Of my friends, family, and coworkers I'd say there are maybe 50-75 people in my life who I've talked to about Bitcoin and artificial intelligence, not a single one has shown interest deeper than indulging me politely in the moment of the conversation. The only thing I regret was not buying at 60K waiting to drop. Anyone invested in fiat would need something to exchange that belief for. We need proper use cases for consensus algorithms, things that slowly erode the prevailing belief that fractional banking and national currency can solve global problems. That's the thing, the game lost a lot of what made Diablo fun. There was no longer the thrill of finding a new rare loot that you could use. Or one that could force you to try a different way to play. In DII, finding a special unique could even be the trigger you needed to try a character you had never tried before. But here, what the properties of an item were didn't matter, the only thing that mattered was "how much does this sell for". Imagine an ARPG where every single enemy only dropped gold. Kill a random mob? Gold. Kill a boss? Gold. Then with that gold, you can go and buy all the equipment in the game from an NPC.

Blockchain as a tech is in its infancy. - I have two skins in LoL, I don't play anymore and I can't sell it and they were limited. - Publishers could sell digital (NFT) keys and get a % of the reselling. What about indie developers? - There are more and more games using other games/shows skins in their game. What if you could buy a game and have the skins so you could use in other games? - What if I could buy shoes/cloths and have those in my game, my custom avatar? - What if pokemon GO was NFT based? And I could trade? - What if I could get achievements/badges in a game that would trigger other things in other games, just like easter eggs? - What if I have a card/unit/NPC/item as a NFT, the game is dead but I can "import" it to another different game? You can do a lot with the technology. Granted, we are not there yet. There are a lot of bridges to be built, but blockchain opens a lot of possibilities.

Indeed, the statements you made are somewhat valid. All the “best” Cryptos are all competing for the same vision, to become the Layer 1 that every dev builds on (aka Windows vs Apple vs Linus). There’s no telling who will come out on top, but it’s a very competitive field with a ton of innovation, which means you have to pay attention to the underlying details and not the just the hype train. Think of Smart Contracts as automated systems. I’ll use a game as a reference, imagine you talk to an NPC and it gives you a quest (kill 10 mobs), after completing the quest you go back to the NPC (it verifies you done it), then it gives you a reward. This is essentially how a smart contract works, it’s an automatic system where the code executes base on conditions and variables, and there are no 3rd parties or other people, it’s just you interacting with the contract and then rather or not completing it. Furthermore on that topic, it’s very likely (IMO), that in the future most digital interactions will run like Smart Contracts, and the internet will become more autonomous with a governance system run with tokens. Also, my humble opinion that NFTs will play a massive role in privacy and other issues (even though most people only think of it as Art). Quick example is imagine using your Driver License or Debit Card online, you scan a QR code, it verifies your credentials (locked behind an NFT), but gives 0 info to the 3rd party, and then you’re done. No more data breaches or scam mails/calls from companies selling your data.

You just need more imagination What is the storage space currently like 4mb right It would never be a true copy of your loved ones but you can have NPC's or AI copies of your loved ones and respond with a very high likelihood like your loved ones would plus add personal experiences specific to them which would all be stored in text form like programming code, if x question is asked then y answer is given I just looked it up, 2097152 words or about 4000 pages fit into 4mb so that would be more than enough space to store your loved ones responses in text form You could even add a voice sample and pictures and still fit within the 4mb limit The user interface that uses those files to show you a digital copy of your loved ones wouldn't have to be stored on the ordinal network
