Yes, but looks like only folks who saw the Bloomberg article saw that news. That isn't linked to MLEC news on the MLEC site or Yahoo, etc; hope you picked some up last week.

Aah, gotcha. Didn't see that Bloomberg article. Bloomberg reported on [the USDA approval notice](https://www.aphis.usda.gov/sites/default/files/23-234-01rsr-response.pdf) on the 18th. But MLEC didn't issue a press release or SEC filing about it; last week's SEC filing was the financial results. MLEC issued a press release about it today.

Yes, I'm sure and I saw it in three stocks. However, at MLEC it had happened three times, what I don't understand is that, the candle had remained green while it went 40% down. I took pictures of it myself , but it was so super fast and if you blinked you wouldn't have seen it. Plus it left quite a downward streak.

What was it like for this stock yesterday? It fell 42% and within a second it went exactly back to the same price. It was the same with MLEC 40% down and back in no time, exactly 3 times from 2.60 to 2.00 and back to 2.60. SPEC was also the same story, all around the same time. All 3 have had a fall of exactly 40%+ and quickly returned what the heck?

Still not sure why there's such a big disconnect between MLEC ($3) and MLECW (0.06) I assume I'm missing something in the filings. Other fresh de-spacs in this $3 range are 3x-15x (0.18-0.70)

Looks like $MLEC is bottoming out around $3. If so, it sure feels like warrants are a pretty good deal for a de-spac with about 4 years left (although I didn't look closely at the fillings) This is one that I was in pre-DA and am actually in the green at $0.05 avg.

HKD with a sneaky MLEC after PR

Well, a bit of background: AMBI is an 85MM market cap Brazilian holding company, with subsidiaries in the health delivery / EMT business. MLEC is an 180MM market cap feed additive company. LXEH is a 2.4MM (!) market cap Chinese-based educational company. All three of these companies have huge beta swings in their pricing and are thinly traded. As others have pointed out, there's a lot of algo trading going on here and some documented losses. LXEH is my favorite example here though. Its 5 day chart (going back to the 3/17/23 trades shown) looks a whole lot like a classical "pink sheets pump and dump" to my eyes. on 3/17, the trader miraculously pinned the peak at around $3.00 a share. Since then the stock is trading at $0.80-$0.95. My opinion? I am very skeptical of day trading penny stocks and flipping positions several times per day. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and floats like a duck, it's probably a pump-and-dump duck.

KAL, LION, MLEC going to be some sneaky ones

I buy only agree with everything here, but want to add that I don't see good evidence that recent drops after de-SPAC are bEcAUsE SPaCs SuCk vs stock price basically being frozen for 6+ months until de-SPAC. For example, MLEC was relatively fast to ticker change with DA in June 2022, ticker change in December 2022. MLEC today is currently at $6, 40% drop Three other stocks also in vegan alternatives since June 2022 are performing worse: BYND roughly -50% ($35-16), OTLY -%50($4-2), BRCN -65% now OTC. So if peers are down 50%, why wouldn't MLEC trade down at least a little?
