yeah things like mushrooms are priced in FP, but they devs are constantly adjusting the cost as FP price goes up to keep it reasonable. for example when i started playing it was 0.4 FP for a mushroom and it is now 0.2 FP i think you might've been away from base too long. base has increased the max transactions/gas per block drastically and it makes a huge difference for frenpet. most of the time i'm paying ~$0.02 per transaction or less and at most $0.2, and if it's too large i just reject the transaction and wait for things to quiet down i know it might be hard to believe but i'm telling you in the current conditions with very minimal investment and a lot of clicking i reached profitability within a week of playing of playing. gas fees on base are in general very cheap, they've increased the limit 2 or more times in the past month and implied they're going to keep doing so

If there is no volatility, traders don't buy and you get no fees. The fees are distributed according to your rank. I am having a hard time imagining a newbie can get a daily income more than fees - especially during a low volatility period.

Yes, 100%, if no one recognizes your brand than your NFT collection is gonna be crap. However, there are NFTs that do have recognizable brands - BAYC and Moonbirds. Everyone and their mom knows about the BAYC and it shows because their FP is pretty strong. ​ There's another layer to the equation though, which are NFTs created by brands that are already established. Tiffany's NFTs have nearly doubled since they launched earlier in the month. Playboy has an NFT as well which stands around a .15 FP which is rare for any long-term project, especially there's which began in 2021. ​ The Greater Fool Theory only pertains to NFTs that have 0 brand recognition or realistic utility (which is most NFTs) and it will absolutely remain a problem until the NFT community realizes that flipping tokens purely for profits creates an unsustainable ecosystem. NFTs have massive potential, but the people that interact with them the most are the ones ruining those possibilities.
