I actually want it to do well because, it appears, a great many people are invested. And one cent can be huge, pending the investment. Still, I think people hold money that could be used elsewhere, until there is something concrete. If you miss a couple of cents, it won't matter because you've been using those funds to make money. I think RVPH was another depending on a merger. Now it's delisting.

I learned 1 thing so far: if i look at every pennystock i have ever put money into, and if i look at the returns: it has NEVER been a stock that i saw for weeks here in the subreddit that made ma a lot money (like EONR now or SCWO, DFLI or RVPH last year for those who know). It has almost always been a stock i have never heard of that has a day or multi day runner and gets halted on it's way up. and to be honest, i think it's the same situation now. good luck to all today.

ugh, these small caps are such a rollercoaster. ucars plunge is wild, especially with that dilution news. feeling bad for anyone caught in that. There are still a bunch of mining stocks worth keeping an eye on around the $10 level even if a few have fallen back down. Wall St. is waiting to see if the market can force down the price of metals and rare earths, which I expect they will initially only for them to bounce back. The demand is going nowhere, and geopolitical concerns are only growing. CRML has twice already doubled where it's currently trading at for example. Big pharma needs more patents to replace all the ones they have expiring and is likely to start buying up companies left and right just to find more. Any individual speculative biotech has too much risk (see what happened with RVPH), but you only need to find one IRWD to make spreading around money worth it. I have friends who have made small fortunes just using this strategy.

The reason it is seen as positive news is that a lot of small-cap biotech companies get stuck in this exact part of FDA approval progression. They are constantly battling for funding for these very expensive trials, and the FDA will often ask companies to perform additional trials that can destroy companies financially. Take a look at Reviva Pharmaceuticals, $RVPH, they were in a similar positions and were granted a Pre-IND meeting. At the meeting they were told they would need an additional Phase 3 trial in order for NDA submission to be even considered. This will affect the company financially and will cause their eventual RSS before they can even apply for NDA. So the fact that the FDA discussed and said the planned trial will suffice for NDA consideration is good news for companies that currently lack and sort of approval or sufficient revenue

I’m officially done with penny stocks. Losing around 10k from RVPH was the last straw for me. Had fun in September and October when small caps were doing well. Looks like right now it’s a lot harder and not for me. Going to go back to ETFs. Take care all.

Sorry I didn't specify better, swing range has been on SOPA (I could have made much more on PFSA and RPGL but they looked less likely to me at the time). RVPH has been bouncing about .26 to .31 AH not much movement other than the odd over/under sale I've seen about .25-.35 since the news

Gonna keep playing on SOPA until it breaks 4ish and gambling 50 bucks on OTLK, after RVPH I'm iffyer on biopharm so not going deep but I don't mind losing 25 vs making 50-100 if it goes through. Otherwise holding some UGRO and AKAN hoping they bounce back soon. I bought fairly low so I'm not down much but definitely expected them to go up after good news lol

Damn sorry to hear, it was my first penny stock but it did have all the signs to blow up.. my one upside to lack of funds is I'm only in on it for $350 cad so I won't be missing any bills and I've made back most of that 55% the past two days between this and getting lucky on ATPC so it's a matter of cutting that loss or riding it out till it's 0 or over a buck. RVPH and PAVS for their own reasons have definitely been great learning tools coming into the penny market lol

No, haven't lost silver, lost the majority on TSLA calls [rode it down from $360 to $290 that week of June]. Then had CRWV calls [it plunged from arouns $140 to $100]. Then went all in on AAPL & RVPH. AAPL peaked Dec 3rd, I had $30k in the portfolio, but I held instead of selling bc my expiration wasn't until Jan 16, thought it had more gas in the tank. It rejected off of $288 and fell below $280 for the rest of December. Then RVPH got rejected with its FDA NDA submission, dropped from around $0.70 to $0.20 in a day, and all contracts immediately plunged to being $0.01. Just in time for Christmas. I saw the SPY hitting all time highs Christmas Eve and figured it was due for a pullback, so went all in on a put this Friday for it to fall to $685. It only pulled back to $689. Gathered everything and going all in on another SPY put on Monday but chances are, because I have puts, it will go to $700 instead of $680.

RVPH is without a doubt going to dilute again soon. They were just told by the FDA that they need another round of trials. Already in tens of millions worth of debt, will need tens of millions more to complete the trial. Going to take them years from here. Good luck.

600 of it is locked up in RVPH contracts that dwindled down to $0.01 a contract and as a result can't be sold [have to be at least $0.05, they just got BTFO'd by the FDA so that isn't happening within the next fiscal year]. So it's even less than that. Should probably go all in on TSLA but haven't traded them since June when Elon got on twitter and we saw the massive sell off from $360 to $290. I had calls that week blew up my account once vowed to stay away from TSLA like the plague.

Was making bank off of TSLA earlier this year in May. Went all in on May 30th, then watched in horror while Elon ripped his crack pipe and TSLA tumbled from $360 to $290, rode the fall all the way down. Later on same thing happened with CRWV. Almost made a significant portion back with $300 AAPL calls for Jan 16. AAPL peaked Dec 3rd then fell below $280 for the rest of the month. Poured $6k into RVPH, med penny stock that had a very good subreddit community. FDA denied their application, requested an additional Phase 3. Overnight stock dropped from nearly $0.70 to the $0.20s and the stock options dwindled to a penny per contract. Now going all in with the remnants and dregs of what I had and throwing everything against the Santa Rally, puts on the SPY, last ditch effort to recoup something, anything. Lost $1800 today and going to lose everything come Monday unless we get a pullback, which probably ain't gonna happen cuz Santa Rally. This was my first year trading, tried to walk away after my first $13k loss but kept thinking I could win it back. Now I am deeply in debt and have virtually tripled my first big loss and am simply depressed. Seeing this subreddit and videos on YouTube has entirely changed my perspective on money and finances and as a result will never be satisfied making what people make in a single trade in a year. But now it is looking like I will have to work an additional 10 years straight and stay far away from Robinhood just to pay off debts and avoid bankruptcy. Wish life came with a do-over button but I'm a fuck up, life expectancy definitely redefined this year.

Most on this forum who posted about it knew it was a speculative gamble and did not invest more than they were willing to lose. So is there a dead cat bounce play with RVPH? Its trading about 30 cents, 50% down from yesterdays, during premarket. Their press release this AM stated: "*Subject to sufficient financing, we plan to initiate RECOVER-2 in the first half of 2026".* That financing is going to be hella dilutive, and they will certainly have to give up the bulk of any schizophrenia revenues the drug may eventually bring in. Look at recent examples of RZLT, IRBT - dead cat bounces for 10 to 30% (if you can time well and buy close to the bottom) happen pretty regularly.
