Im a pure technical analysis dude, so yes the chart doesnt lie. People can DM me and ask me to pump their stocks, and i will never do that. Why? Because the chart is the truth teller. Anyone with technical analysis will call my bluff if i pump something that lies on the chart. But like i said 70% of my call outs play out. If this one choose not to play out it's fine. But with this pattern and such a high SI, it should.... If theres other stocks with a good technical pattern, and high SI, let me know and i will look at it.

Nope. 1. Too much has been invested in CaPex. Mag 7 and many others have large debts to pay off, and huge depreciation walls coming. 2. Mag 7 profit growth is largely due to circular financing arrangements and AI demand that will likely be interrupted if we say goodbye to Anthropic and/or AI. 3. Q2 profits were artificially boosted by tariff refunds across multiple sectors. 4. Q2 profits were synthetically boosted by company's investments in SpaceX, Anthropic and OpenAI, etc. There's no way the SI bubble fades away with a whimper without impacting the greater market and economy.

It could yes. I will keep an eye on it as well and if it moves maybe get a nice scalp off of it. Not the type of stock I'd buy in advance and hope for a rip on, the chart doesn't look to hot. It could move on the news about if it's not priced in, but I'm not sure of that, so for me it's more a, " jump on and scalp if it moves, if not I'm safe anyways" , type of play. The float is fairly low, so is the SI, so we need some decent news and volume and it could move a bit. We shall see! I see news set for the 25th, so I will keep it on my watchlist and scanner and see what happens! Not my usual play, but hey, doesn't hurt to watch and see right?!

there is no stock on earth where CTB is so low while SI is so high. SI is delayed and calculated value while CTB is live time. Up to you to believe what but honestly if you based current trading on delayed calculated data, no one can help you out. you are just way too dumb then

Mentions:#SI

* "Construction, power, cooling, networking, or acceptance delays." \-They're delivering, they have the nearterm grid energized and secured in Texas and are not effected by the recent audit. NVDA partnership de-risks GPU supply * Further large equity raises or dilutive financing without clear high-ROI deployment. \-Capex models have returned \~ 2 to 5x per $1 spent on GPUs, 7.6B cash on hand current. contracts are coming in with 40-45% GPU prepayments included. the $500B financing NVDA is lining up should be a tailwind to not resort to dilutive financing coming up. This is financing specifically for NVDA DSX architecture, which sweetwater 1's 1.4GW site is a flagship for - Iren is likely to be a direct beneficiary of this. * Weaker-than-expected AI revenue mix, higher costs, or guidance that pushes the ramp later. \-possible if there are delays * Negative industry developments (GPU shortages, hyperscaler spending pauses, competitive losses, regulatory/power issues). \-regulatory should not be a problem per rebuttal to point 1. Demand is outpacing supply, GPU shortages could be an issue. Hyperscaler CAPEX actually is only loosely tied to $IREN - entirely dependent on if they are seeking a hyperscaler contract or continuing to increase their diversified mix they already have contracted for 2.8B. While Hyperscalers a large part of the demand, a lot of compute is still needed outside of their demand: healthcare field, etc * Short-driven volatility or broader market risk-off (especially for high-beta names) \-always a risk "high valuation" is debatable when they're under the MC for current backlog, have 7.6B cash on and have 2x capacity coming online in 2027 to be contracted. I always recommend right sizing a position to your risk for it. With 30% SI in a highly volatile name and one thats gone through a slight recovery after Leopold got liquidated to trade at what's been support to launch off of for \~10 months But outside of the investment thesis: this is shortsqueeze and what matters more is unleveraged longs tying up the float to squeeze the shorts when they can;t find panic/forced sellers

Fintels number is wrong. True SI is 30%.

No that was me asking the same question (and for the record I only asked twice) because I’m seriously not understanding. There hasn’t been news on this stock for months. No its not. With any simple google search you can see it has NO short interest. Only stock with a high SI and likely to squeeze is Hertz.

Mentions:#SI

No because he sold in early July and SI actually went up after that.

