Are you sure it was the correct pancake swap and that you are using the same wallet?? Disconnect the wallet from PS, clear browser cache and connect again to PS. Select 'staked only' on the pool. If that doesn't work just got to debank and put your public wallet address in (NOT YOUR SEED, NOT YOUR PRIVATE KEY!!) it should show you place you have staked on BSC The auto cake pool has been solid for me.

I think taking a tradeoff in decentralization of block production which makes the blockchain susceptible to attacks that can censor and reverse transaction and whatnot is obviously a gamebreaker and being cut off from the internet is not. You seem to think it's not? I really don't see how you can defend that position. You can just as well use CBDCs because those are controlled by governments and not random entities you don't know anything about (the better of two evils). We are also talking about BSC and SOL here which are obviously taking these tradeoffs. BSC is ran by Binance, they have complete control which removes the whole point of the blockchain. SOL will have issues with their blockchain size because barely anyone will be able to store the data when it becomes too big except for entities with a lot of resources. When you have a few entities having control over the nodes then you obviously get the same issue as BSC. Saying that decentralization is a spectrum and every project has to make tradeoffs, which is all true, so therefor you can make any tradeoff you want is just nonsense. Yes, this is the sole reason why others are better. If block production is centralized then it's a useless project and people are only participating out of greed and lack of understanding. It won't be long term sustainable. If Bitcoin gets 51% attacked what do you think will happen? Do you really think people will just say "oh well, just a trade off like any other"?

I think so too. There are so many BSC coins at the moment that it can be difficult to separate the chaff from the wheat, but I do think Sponsee has really unique tokenomics that haven't been implemented before. I have my fingers crossed for this one.

If you send via BEP20 then it will end up on the binance smart chain and therefore only able to interact with bsc enable dapps. If you're cool with that, then youll need to add bsc to metamask aswell as the token (coinmarketcap will show you the ETH contract address for BSC) so you can see it. I expected this answer. Whenever I go through my BSC wallet, there are 74484885859jr4 shit tokens sent by scammers trying to dust me. I only fuck with one on BSC, and I will not utter those words here. I fomo'd in and so far I've lost over half, but recently things are looking up. 
I agree on Binance - in the same way that Coinbase makes it incredibly easy to get involved in crypto, so does Binance IMO. Long term, when people learn a bit more about crypto and want to get away from the CEXs, they can do, but the vast majority of users need that easy on boarding. BSC I’m not so sure on - are there any legitimate projects on BSC? If there are, the platform is overwhelmingly rubbish IMO, and doesn’t reflect well on crypto as a whole tbh.

I don't know of any legitimate nondefi project that has originally built on BSC. Not to say there aren't any but when I look at BSC, all I see are scams. CZ and Binance have done a lot for crypto, no doubt and will continue to do so but I'm not really a fan of BSC.

Impermanent loss. If you create an ETH/CAKE pair and CAKE dumps then you're losing your ETH as well as your CAKE. Also degen farming is full of rug pulls and pump and dumps. BSC is full of them but it was much worse earlier this year.
Part of the reason I'm so bullish on TOAD is the devs have actually invested their own money in the project. It's a nice change from the usual rugpull scamcoin that is so prevalent on BSC.

What do you guys think of Reef Finance? Seems interesting. Multichain interoperability, one click position changing. Does it have a good future? The idea sounds incredible. One stop shop for DeFi (well ETH, BSC, DOT/AVAX chains).
Ethereum is the only blockchain that's suitable as the global base settlement layer. BSC and other permissioned exchange-run chains like Huobi Eco Chain and OkExChain are forks of Ethereum and use Ethereum wallets like MetaMask to interact with them. They are to Ethereum Mainnet what private corporate intranets are to the internet. The latter all use TCP/IP and the former all use the EVM.
I think CNS is worth taking a look at. It's a established token, on a few exchanges, and recently switched over to BSC to avoid disgusting ETH gas fees. It's got a static supply and if you take time to DYOR and learn how to swap it for CNR It's paying about 15% a month. It's not your typical Meme/Moon hype coin.. but a actual instrument with utility.

What's your favourite chain? Eth has uniswap, BSC has pancake Swap, cosmos has osmosis and emeris. I'd recommend pancakeswap or Osmosis for first try, they are both cheap to dip your toe in Osmosis is free at the moment, no gas fees, and high APR, but riskier than pancake swap
As a store of Value, Bitcoin has no competition in the space, but $ETH, has all sorts of competition, already lost some of the DEFI Market share to BSC, I doubt it, especially with those fees.

It is safe. You still own the coins. Go to coin BNB (BNB) / it is the yellow logo/ -> 3 dots -> stake. If you have your BNB in BSC you need to swap it to old bep-2 bnb chain. You can do that in wallet itself 1BNB = 1BNB, low swap fee. Then you choose your stake validator. I choosed Trust wallet to support them. I trust them, they'll stay active validator so my stake rewards will keep coming. And they set fair 3% commission for them.
If you aren't in the mood to use vpn, you can buy bnb at kucoin I believe but you will need trust wallet to convert it to bep20 for use on BSC and pancakeswap. I have never personally done that process I had a lot more complicated process going through nexo and TW when i did it earlier this year.

