The Scilex deal is minuscule compared to the DRTS, the commitment to LFWD and the possibility that oral insulin could get through a phase III. I have TSLA from several months after it was issued. Not enough to retire from unfortunately. My newest is a company called Oramed (ORMP.) Oramed’s CEO’s mother holds the patent for oral insulin. They had a great phase II, raised a ton of money and then phase III failed. They began using the cash to invest in other companies and transferred the patents to one of their holdings. Fast forward and a Chinese licensee of the patents winds up acing their Phase III and soon diabetics in China will be able to take insulin orally, without injections. The licensing revenue from the Chinese market looks great but their Phase III methodology plus sifting through the ashes of the FDA failed trial yields massive clues as to why the phase III failed and now a new, fully funded phase III trial will begin and should succeed. ORMP’s largest holding is in Alpha Tau Medical which keeps going up and to the right. The market cap for ORMP is LESS THAN the value of their DRTS holdings which means that there is a rare mis-price opportunity plus further upside from both DRTS and a turn around venture called Lifeward (LFWD.) Lifeward was a dumpster fire until Oramed’s CEO and his mother brought in cash (and the oral insulin patents) and took major board seats. They’ve brought in a new CEO (formerly of Medtronic) and have resolved insurance reimbursement challenges in the US. I don’t have an upside price on ORMP yet but they’ve got multiple shots on goal and picked up some institutional investment when they got added to some indexes recently.
Exiting CVNA at $125 if it hits and expanding positions on Volcon (VLCN) I think the new CEO and the moves the company is making puts it in a similar under valued position like Carvana was when they were trading at $3 a share, and IRobot (IRBT) I think they can out perform the market this year. Might even expand positions into Oramed Pharma (ORMP) because I think this conflict in the Middle East is playing a roll in the price being low. Time will tell, but the CVNA ride from $7 was fun 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 a win is a win 💰💰

Biotech is so risky. I lost a ton of money on ORMP, after it dropped from $12 to $2 two months ago. I'm still holding though, because their cash position values them at $4. Do some heavy research in each biotech before you invest. It's essential before buying stocks, but with biotechs, you'll want to invest 5x the amount of time in research as you would do normally.
BBBY, ORMP, &CSPR are three to watch as well.

Very big delta difference based on strike. Why does this happen? and what does this mean? https://imgur.com/a/76sWuev the screenshot is on **Friday 30 min before market close**. the screen shot is of **ORMP january exp date**. but its the same outlook for february. i was wondering if someone can explain what this means and why it does this? the underlying bid/ask is at 11.58/11.64 respectively. lets just say 11.60 for the mid to make it easier. the closest strike available for an OTM put is the $10 strike. its delta is 0.2830. the $10 strike is 13.8% from current stock price. however, the next closest strike for an OTM call is 12.5. yet, its delta is 0.5747. but its only a 7.75% upside increase. the closest OTM call strike to the nearest OTM put strike (the $10 put) is the $20 OTM call at 0.2622 delta. which is a 72.4138% increase from the 11.60 underlying price. why does this happen? and what does this mean? i was first looking to open a long strangle or straddle in this position. but that caught my eye. as i wont be delta neutral with the closest strikes. (I know a long strangle/straddle isnt a theta play. but i was wondering this concept in general)

/u/wittgensteins-boat gotcha. i didnt want people to be biased on there answer and just wanted to know what this phenomena means in general. the underlying is ORMP . it is a biotech stock that has a catalyst coming up in the next 2-3 weeks. this specific screen is from 30 min before market close for the 20JAN exp date. but even the 17FEB exp date has the same pattern.

I'd invest some in Oramed stock (ORMP). Sometime this January, they are going to announce the results from their phase 3 clinical trial for their oral insulin pill to treat type 2 diabetes. If they announce positive results, that stock will shoot up faster than a friggin' hypersonic missile. Nearly **1 TRILLION DOLLARS** will be spent this year treating diabeties globally. That amount will continue to go up each year. The insulin addressable market will be worth 59 Billion by 2024.

Just letting everyone know, Oramed (ORMP) is about to announce their first of two Phase 3 clinical trial results in mid January. ORMP is developing an insulin pill to treat diabetes. Many huge pharma companies have tried to develop an insulin pill to try to replace insulin injection, and if ORMP's Phase 3 succeeds, it could be a game changer both for ORMP's stock and for diabetics all over the world. Do your due diligence, just thought you should be aware of ORMP if you're interested in pharma stock.

