I used to trade weedstonks, I still do but I used to.

Kind of silly considering TRLV is the least impacted as medical is already S3

Mentions:#TRLV

MSOS -8% in AH's. TRLV -11%.

Mentions:#MSOS#TRLV

How does this work with TRLV? If medical S3 is also on hold, then would their US listing still be compliant?

Mentions:#TRLV

There was no reason for them to uplist. Unlike TRLV, they are a mess financially. They need reform.

Mentions:#TRLV

Bought incr at 5.30ish, and then doubled down at 5.10. I'll likely add a final lot if it falls a bit further. I also sold a few GLAS Oct $10 puts recently that are now in the red a bit. Will likely look to exit that one sooner than later. Other than that, just selling some TRLV calls and closing some TRLV puts. Nice to see some volatility coming back. Plenty of cash ready for opportunity.

Vireo (VREOF) recently bought Planet13 (PLNH) and Green Dragon. I should have kept my TRLV shares I bought for 4/20, Trulieve has had a pretty good year.

No TRLV or CURLF or GTBIF?

I’m looking also but need to understand what caused this crash that is more brutal than TRLV

Mentions:#TRLV

Dan sold the top ones again  https://x.com/junglejava1/status/2102590927692874089?s=20   $TRLV (300,000) $GTBIF (720,841) $CRLBF 100,000 $JUSHF 100,000 $VREOF 50,000 $AAWH 100,000

TRLV and algo's likely. Watch for the fade. Hope it doesn't.

No one disputes this.. this is why it’s in court. This case is heavily disputed as there is no case law to support how the courts will >!decide.!< The precedence will be used for the industry and will have effects on many in the industry with accrued 280e (TRLV, CURA etc).

I ask Chat AI what’s with Trulieve’s massive trading volume on Friday? I posted part of the response below: I dug into Friday’s trading, and there’s an important twist: **I would revise my initial explanation.** Options expiration was certainly a factor in the overall market, but the available TRLV data suggests it **wasn’t large enough by itself to explain 12.7 million shares**. **What I found** **1. The volume really was extraordinary.** TRLV traded **12,701,779 shares Friday**, compared with a 30-day average of about **1.38 million**. That’s roughly **9.2× normal volume**. The stock opened around $11.68, hit $11.78, dropped to $10.73, and closed around $11.08 — down about 5%. So this wasn’t just a modest increase associated with a normal expiration day. **2. The options market actually looks too small to explain it** This is the really interesting part. For the September 18 expiration, TRLV had relatively little open interest: $10 calls: **1,070 contracts** $12.50 calls: **840** $15 calls: **253** $12.50 puts: **83** $10 puts: **158** That’s only a few thousand option contracts — equivalent to **a few hundred thousand underlying shares**, not 12.7 million shares. And the actual options trading wasn’t enormous either. For example, the September 18 $10 call had only 29 contracts of volume and the $12.50 call 27 contracts. **Therefore, I don’t think “options expiration” adequately explains Friday’s TRLV volume.** **3. It wasn’t primarily a dark-pool event either** This is another important clue. Of the 12.7M shares: **1.78M shares (47.36%) were reported off-exchange**, while about **1.98M were lit-market volume** in the data set ChartExchange reports. The percentage of off-exchange trading was actually very close to TRLV’s normal 30-day percentage of **46.26%**. So we aren’t seeing something like: “A giant institution dumped 10 million shares through a dark pool.” At least, the publicly available venue data **doesn’t show that**. **4. Short-volume activity was elevated** This is more interesting. Friday’s reported short volume was: **1,112,618 shares = 62.08% of reported short-volume data** versus a 30-day average of **52.12%**. But there’s an important distinction: **62% short volume does NOT mean 62% of Friday’s 12.7M shares were newly shorted.** Short-volume statistics include transactions classified as short sales and can include market-maker activity and hedging. They don’t tell us how many shares ended the day as new short positions. So I would call this **evidence of heavier short-side/market-making activity**, not proof of a massive new short position. **The part I find most interesting** Friday was **September 18 — quarterly options expiration (“triple witching”)**. That produced unusually high volume across the entire market. For example, NYSE volume was reported at **155% above its one-month average during Friday’s session**. So there was a **market-wide liquidity/rebalancing event** occurring at exactly the same time. But TRLV’s increase was far more dramatic than the broad-market increase. And there’s another very interesting data point: **Trulieve has \~192.6 million shares outstanding.** Friday’s volume was **12.7 million shares**, or approximately **6.6% of the entire shares outstanding changing hands in one day**. That’s substantial. **So what do I think happened?** Based on what we can actually verify, I’d break it down this way: **Possible explanation** **Evidence** **My assessment** Quarterly options expiration Definitely occurred **Contributing factor** TRLV options exercise/hedging Options positioning is relatively small **Probably not primary cause** Dark-pool institutional sale Off-exchange % was normal **No clear evidence** Heavy short selling Short-volume % jumped to 62% **Likely contributed** Large institutional repositioning Possible **Plausible, but not proven** Major new company news No obvious Friday announcement **No evidence** Broad market expiration/rebalancing Extremely high market volume **Likely contributed significantly**

I have no idea, which is the norm. But volumes are terrible, other than TRLV. Haven't looked into that spike today. I just see shit and slightly less shit compared to past 10 days.

