Glad you touched on the artist. This is a HUGE element that people really don't understand. Part of the reason the fees are so high is greed on the part of promoters, yes, but another HUGE part is that ARTISTS ARE THE ONES ACCEPTING THESE HUGE ADVANCES. Promoters (Live Nation, AEG, etc) have to cover their nut somehow. I'm an artist manager and I book a 1500 cap venue, so I have skin in all parts of this game at different times lol. But one of the big reasons Live Nation got as big as they did and control so many shows is that they over-pay for acts, who of course are going to take the money. Why have mid-size promoters get your tours when two behemoths will have a bidding war and guarantee you $1M a show? As an artist, get that bread. But also...they're not stopping to think about how LN will make that money back...

Short story: I have been in crypto since near the beginning of Bitcoin, I mined a trifle (0.086) and threw it away, read into it for awhile, considered it "rich people money" until the day after Doge was released, then I went crazy mining that... Long story short, I've been in this for a long time and the one thing I can tell you is that there are very few people who understand crypto. I used to have a subreddit running here "Mad Doge" and honestly it was extremely tough, my market "estimations" were based off of a few metrics that nobody was currently tracking at the time. The effort it took compared to the feedback and outcome was just too much, so I faded away. What sells in crypto is what sells in youtube and tiktok; boobs, moonshots, and clickbait. While I was overweight at the time, man-boobs don't sell, I didn't want to lie about moonshots, and clickbait is simply lying and I can't stand that. So I'll leave you with this, almost any popular crypto commentator, ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT CHARGE YOU $$$ TO SEE THEIR CONTENT are ALL worthless. The only valuable thing they can provide is topical information and awareness, which can be done by finding their hidden Telegram and other "non-subscriber" restricted media. ​ So please don't fall for it. Even those who say they want to help you can and will soak your for your hard earned $$, jut like many "How to be successful" speakers / authors. ​ My recommendation is simply this: * Never put $ into crypto that you can't afford to lose - try reducing your spending on frivolous things and split the savings with crypto, such as buying less drive-thru coffee * Spread your money around to the top 10-20 (Avoid BTC, simply because it's not liquid enough for $5 'investments'. Read up on each one first (Check coinmarketcap) to make sure it passes the "gut feeling" test, if any seem shady, avoid them. * HODL it for a few years or until one 2-3X's, then sell half. Some will make out, some will fail, ultimately you'll probably net upwards a bit above the stock market. Never sell at a loss unless you want the tax break (read up on that before you do!) And that's free life-advice. No subscription necessary.

Run rent increases somewhere between CPI inflation and SPY year/year increase on all your tenants yearly in perpetuity. If your renters leave replace them with bitcoin miners. Ok I'll spell it out for you: Exchanges set the prices for cryptocurrency. They don't have to move an asset at all to change the price. The only people manipulating the price directly is Binance/Coinbase/etc. A couple of million in market sells isn't going to do shit when the daily volume is 5000x that. What you think is market manipulation are just corporations and exchanges themselves either storing assets or making them liquid. This is why there is so much regulation for exchanges and why Binance etc are so shady, they're evading that type of scrutiny/audits as much as possible, because THEY'RE THE ONES MANIPULATING THE MARKET.

Hi thanks that's interesting, but I would like to know HOW they assess a contract code, what are the criteria, what indicators do they use? I'm not interested in certifying one coin or smart contract code but to develop a method (or learn from existing ONES, or adopt a good one) to do that. Then the new rating system should be used to rate all coins at once (or many of them) just like they're now ordered by market cap so that we can see which ones are better and understand how they're being rated (eg by seeing their scores on a number of quality indicators)

I'm trying to do as much research as possible before buying into any one crypto, which I do hold a few; BTC, ETH, DOT, ADA, XRP only around 100£'s worth of each crypto. I purchased them a while ago so I am up quite a decent amount all things considered, I bought 5 DOT early January when there were around 5 smackeroonies each so pat on the back there. (Feel free to praise or give a kicking to my coin selection as you wish, all feedback is valued feedback). However I do feel a slight warm fuzz in my stomach just having a good ole' eyeball at all you kind gentleman's (and gentle ladies) conversations and infosplaining in regards to Harmony One. So I just exchanged for a bunch of these 'ONES'. Here's to a new coin romance, hope were in for a wild ride brothers!

SafeM...just kidding There's a reason the BIG ONES are BIG - they're safe. Popular midcap coins: VET, Nano, Cardano - medium risk. If you're looking for a gamble...honestly my first answer was a fine choice. No one knows which coin is going to x100 next. If you want to gamble, do some research and gamble. If you want to invest your $2K in the sector to get your feet wet...buy ETH and BTC.
