking like it will. Super low float (900k) and Harleys looking to make it work.

anywone know why LVWR soar from 1 to 8 in three weeks
And if you had posted that, instead of twitter links to a stock regular users here are very familiar with ( and some have likely lost money on ), the response would probably have been different. [Is There Still Juice Left in LiveWire After Last Week's 345% Gain?](https://moneymorning.com/2025/06/02/is-there-still-juice-left-in-livewire-after-last-weeks-345-gain/) "Electric motorcycle maker **LiveWire Group** ([LVWR](https://moneymorning.com/stocks/lvwr/)) was the best-performing stock on the market last week. Where the **S&P 500** added 1% over the last five days, the EV stock put on a clinic and roared ahead by 345%. There was no news to drive the gain and LiveWire reported dismal first quarter results at the start of the month, so there was no catalyst there to drive the stock higher. While just 8% of its 8.99 million shares outstanding were sold short, over 17 days to cover (anything over seven days is considered a lot) indicating last week's price action could have just been a classic short squeeze at play." That article suggests a short squeeze may have been the reason for the jump. Shorts got carried away and shorted it to $1 a share; then got caught. And that author's opinion of LVWR stock mirrors the opinions many hold here. So that's another explanation.

Likely they were downvoting your pump of LVWR warrants. The stock has risen from $1 to $6 since May 23, but not due to any announced news. LVWR themselves say it will be years before they can sell enough to become profitable.

What do y'all think of sending $LVWR to the MOON to troll Elon??
LVWR AuDC short… WBA GRAB MYTE long
I’ve had LVWR warrants for over a year hoping for a cashless exchange but it’s hung around .26-.40
At least for $LVWR it looks like they have less full-year revenue than last year and at the same time increased costs. At some point this market needs to get back to the fundamentals.
I commented two weeks about LVWR also having warrants at $0.25 range with shares over$10 and plenty of time left. I didn't get a reply. Seems like a good risk/reward on both unless there's something unusual about the terms of AEON or LVWR
This is the opposite of LVWR, which I've been watching. Shares at $10, warrants at $0.25, I can't figure out what I'm missing.
I'm trying to figure out why LVWR is at $10.85, but my LVWRWS are still at $0.24, down about 66% from my cost basis. The warrants are more liquid than most warrants, with about 50,000 traded each day. They used to track pretty closely to the commons. In July, the commons ran from $6 to $12, and the warrants went up from 0.25 to 0.65. On September 30th, the commons crashed back down to under $7. I'm not sure how to prove it statistically, but the warrants were almost deleting indicator of this, and were down to under 0.35 at that time. Since September, the commons and warrants have not been trading together. For the 6 weeks of October and into mid-November, the Commons were covered to over $9.50. The warrants continued to tumble during that time to 0.25. In December, the commons got over $11.50. The warrants also moved up, but only to 0.45, before sliding the whole month of January. While the common price stayed up for most of the month. I wasn't sure if maybe the warrant price was lower than the spike in July because there were a few less months remaining. 2 weeks ago, the commons went from 11.50 to under 10 on low volume. This caused the warrants to go from 0.30 to 0.25. Over the past week, Commons have come back to 10.75, but on low volume. Volume. Earnings was this morning. Price of Commons isn't moving. Warrants are not recovering at all, stuck at 0.25. I'm trying to see if there's something about the warrants that I'm not understanding, making them different from most others. Warrants at 0.25 with a few years left seem pretty low compared to a common that has been trading around 10 for most of the past year. I'm looking at this filing: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1898795/000119312523115472/d806742d424b3.htm It looks mostly normal to me. I don't see anything I would cause the value of the warrants to be so low. I see there is a cap of 0.361 shares per warrant on cashless exchange, but at 0.25 that would mean doing cashless exchange at under 1.00 per common, which seems pretty unlikely at this point. This is the only paragraph that I'm wondering if I'm not understanding correctly. """In addition, we have the ability to redeem the outstanding Public Warrants at any time after they become exercisable and prior to their expiration, at a price of $0.10 per Warrant if, among other things, the last reported sale price of our Common Stock equals or exceeds $10.00 per share (as adjusted for share subdivisions, share capitalizations, reorganizations, recapitalizations and the like). In such a case, the holders will be able to exercise their Warrants prior to redemption for a number of shares of Common Stock determined based on the redemption date and the fair market value of our Common Stock. The value received upon exercise of the Warrants (1) may be less than the value the holders would have received if they had exercised their Warrants at a later time where the underlying share price is higher and (2) may not compensate the holders for the value of the Warrants, including because the number of shares of Common Stock received is capped at 0.361 Common Stock per warrant (subject to adjustment) irrespective of the remaining life of the warrants.""" I understand the first sentence, they could buy out the warrants for 0.10. however, the rest of it sounds like a cashless exchange, and the 0.361 cap seems to me like it would only come into play if the price of the Commons was less than 2.77x the warrant price ($0.70 commons for $0.25 warrant price, $1.40 commons for $.50 warrants) What am I missing?

