Hope it’s good like the series from ARTE‘s bitcoin documentary I really liked the writing animation and story telling of it, would recommend to watch it.
German television ARTE made a masterpiece of docu for Satoshi Nakamoto. You find it on youtube searching 'Arte satoshi bitcoin'
I would suggest to watch some videos on the topic with her. Look for easy to understand, avoid things that gets too much technical or financial. A few suggestions : There's a short documentary on netflix ("Explained" serie) on cryptos which is ok-ish to introduce the subjet. The big short is always good to explain what occured in 2008. Thanks for this link but I found it annoying how the subtitle are displayed (i.e. like typed out vs. static flashing/updating) plus faint subtitles. If anyone else has the same issue and has VPN then can watch the ARTE link that OP posted which has easier to read subtitles.

These are available to watch from 17/11/2021 to 20/10/2024. It's an amazing surprise to me because ARTE, this franco-german video production company always puts amazing documentaries out there.
ive been searching now to find it for renting it in english and i cant find it….. but it must be available somewhere in english gonna mail now the director of that movie and ask BTW im watchin german and english documentaries, and it’s so sad that in english there are not thaat much good documentaries. I am watching everyday documentaries of ARTE, it’s a french/german/switz sender that servers imo the WORLD BEST documentaries it’s so sad that they are nowhere to find on english

lesser known and tiny MC is ethOS. It aims to be a fully on-chain github and project creation/toolkit suite They have three protocols: dfohub (BUIDL) - the main protocol that you use to create decent ethITEM (ARTE) - NFT protocol where you can wrap/mint NFTs to the hybrid token standard (this should be big for people wanting to create art/gaming dapps on Ethereum) Covenants (UNIFI) - DeFi suite where you can create your own farms, index tokens, etc ​ ethereansos.eth.link
So $buidl governs dfoHub which is the platform to launch DFO's on. So yeah to long DAO tech its $buidl. However the tech dfoHub uses is pretty revolutionary on ethereum as it introduces a new standard \*the eth item standard\* that basicly wraps all ERC standards into a single superstandard, ITEMS. So there are some other tokens that govern this tech as well which is ARTE for the ITEM standard and UNIFI for different kind of DeFi functionality in the EthOS ecosystem. Choose your pick, it's a lot to wrap your head around. $buidl is the real application imo though

1. $MUSE and $NFTX are about index funds (floor prices) for NFTs, and currently function fairly similarly. They both let you swap ERC-721 tokens for ERC-20 tokens, but the big difference between them is that when redeeming an ERC-20 for an ERC-721, $MUSE will let you pick which one from the pool you want, while $NFTX just gives you a random one. Personally, I think $MUSE is the better platform right now (more activity, more total value locked), but both teams seem to be fairly competent. 2. $NFY is staking with NFTs, and allows you to buy/sell/trade/transfer your stake. This seems like it'll be huge when $UNI V3 rolls around. 3. $UNI V3 changes LP tokens from ERC-20 to ERC-721, which is a game changer. Should interact with $NFY and $MUSE/$NFTX wonderfully. 4. $ARTE (Items) is still a little early for me to figure out exactly wtf is going on, but from what I understand this will integrate with everything I've mentioned so far. Plus it has plans for a whole ass ecosystem of coins.
The next Big thing will be NFT obviously. But not the one we're seeing now but a more mature NFT eco-system, like what Centrifuge is aiming to acheived (ELI5 you could take mortgage on your house over the blockchain, or use its value as collateral.). I'm also convinced the PolkaDot ecosystem is still very undervalued. Not DOT, and KSM just blown il, but the parachains contenders like Soramitsu, Plasma, Darwinia, Reef, Robonomics, and all the serious team that has alreaby made their token available. But there is a lot of fishy 'polka' project also, so be cautious. As for my Big risk bet, this would be the DFO trio : BUIDL - ARTE - UNIFI. A whole new ecosystem for Ethereum, that can be ELI5 as an Operating system for decentralized organisation. I'll take a look at Paint thanks.
Right now, i'm pretty bullish on ARTE and the whole DFO ecosystem, very low cap, but building some solid NFT wrapping tool, which could be extremely by allowing seamless NFT trading on uniswap, among other things. They also have a decent take on DAO, with a decentralized git-hub like backbone twist (BUIDL) and another bright Idea for the ultimate StableCoin and DeFi tool (UNIFY). I'm also into Bao.Finance, yet another 'LP's farming' project. But they have a ambitions roadmap pointing to Synth minting, and have just succesfully manage to migrate on xDai, which offers ultra low fees and open the farming's gate to small portfolio.

aa this is the one that chico crypto talked about on yesterdays live along with ARTE coin. I think he will mention both of them in his episode at Monday, Speciallly ethart is low cap and already mooning, Whale goes slower