You will find a lot of guides, which show you how to set up wallets and use decentralized exchanges. Some wallets are very easy to use and have pre-installed dapp browers. Uniswap fees are very high, because of ETH high gas fees. 1Inch can be used on multiple chains (ETH, BSC, Polygon) and you can avoid high fees. There are tons of different wallets, which support using DeFi dapps. I can personally recommend SafePal wallet for beginners. It’s very easy to use DeFi dapps with this wallet.

For the past two years, The Graph was a hosted network on AWS and was provided as a free service to developers who created decentralized applications. Most of the activity was on Ethereum, until The Graph provided support for an additional 23 EVM-compatible networks (eg, Polygon, Avalanche, BSC, etc.). Most of the data above is based on Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks, and is not representative of the number of queries The Graph will receive once it completely indexes and supports Solana, Bitcoin, Near, Polkadot, etc. Developers who want to create applications on these networks almost universally use The Graph. If a new developer wants to create a new subgraph on The Graph's network, they'll need GRT to pay for the queries that their subgraph/dapp yields. That's why there will always be demand among developers to have GRT. If The Graph is supporting a dapp, and it goes down, the dapp does not function. Aave, Uniswap, Sushiswap, Pancakeswap, EIP1155/EIP721 standards (ie, ALL NFTs on Ethereum and other chains), MakerDAO, Balancer, Synthetix, all ***rely upon*** The Graph to function. If you believe blockchain-based decentralized applications will continue to grow in development and use over time, and if you believe in the networks that The Graph supports, including Ethereum, Avalanche, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, Near, Celo, and others, then GRT's token price will exponentially increase as long as Web 3.0 continues to grow. I think $10 within the next year or 2 is inevitable. I'm hoping for/thinking of $50 by 2025 and $100 by 2030, though I could be underestimating the future potential of Web 3.0.
Definitely gonna be DOT and RAIL. DOT has been having a good run lately and the tech is great, soon parachain auction will be live and that will take DOT to a whole new level.RAIL is a privacy protocol whose smart contract make use of the ZK snark zero knowledge proof. This helps to give utmost security, privacy and anonymity. Already deployed on BSC and will be deployed on Polygon real soon
Biggest con is that its bridges to other networks (BSC, ETH, XMR, BTC, IBC) still rely on a small number of node operators. SN is blowing up, and it's becoming more and more decentralized, but it's not decentralized enough yet. Fortunately its following the tindermint sdk path. But secret doesn't have any competition. It's the ethereum of privacy (at tindermint gas prices). Its easy to ignore SN's faults. No other project has a private layer 1 live, let alone with DEXs and defi. What other chain has a bridge to XMR and lucrative yield farming on XMR pairs? The IBC integration is a huge advantage too, because Luna has so many truly revolutionary financial projects. There's a private messaging dApp live. Private NFTs are now live. Shade Protocol is about to release a private algo stablecoin, like UST with a few twists. Then private synthetic assets (stocks) are on their road map. I bought into other privacy projects too, but SCRT is quickly becoming the privacy hub of web 3.0, and it's setting up to dominate.
Oasis is a head scratcher. Why would anyone buy rose when they're at least a year behind Secret Network? Secret Network already has private DEX's that can't be frontrun, private NFTs, private defi, and bridges to ETH, BSC, XMR, BTC, and IBC (the Cosmos/terra/crypto.com/etc tindermint ecosystem). Shade is about to release a private algo stable coin and private synth assets. Honestly SN is probably two years ahead of Oasis.

Yup, that's why Bridge Mutual team goes multi-chain. Their platform atm is built under Ethereum but working on BSC, Polygon and Solana blockchain. Fees sucks when providing coverage.

Think people might be putting the pieces together with Coinbase NFTs and the Polygon integration. Though even without that MATIC has been killing it in terms of active daily users. Been beating ETH and BSC on some days.

I was sceptical and unimpressed after trying a few platforms on BSC but Defikingdoms seems promising as more or less gamified yield farming. I think the key is low transaction costs so games on Fantom, Harmony, and Polygon will likely fare better than ones on Eth mainnet or BSC.
I was lucky that I was able to start stacking both BTC and ETH when they were substantially cheaper than what they’re trading at now. It’s harder to get the same level of returns at the moment simply because there are so many of these small mcap coins and its just becoming too difficult to separate projects with real potential and those that are just marketing fluff (safemoon, shiba, etc). It’s not impossible but it’s certainly gotten a lot harder. I’ve found that simply steering clear of anything that’s marketed as a meme coin to be an effective way to reduce the signal:noise ratio. There’s also _so much_ trash on BSC. At this point if it’s on BSC I just assume it’s not a serious project. But if I had to invest in something different today, I’d probably take a look at Solana. Their biggest issue right now is that the minimum requirements for running a validator node are ridiculously high so it’s ran by a small subset of people resulting in centralisation. They’re very aware of that though and we will likely see improvements on that front at some point. As always DYOR but I’d say it’s worth checking out for sure.