LiveWire Motorcycle (LVWR) \- Same sector as recent runners RIVN, TSLA, LCID, CVNA \- Small float, Harley Davidson owns 90% of the shares outstanding. Insider lockup agreements secure an additional \~8.5%. This means the float is effectively only around 450k shares \- >215% short borrow fee currently, with only around 2.7k shares available to short as of yesterday. \- De-SPAC that has not ran yet. Most of these former SPAC's run hard at least once \- lots of open interest on the call side of the option chain making this perfect for a gamma squeeze \- Big names behind the company, most famously "The Big Short" investor Micheal Burry. Warrants were 68 cents, up from 21 cents in April. Likely to drop after earnings but still surprising.
LVWR primed for squeeze with earnings tomorrow morning.
LVWR - huge % of float owned by HOG. Been watching this thing since DeSPAC. Has been on an absolute tear since announcement of new ceo/board/inclusion to Russell. Moves 10-20% on thousands of volume. It’ll move 30% if you fart on it. Any volume will send it. GETY - smaller position here. Fintel claims float is short 180% or some bogus number. Think there’s something screwy going on here. Ex meme stock. Ex Cramer pick. Probably one of the largest upside potentials out there based on previous run. BKSY - looking to break out pretty hard. Palantir has investment in them. They’ve been pulling in a lot of contracts and partnerships. Space/AI play.
Soooo many charts for Russell 3000 inclusions being set up at the top of their ranges. Either they are going to let them fly, or roast them. I’m going to make a lot of money or lose a lot in the next couple weeks. That being said - long LVWR, EVEX, GETY, SGHC, BKSY, AUR into next week. Let’s fuckin goooooooo
LVWR is super low float, I might buy in and catch a quick 5 - 10% 😎 or might hold tbh doesn’t seem like a bad play long term
Found a *seven year* lockup in the LVWR S-1. Is that the longest? iirc JOBY was three.
Well, I could have sold SKLZ for over $40.00 - and didn’t! But, right or wrong I do think some beaten down spacs do have a chance - at this point they are little more than lottos, and the warrants on some could explode - and having seen the share price and warrant action on some of the spacs I have no doubt that there was and will be manipulation - the key is to get out before the warrants are called - I made some money shorting the shares/warrants when it was clear they were going to be called, because they do their best to pin it to the $11.00 strike or whatever it is for that warrant, and they can’t call in the warrants until the shares have traded over $18.00 or whatever for 30 days or whatever. Then when they call them the share price dives - played that somewhat successfully with SOFI and ASLE. Actually, ASLE has some potential in the next 6-12 months. Here are some others - even if just one hits it can make up for all the others that don’t...... ARQQ SOFI KITT DNA EVTL LVWR Not an Analyst Not Investment Advice!😉
Anyone know what is going on with LiveWire ($LVWR)? After Bob Chapek got fired partly from trying to reduce Scarlett Johansson's paycheck by releasing Black Widow on streaming, did she then jump on a bike and go do some electric motorcycle victory laps donuts outside his house?
basic question, so LVWR filed their S1 10/25. But is there is still an EFFECT to come showing SEC approval and then the shares are officially registered and start trading? Or is the S1 enough?
GETY is not gonna squeeze imho and same for LVWR. low float and + 0 volume and 0 OI will just mean it trades at 20k vol and no real moves. I think last month was the only chance due to there at least being a few thousand options, however they were out of the money. If suddenly there were 5k options then it could run. So in short GETY lost its hype and i believe there were some stocks sold? LVWR has no interest so even if the float is low it wont matter.
Can anyone help me with what the status with GETY and LVWR. Bow GETY has taken a lot of beating and the stock is trading 4.77$ but how much of the float is unavailable. Same with LVWR, stock is around 7ish$ but with very low float, how long are remaining stocks locked in?