ORMP. High chance that they'll become the first in the world to successfully develop oral insulin, which will be an amazing substitute to injected insulin. Currently 1 Phase 3 trial is underway (FDA) and they have reached 50% enrollment for their 2nd Phase 3 trial (FDA). Of course, if the first trial is successful, there is no need for the second trial. Also, important to note that insulin is a $25B market. Oral insulin data is expected in January 2023.
Oramed pharmaceuticals ORMP they are in trials for oral insulin. They are closer than any other company to attempt this and will have results from trials in Q1 23. Currently trading at $8.40 a share after having a monster week jumping 80% on news they are on track for results. I have a small position in my Roth and after the week it’s had I wanted to share it here. It’s highly speculative but imagine the money to be made when diabetics don’t have to shoot themselves with insulin.

Oramed Pharmaceuticals (ORMP) The stock is currently @ $9 and analysts are giving a 12-month stock forecast price range between $27 - $35. ​ They are getting close to the finish line on their phase 3 clinical trials for their insulin pill. there are over 450 million diabetics around the globe and it currently costs about 800 billion to treat them each year. Because the insulin is in pill form, diabetics won't need to prick themselves multiple times a day to check their levels. The insulin ends up in the liver which naturally doles it out. They also won't be gaining weight like diabetics that inject themselves. Oramed is also currently in a phase 1 human trial for a covid vaccination pill. The injectable vaccines on the market only target the spike protein which happens to mutate a lot. This vaccine pill targets three different proteins which will work much better to protect you from future variants. And since it doesn't need to be stored at subzero temperatures and also doesn't need to be administered by a medical professional, the logistics of shipping it around the world to third world countries will be much easier.
ORMP - Their insulin pills have passed clinical trials and now they are ramping up production to start distributing to the world. You heard that correct. Shelf stable insulin pills. No more needles for diabetics. Not to mention they are working on pill vaccines (that's the most recent jump in price)

Regardless of whether it is a short attack, I think any ORMP investor should still be carefully evaluating what that article stated. The question people should be asking is not "who wrote it?" it should be "is any of this true?". There was a [similar article](https://observer.com/2014/02/tough-to-swallow-paper-trail-behind-breakthrough-leads-to-penny-stock-profiteers/) written in 2014 regarding the company. I have been watching this stock from the sidelines for the last several months, I have no position in this stock. As a physician, the claims coming out about their product sounded too good to be true, which is almost always the case in biotech. The article's issues with the single published study ORMP at face value are definitely valid, although I don't have access to the publication to confirm those issues. If they truly trimmed 20% of the glucose data to "avoid outliers" that is a gigantic red flag, as this is not common practice, especially when the positive results depended on the data being trimmed. When you couple this with a lack of a single individual with drug manufacturing expertise on staff, obscene executive salaries, and minimal investment in R&D, I don't see how anyone would continue to hold this stock with any sort of confidence. Again, I don't think ORMP investors should focusing on who wrote the article, but rather why the hell they are still holding this stock based on the information from the article that is verifiable.

Good morning everyone! My main post has been updated to include my scan filters, my order fills, and my trading process. Hopefully this will be useful and I will get fewer questions about all of this. **The primary breakout candidates I am watching today are PIRS, HOFV, ORMP, and JLL.** PIRS in particular has a fantastic chart and very tight range. It is setting up for some big price action potentially. I will be dumping BBIG on market open to free up $1k specifically for PIRS. The other 3 names look strong as well. **Other breakout candidates today: EAST, BBW, EDRY, WRAP, and perhaps even BB which is showing some strength on the 20 day.** Good luck everyone!

ORMP are also in the run for a oral vaccine. They have an existing methodology that they are already applying for a future oral insulin and they are in the process of using it for a covid oral vaccine. If they get there its a 10x stock..
VXRT and ORMP are my main plays rn. VXRT price target 10-12, ORMP price target 25. VXRT could take off to 20's as we'll, but its a gamble. If I had to recommend buying one I'd say ORMP. Way more upside at current prices and VXRT already had a huge run-up yesterday for seemingly no good singular reason. Not financial advice, just my opinion.
