Do you understand that a 68% drop is less than an 80% drop, which is also less than an 85% drop? Therefore we can say overall price volatility is LESS vs the prior halving. Prior halving: ~3.5x increase from prior ATH (19k to 69k), followed by 80% price drop. VERUS 1.8x increase (69k to 125k) followed by a ~68% decrease MEANS THIS HALVING HAD A SMALLER IMPACT THAN THE PRIOR HALVING