thought LVWR would be my yung 10x but this shit is so fucking gay
I'm starting to think LVWR isn't going to $100.
Idk why it disappeared Here it is: TBF I did not anticipate the news that got EVEX running hard. Low floats are finnicky but worth a shot, this is a lower float than EVEX was (EVEX was 1.9m, LVWR is 900k) I hope it works out too haha 15c for $30 is not bad for a lotto
LVWR 900k with options baby just run for daddy
I’m guessing you wish you bought now? LVWR is at $9.5 now. Yup It’s ok, you can always catch the next play. $AREB about to boom. No hard feelings ;)
Hahaha lowkey I might do that. Will follow you to keep up. What you have next in mind? I’m keeping an eye on PHAS, LVWR, and DBGI
Good start to the week; cashed out my 10/7 FAZE puts and opened a couple 10/21 3P just in case it keeps going below $2 where it belongs. Now I just need LVWR to do something.
LVWR the S1 will not have ANYTHING for the PIPE OR INSIDERS to sell If this goes and stays above 18 for 20 of 30 days, that's when warrants will unlock and some pipe shares. Nothing else. Insider shares are locked to 7yrs Pipe shares are locked to 1yr Sponsor shares are locked to 180days Or something like that. This is in the latest 8k. No one can sell shares now. There are no shares.
Watching LVWR. Low float that could pop off any moment
THCH doing better than LVWR today
This bullish euphoria out of nowhere should be the perfect background setup for one of our low floaters (LVWR, THCH) to go to the moon?
LVWR had a real nice recovery today into close. AH is a different story but that will hopefully fix itself. We can now fill in one of the blanks: https://twitter.com/Noah_G_TRD/status/1576732506636038145 Volume about 3.26M today.
Good thread on LVWR: https://twitter.com/Noah\_G\_TRD/status/1576732506636038145
Looks like from these comments it’s time for puts on ADTX, SPXU, LVWR. Thanks guys!
LVWR sure is the better low float spac currently. In the golden despac days it would have been $30+ already. Oh well.
LVWR has already 800k+ shares traded on a 900k float? lol
If it keeps under $10, those LVWR $10C's will look like a nice degenerate gamble for sure
LVWR is gonna go to the roof and beyond today. Sometime this week or next week , ADTX will do the same.
LVWR Some great DD: https://twitter.com/Noah\_G\_TRD/status/1576732506636038145
Also LVWR Harley Davidson making ev bikes
APRN, PRTY, LVWR, GME. If these don’t fly, proof the game is rigged, I cry.
Buying GTII; holding APRN; watching APE & LVWR.
$LVWR sounds interesting for monday
 APRN, GTII and LVWR
Price now sitting at $8.17 Looking primed for next week w/ low float plays like $THCH and $LVWR it would be naive to think $QBTS a 900k-1.2m float won’t follow
The chart is an example of GETY price movement. I believe we will see the same pattern with LVWR on Monday or Tuesday. Fridays volume was 4xs higher in aftermarket when the results shown only 900k float
wtf has this to do with LVWR
$LVWR just pumped 70% AH and has 900k float. Its going to pump of pre market Monday
Float which is 90% for which $LVWR has and when it has a short queerer AH like it did
For one, its about 480M shares smaller, if the lockup DD is correct. LVWR gang also thought it would be much bigger and SLCR gang thought it would be much smaller. Both numbers are a surprise, but in different directions.
Shit, didn't trust what was right in front of my eyes: r/SPACs/comments/xp9aye/announcements_x_daily_discussion_for_tuesday/iq3pf10/ LVWR had some PR about how much money the merger made them and from there you'd deduct the float is >3M. But apparently with some 4D chess 2.5M shares aren't actually sellable... that's really a surprise. Shares are the same price as 3 days ago when it halted, so right now isn't necessarily a bad entry.

What makes LVWR a better low float play than SLCR?
LVWR 900k FLOAT WITH OPTIONS AND THEY SAID SPACS WERE DEAD
How big is LVWR float at the moment?
LVWR speedrunning to 5. But i thought this was the high profile target?