Decent recovery this morning on GTI and TRLV

TRLV is what quiet accumulation should look like. Institutions wont even start hyping up  until they've eaten first, and retail gets the scraps.

Mentions:#TRLV

I've been doing this on the TRLV spikes since late last year. GTI (stock price) has been sitting there with a "thumb" up its ass ever since Trulieve started gaining traction. It seems like a no brainer to sell the hyper focused, FL-centric company on the way up and flip it into the "quiet" company with a *real* MSO footprint and a solid balance sheet. GTI will see it's day and I think it has the best chance of going back to ATH when institutional money gets the green light. One of my worries is that they'll be bought out before it really starts running. Ben's family connections in the alcohol industry could definitely come into play if anyone wants to gobble up the MSO with the least risk on their books...

Mentions:#TRLV

I have around 20% of my initial ~$3.50 position left after selling on the way up this year. All the cash was flipped into my main GTI position while it lagged/lags. Not really trying to time it, but selling calls a few cents under the strike would have been a solid move yesterday. I'd be fine with getting called away at 12.50 if I can add more GTI <7.50 with the TRLV premium.

Mentions:#TRLV

lol goddamnit I knew I should have sold some 12.5c against the rest of my TRLV yesterday

Mentions:#TRLV

I still bought in again for the first time on awhileeeee Only has GTI until now but added TRLV today Looking forward to the ALJ rec (by October I hope), one step at a time 🙏🏻

All in on 3 stocks: VLO, MXL, RDDT largest US producer of diesel, US data center hardware provider, and 6th most visited website in the world. ive got some long-dated calls in WEAT, SU, TRLV, BW, MUR but those make up like 5% of the portfolio. love HOOD but too closely correlated to BTC for my liking at the moment.

Would like to trim TRLV and add to gti holding….its hard to pull the trigger ahead of time considering how TRLV has been reforming against the group

Mentions:#TRLV

Just wrote some Oct 12.5c against just over half of my TRLV. May regret it, but I've seen this show before.

Mentions:#TRLV

You’ll make more money in the long haul that way.  Forget the ETF. Problem with the ETF is its majority is in Trulieve.  All good for now until on the rally with NYSE exposure, but when its time to sell TRLV watch what it does to the etf.

Mentions:#TRLV

3.5 mins left let’s see if TRLV loses all 26 cents

Mentions:#TRLV

That end of day dump from Trulieve.  Will the ‘buy the dippers’ still be around tomorrow?   I’ve lost touch with our market, not understanding the price action of MSOS with TRLV being listed NYSE and the etf no longer owning swaps for their largest holding…. Could see something like we haven’t before.  Im sideline for now, would rather chase.

The question I have is, if an Aurora shareholder wanted out, why would they simply not sell their shares now for the exact price CURA is offering and purchase a better operator like GTII or TRLV instead? The false dichotomy here is pretty critical

Mentions:#GTII#TRLV

I wish somebody in Congress would disclose buying TRLV.

Mentions:#TRLV

I just need TRLV to hit $17 and I be happy.

Mentions:#TRLV

It's the fact that medical is now S3, and TRLV is the only vehicle in the market right now for that thesis. The others depend on adult use

Mentions:#TRLV

It’s already transparent for more of the companies. IPO wise most of the private operators can’t compete with large MSOS. Specifically TRLV / GTII cash hoards are massive. I’d expect this to grow on capital appreciation of share price or increased M&A

I don’t know boyz. Could be tomorrow. Could be a few weeks. Hang in there. I think our time is coming… And holding onto NUGS cannabis strategic ventures for multiple years at zero actually paid off today. I am not saying invest in this stock. But there is potential for quick flip right now if you really really know what you are doing. I struggled all day with decision making and ability to easily trade today on the Charles Schwab platform. \# TCNNF # TRLV # YOLO # I’m Scared 😱

Will TRLV finally finish red today?

Mentions:#TRLV

Could TRLV end in the red today? Seems like it’s been a week or so.

Mentions:#TRLV

Well not if your disproportionately invested in TRLV. That one keeps grinding upward

Mentions:#TRLV

Seems it would if TRLV was able to separate its existing s3 business and uplist.