Mentions:#SI

You're missing the convert arb. In June, Hertz did a $350M exchangeable note deal and lent out 37,037,037 shares at $2.70 explicitly to facilitate hedging and short selling. A large chunk of the short interest everyone is quoting is convertible arbitrage — delta-hedged against a long bond position, not directional bears who have to panic cover. Those shorts adjust mechanically. They don't squeeze. That's also why the SI figures are all over the place — 31%, 50%, 74% depending where you look. FINRA settlement data and share-lending estimates measure different things on different lags, and some quote float while others quote shares outstanding. On your actual question, how much bad news is priced in: Q2 was genuinely good. $64M GAAP net income, revenue $2.4B up 10%, adjusted corporate EBITDA $81M against $18M a year ago and above the top of guidance. FY26 guide is $225-275M, 2027 target is ~$1B. What keeps me cautious is the capital structure. ~$870M market cap against ~$21B of debt and negative book equity around -$786M. Most of that debt is non-recourse fleet financing and adjusted corporate EBITDA already strips vehicle costs, so a headline EV/EBITDA multiple overstates it. But the equity is still a thin option on a very levered structure, and that cuts hard in both directions. There's also ~148M shares issuable on conversion against 356M outstanding. Shares were sold at $2.70 in June. It's $1.89 now. So directly: I don't think fleet economics are what you're missing, you had that part right. It's that the squeeze framing is mostly structural short interest, and the dilution overhang is real. If this works, it's the 2027 EBITDA ramp and deleveraging, slowly. Not a gamma event. Long HTZ. Happy to be wrong on timing.

Added it, but it won't show on the squeeze list. There's no FINRA short interest data for BMM at all. No SI%, no days-to-cover, no borrow rate. The scanner ranks on those three things, so there's nothing to score it on. I could force it on but the row would be blank across every column, which just looks like I'm tracking it when I'm not. Probably not a FINRA-reporting listing (no market cap coming through either, usually means Canadian or OTC). It's on my watchlist for price, and if SI data ever shows up it'll hit the squeeze board on its own.

I don't understand people's obsession with the likes of HTZ, Jack in the box, WEN as potential short squeeze candidates. Those are struggling businesses, might invest for long term turnaround, but every squeeze NEEDS a catalyst. Growing, profitable businesses have a much better chance of producing these catalysts compared to declining ones. Good luck everyone and don't invest your own money in something other strangers are simply hyping on the internet, including me. Always do your own DD.

So 0 shares to borrow, 75% SI still, over 120% IO and waiting for bill ackman to report maximum on Friday, borrow rate reaching 40% and no shares to borrow and you are still selling $htz? Lol you don’t want money I guess

Mentions:#SI

First off, most stocks that are highly shorted do not squeeze. All the conditions can be perfect, and sometimes a business just sucks and it should be shorted. SPCX is at 25% SI. But not all the ingredients are there. It does have a very small available float because 95% of the shares are owned be insiders. The biggest problem with the setup is that it only takes 1.3 days to cover. Just like with HTZ, there is no scarcity. That doesn't mean it wont go back up. There are some signals that it will. But thats probably not because the shorts will be tripping over themselves to cover, unless something dramatically changes.

$htz over 2.60 again, two hours dancing up and down 5 cents and bears think is over, no more shares to borrow, SI still massive, IO significantly over 100% meaning a lot of artificial shorting, volume massive, what can I say

Low momentum about to close for the 4 straight day around 5x volume (some even 10x) borrow rates double digits from 29 to 50%, SI 75%, institutional ownership 120%, no shares to borrow, lol some of you are just haters

Borrow rate 29% and climbing, showing higher in other places, still +75% SI and no shares to borrow, institutional ownership over 120%, lol DO NOT SELL

Shorts are doubling down because they need to but still 75% SI more than 120% Institutional ownership, almost 3-4 on massive volume, we are FLYING AND ITS STILL EARLY $htz

Like ya what do you mean 80 SI and no float could cause a squeeze dummy? Lol shorts are so dumb

IV crush is gonna hurt either way but you should be fine. I think. There’s not enough call OI to make this thing rip on gamma I.e mm’s don’t have to buy into upward moves to hedge against call volume. If that changes though, it could get interesting. Idk - volume was still high yesterday so gonna largely depend on today and tomorrow. SI looks like it dropped a bit in RH so you may catch an organic move past $3. Idk it’s always hard to predict tickers like this. Open took a few weeks though.

Not mentioning WEN with 37% SI and HTZ'a 60% is sus.

The fact this list doesn't include WEN and HTZ while including random micro caps and mega daps with barely any SI is sus.

