I shorted Doge a few times near the top - just play money to try and understand it. I was liquidated a few times but came out roughly even, maybe up a few bucks. Quickly realised that it's a fools game unless you're a very experienced pro-trader. I prefer the idea of leveraged tokens (like BNBDOWN, ETHUP) which take a slight fee but don't carry the risk of you being liquidated like regular leveraged trading.
Yup Binance sux in terms of minimum order - I still got around 9 BNBDOWN tokens left just because the minimum order quantity is 10 tokens
It is and its why im shorting cexs. They outgrew legitimate strong PoW coins. No way bnb is worth more than some of these coins. Its just an exchange with liquidity pools we give it and remove. What is the deal behind UP and DOWN tokens and how are they related to the original? Eg. 1INCH, 1INCHUP and 1INCHDOWN, BNB, BNBUP and BNBDOWN?
Binance (not. .us) also has a variety of UP and DOWN leveraged tokens trading against USDT. Ex. BNB DOT ADA YFII 1INCH and a number of others. Made a killing on BNBDOWN the last day.
You could buy down coins like BTCDOWN, ADADOWN and other coins that move in the direction opposite to the native coin and hedge your positions. Bought a lot of BNBDOWN during the dip since I held some BNB and sold it to cash out significant profits since I'm holding the native BNB anyway

It's not like he pumped all his fiat into crypto. It's just crypto earned taken from fees and whatever his company is worth. People on here saying he's like the Google of crypto. That is a bad thing imo. Google isn't that innocent and they use their users just like facebook. Binance is something doing fishy stuff like holding all trades for BNBDOWN on ETF when BNB is dumping. Binance is like a central bank but for crypto. I'm using them but they're not the saviors of this industry

Not sure what you meant. Will my BNBDOWN take into account the price mouvement in my favor (if it was still up I could sell with a good profit) Or will they reopen and place negate all the drop of value of bnb (therefore my token bnbdown is still worth 100).
Thanks for a constructive reply ;) I'll just wait and hope that it stills drop once it's up again. But I'm wondering if they somehow reset the value of the token bnbdown, like a new starting point that doesn't reflect the big drop of value. Example : Pre lock of bnbdown : Value of 100 USD Big drop of bnb value, value of bnbdown should have raised to 150 USD or something Unlock : Do they nullify the drop of bnb and therefore my BNBDOWN is worth 100 USD despite the bnb drop?

As far as I know BNBDOWN isn't in the futures category and so far I've never seen a lock period. They adjust on the daily but other than that it's permanent. Now.. bnb as skyrocketed in the last few days and just when it's starting to go the otherway the thing gets frozen? Come on
So no reasonable explanation as to why I can't trade my BNBDOWN at this moment and for the next 20hours? I guess you guys were right Binance is as shady as any other platfor (wink wink Robin hood)