Mentions:#TRLV

Fundamentals SHOULD drive valuation. But that has not been consistently true in this sector (or the market as a whole) for a while. The number of stocks with consistently good financials that don't move anywhere. Companies like TSLA and SpaceX with valuations many dozens of times larger than earnings. Meme stocks. Etc. TRLV being the heaviest in medical also has a major hand in their performance in recent months (I said uplisting has a major hand, not the only hand). But they also stand to be pushed further back in the line if AU gets rescheduled as well

Mentions:#TSLA#TRLV#AU

Depends on what you're holding. Plenty of names have run up 2-3x in the last year or two. Are you investing the overall market, or in the companies that are showing strong fundamentals in that market? Holding TLRY and CURA is a very different from holding ROMJ and TRLV Sentiment changes the multiple, but you still need a strong fundamentals to apply that multiple to.

Mentions:#TLRY#TRLV

There's more liquidity, yes, but it doesn't change the fact that fundamentals drive valuations. TRLV fundamentals improved more than most MSOs because of their medical exposure, since rec is getting 0 benefits right now (and may not for years still)

Mentions:#TRLV

TRLV still kicking GTIs ass. Picked up 420 shares of TRLV about 2 weeks ago but I don’t like avg up to get more

Mentions:#TRLV

Wrote a few TRLV calls for October. May be premature, but scaling out often feels that way at the beginning.

Mentions:#TRLV

FOMO is super real, especially with TRLV... Believe me, GTI will have its day; good time to buy IMO

Mentions:#TRLV

TRLV….again, grinding higher

Mentions:#TRLV

Anyone else write puts on TRLV when they first went live post-uplisting? Been a great trade, but wish I would have gone shorter dated.

Mentions:#TRLV

Bounce bb............... Damn, should have bought TRLV on the morning dip.

Mentions:#TRLV

> Trulieve popped briefly then went back down Look again, TRLV is performing quote well. Grinding higher daily, while the rest of the MSOs cohort remains locked in a channel of volatility. Can't say for sure that it's the exchange, but the relative strength post upliat is notable.

Does anyone still have complications regarding TRLV not updating its latest price on TD or other platforms? I mean wtf is going on

TRLV is only on NYSE which trades in USD. The Canadian listed TRUL shares were converted to TRLV on NYSE when they uplisted.

What do you mean "old" GTI shares? The only ones being weird in my fidelity are TRLV and my defunct MMNFF. Both tickers flipped to 9 digit codes. GTBIF is still active though.

Mentions:#TRLV#GTBIF

The fuck is going on with TRLV? I put in an EOD-close order for covered calls two days ago and they just cancelled today. Ticker is numerical on Fidelity. lmao imagine this admin rolling back the uplisting due to incompetence.

Mentions:#TRLV

I thought maybe it was the Think or Swim app? The TRLV ticker is giving me fckd up info, makes no sense

Mentions:#TRLV

You believe whatever you want. We're now approaching 7 weeks (almost 2 months) since Trulieve had flower in stock in their stores here in GA, and none of the other operators here have had this issue. Either it's product failures like I wrote above, or it's an operational failure in planning ahead. Neither one looks good and I say this as an investor in TRLV

Why the top MSOS (TRLV/GTII) are way more stable from a cash generation + cash standpoint with higher margins and inability to write anything off + 280e drag.

I don’t know what you heard about me, But if you can’t get a dollar out of me, No Cadillac, no perms, you can’t see, That I spent it all buying TRLV 😭

Mentions:#TRLV

We're at 30% 10 day volume, 18% 90 day at noon on MSOS, GTI only 72k shares traded, TRLV slightly higher at just over 50% its average on it's earnings day... Really wouldn't take much. Not Wishing it or expecting it... but wouldn't take much.

I've been active in TRLV over the past six months, especially post uplist. But strictly as a trade. Also not a fan of Trulieve, at least not as a long term trade given current footprint / strategy / balance sheet.

I expected a cycle shift right about now, thought you might have missed the boat. But its starting to look like you might have the better read. I still have RYM and TRLV orders in that range as well, so ready if it goes there.

Sector seems pretty beat down right now. I'm anticipating a bounce and maybe even a run on rescheduling certainty. Have a mix of equity and options plays on RYM, TRLV, CRON, SNDL and MSOS, the majority of which are intended to be near/mid term volatility trades. And then i continue to hold some core positions in GTBIF and CRON. Big picture, I will continue to trade the sector's volatility cycles until that trade no longer works. I'd probably walk away altogether if I didn't understand the market participants and emotional cycles so damn well.

RYM, TRLV. Bit of CRON and MSOS.
