That's wishful thinking > "The amount of bitcoin represented by the Shares will continue to be reduced during the life of the Trust due to the transfer of the Trust’s bitcoin to pay for the Sponsor Fee and other liabilities" (FORM S-1 REGISTRATION STATEMENT, ARK 21SHARES BITCOIN ETF, p.46)

Can anyone help explain to me when the ETFs (Let’s use IBIT as a specific example) will have to buy more btc? Is it listed anywhere? IBIT’s current volume for the day is over 26 million shares. I know volume is buys and sells, but… With only 400,000 SHARES, each share has traded hands on average 65 times already….or they are trading more shares than exist? (26,000,000 volume / 400,000 = 65.

Along with ARKB ARK 21SHARES BITCOIN ETF, I can also find: BTCW WISDOMTREE BITCOIN ETF BTCO INVESCO GALAXY BITCOIN ETF HODL VANECK BITCOIN TRUST ETF On Fidelity with Buy and Sell button available on Fidelity available for trading. Buys at Limit and Market error out due to "no last price history".

I wonder what the difference is between the two. They're listed the exact same way except the ticker is different. I'm also curious about the ARKC. It has EA SER TR ARK 21SHARES ACTIVE ON-CHA next to it. I know that says on chain but I wonder if that's bitcoin related or something else altogether.

look into ETFs. Im not sure what country you are in, and what is available, but i invest in VGS (VANGUARD MSCI INDEX INTERNATIONAL SHARES ETF - top international shares) and VAS (Vanguard Australian Shares Index ETF - largest 300 stocks on Australia stock exchange). good return and pays out dividends which i can just reinvest automatically. far less risky than crypto imo. not saying to not invest in crypto, but ETFs seem to be a good starting point and is better than just gambling on shit coins like shiba inu

Read how that company packaged/pitched the nft. They specificslly said its a share of the company and not just art. I think thats why they are going after that specific instance. The intention was not “sell art” but more avoid the proper process of registering SHARES OF A COMPANY as stocks etc
