I’m a sadboi Cardano holder with you. This one hurts the most. I’m also pretty disappointed in VPAD; I bought it as a ‘moon bag’ day one of its debut listing through Phemex. My money doubled in a couple days, but I kept holding and now I’m about 50% down.

Almost every ALT is a pump and dump. Some projects have good long term potential, but honestly until we experience mass adaption the price of BTC will determine everything. When starting with crypto I recommend 80% of your fiat go into BTC and ETH. Then do a bit of research, DON'T get caught in the project subs too much as all they so is tell you to buy and hodl to the moon. Take profits from ALTs when they are there to be had, and hodl your BTC and ETH for a few years. Eventually I recommend learning about DEXs and if you're are a lower income investor learn. about "Airdrops" and all the free coin giveaways out there. I personally made 5k on VPAD without investing any fiat just from an airdrop giveaway. Take it slow, don't throw too many darts at the board, and HODL that BTC and ETH. The market does up and down, so if you see yourself down just relax because you haven't lost any money until you sell at a loss. Patience is the key to be successful.

Bought VPAD at market price
Found FEG within a week of its release, missed the 400x. Found SHIB but didn't invest as I didn't realise meme coins were the new thing. Brought YFI at like 40$ and sold for a 3x...missing the 1000× gem it was. Got the UNI airdrop but sold at 6$ missing the 5x from there. Got VPAD but had to sell to pay the bills for Xmas (currently missing a 1.5x). I've realised a though things. You'll never feel happy when you sell, as you'll almost never time to the top. Time in the market is better than timing the market. Find a soild project and reinvest into it over time (mine is DOT, ETH and ADA). Be happy with the little profit you made and don't linger and on whole profits that wasn't ment to be. Kinda like a bird in the hand, is better than 2 in the Bush. The thing that gets me through it. Is I made the right decision at the time. Even if I made a loss or didnt make as much profit. I did the decision that was thought out, with my current understanding, that was right for me. Never live with regrets, as it will eat away at you.
