ATCH and SCWO are shit stocks. Just felt like saying that
Man I was in some shit. GPUS, DFLI, SCWO, DVLT, MIST, BYND (obviously). The worst for me in terms of feeling like I got completely screwed, DVLT and RBNE. That was basically rich people taking my money.
I learned 1 thing so far: if i look at every pennystock i have ever put money into, and if i look at the returns: it has NEVER been a stock that i saw for weeks here in the subreddit that made ma a lot money (like EONR now or SCWO, DFLI or RVPH last year for those who know). It has almost always been a stock i have never heard of that has a day or multi day runner and gets halted on it's way up. and to be honest, i think it's the same situation now. good luck to all today.

SCWO tendies will be unreal. Water technology play for PFAS. Mid to long term catalysts are going to hit the industry hard and send them to the moon. Position: 37k@ 2 avg.(keep adding on dips) but it’s been increasing lmao.

Is there SCWO news or just pumping due to market?
RBW is my new favourite. Solid assets, management credentials, and past performance to set it apart from other early-phase miners. Potential for stock price and book value explosion if its partnerships attract US diplomatic or corporate support can get its currently locked-down Burundi project reopened. HUI is coming back down to a decent buy-in range. Nodal growth position in the highest CAGR industry. Huge but mostly locked-up float. Historically, it explodes on slight progress. I'm yet to be convinced the company can win contracts as easily as it can win attention, but if you liked the set-up of HGRAF or SCWO (minus its bitter ex-insider) you'll love this. PLSR is also approaching a good buy-in range. Unless they do another offering (unlikely), I don't foresee it falling more than 10-12% before we get more good news. Their helium reserves and helium-3 concentrations are nothing short of miraculous.
I was thinking I'm taxed on the gains made for the individual trades. For example, I had a trade where I made $15K then I had a trade when I got out where I lost $16K. There were a few other ups in with this one (ATCH). Lost about $13K when I got out of SCWO. So this is grouped and not taxed based on the individual gains for each trade?
I bought and sold the stocks I took a loss on between September and December 2025. Started off with 10K shares of ATCH. Sold then bought more as the price went up and down. Increased my position to 48K shares as I prepared for it to go to $1.50-$2+. It literally spiked to around $1.20 then took a dive while I was in the dentist chair. I came out, glanced at Robinhood and saw it going down. At that point I figured it was temporary. Nope. Later sold so I didn’t lose everything. Got in with SCWO a few weeks later. That didn’t work out either. I should have stuck with cruise stocks. In the end, the problem is me being taxed on the profits I made then reinvested then lost.
OP got their 1099 for 2025 and the losses are disallowed for 2025 and we are already beyond 31 days where they could potentially repurchase and fix the losses by adding to the cost basis. OP didn't indicate they still have any remaining open positions in ATCH or SCWO with higher basis that they could now sell and fully claim the loss due to the higher basis on each. It appears that their disallowed loss for 2025 is a done deal at this point.

Most of the ones I'm interested in have already been mentioned. Not seen anyone else mention $SCWO though. Could be on for a strong year ahead, especially if they secure another contract or 2.
SCWO water tech, long term hold for 10x-100x
Many of the stocks listed on pennystocks and 10xpennystocks have behaved like that. Classic pump and dumps. I use stop losses or otherwise cut losses short so I’m not holding onto losing position. And I’ve realized huge triple and double digit gains on some of these stocks, but now they are all way, way down with people still around here shilling for them long after the dump. Some of these tickers would be BYND, MSAI, ATCH, AIRE, SCWO and others I can’t recall off the top of my head.
I was happy to see SCWO jump like 60% post RS and wish I invested after Dec 26 like I planned. However, I would now expect a pull back as folks take profits. Be careful. Im going to buy when it dips, just a FYI.
Looking back it was. Looks like mods deleted the original post on the SCWO sub, but there's lots of comments mentioning it. May be that there's loads of remote working or whatever but it's worth noting.

I'm not looking at much right now because of how unpredictable the market has been lately - making money on penny stocks is only easy when everything is super bullish. I'm still holding some shares in SCWO which could be interesting because they said they made a deal recently which they haven't made a press release about yet, but they're also going to have to do a reverse split next month so sentiment has been very low in the last few weeks. I'd say it's a good one to put on a watchlist and keep an eye on what happens over the next year or so.
You’re reading way too far into this and trying way too hard to find something substantive where nothing exists. A number of other charts look remarkably similar. And, the market in general has been up several days, with SCWO chart matching that move.