My man. It was 70-80% short interest. Stock went up about that from when people jumped on board. Stock is up 70-80%, what are expecting to happen? Genuinely curious, like what is your exit point? I could see a few spikes on a good company but we’re talking hertz. In debt and outdid by all competitors (Autonomous, Uber, Turo, and other similar rental car agencies). The SI alone ain’t worth it after the jump. Put a stop loss and pray homie .

Im going to paste AI Slop from my agent. It **DOES NOT make decisions/determinations**. All numbers come programmatically and the trade heuristics are deterministic. It simply narrates/explains the 800+ heuristic trading signals in combination with the prompt, stock news, and text books by subject matter experts. In the future, I will try to make the agent a bit more involved in choosing reranking the signals contextually. ====== ## Bottom Line Up Front **This is a live social-media pump attempt riding on genuinely elevated short interest — not a confirmed short-squeeze setup, and not obviously becoming one.** There's real fuel: **29.7% of float shorted**, ~10 days-to-cover at current volume, **~$328M net cash, $0 debt**, and a pending Nasdaq compliance decision. But the three ingredients that turn a candidate into a squeeze — **volume ignition, a tape-moving catalyst, and crowd coordination** — are all absent. Friday's restatement + earnings release (the "biggest news in months") bought the stock just **+5.9% on one-third of its average volume**. And the options market has already priced the squeeze in: **IV ~123% vs realized 64%**. You'd be paying 2–7× "fair" volatility for a lottery that is fighting a down-trend. ## Market Context - Price: **$1.61** (+5.9% Friday) · 52W range: $1.30 – $7.43 (**−78%**) - IV: **122.7%** (Aug 21 ATM), 104.8% (Aug 28) — **inverted term structure** - Realized vol (20-day Parkinson): **64.4%** → IV/RV ratio ≈ **1.9×** - Daily 1σ expected move: **$0.124 (±7.7%)** - Below SMA50 ($2.00) and SMA200 ($2.92) — primary trend is down - Avg volume 10.6M (50-day) · Friday volume 3.6M (**RelVol 0.34**) - Open interest: $2.00 Aug 21 calls **3,820** · $3.00 Sep 18 calls **9,013** · $3.00 Jan 2027 calls **13,661** **Volume is the story:** it has collapsed from 30M+/day in May to 3–6M/day. The reversal is unconfirmed. ## The Financial Reality Check | Metric | Value | Read | |---|---|---| | Market cap | ~$360M | vs $4.93M TTM sales → **P/S ≈ 73** | | FQ2 revenue / net | $1.5M / −$276K | Tiny; negative margins (-417% TTM) | | Net income TTM | −$20.6M | Op margin −524% | | Cash + ST investments (restated 8/7) | ~$328M | Cash/sh $1.47 vs price $1.61 | | Debt / total liabilities | $0 / $7.4M | Balance sheet genuinely clean | | Book value | $1.59/sh | Trading essentially at book | | Employees | 55 | IPO Nov 2023 | **What the Reddit DD got right:** the cash pile is real (~89% of market cap — the market values the whole operating business at ~$40–46M). A "runs out of money" short thesis is weak. **What it glosses over:** - **SEPA (Standby Equity Purchase Agreement)** — named in the restatement itself. A death-spiral facility: the company can print shares at a discount into any rally. May's $38.7M offering at $2.60–3.20 shows management will absolutely sell into strength. **This caps squeezes.** - **Class action** over allegedly misleading Microsoft-partnership statements. Restatement of FY2024/FY2025 + multiple quarters. **Nasdaq delisting notice pending** on the 7/20 compliance plan. - **Insiders have been distributing the entire ride:** COO sold ~$1.3M at $2.48–5.11 (2025); former officers sold at $2.68–3.00 in Feb 2026. Zero insider buys. - History (from an ex-holder in the threads): the "NVIDIA collaboration" — hype tweets before Jensen's keynote, then no mention, no partner-board listing. A repeated pattern of statement-driven pumps, now the subject of litigation. ## The "DD" — What's Actually In Those Four Threads Same author, same essay pasted **verbatim into 4 subreddits in 5 days**, self-described: *"I write this all to increase exposure of course."* No position disclosure. An "update" version went up 2 hours before I priced this. | Claim in the DD | What the data says | |---|---| | SI 37.64% / 63.81% of active float | Official: **29.72%**. "Active float" math is self-inconsistent (84.6M in part 1, 125M in part 2) | | 11.8 days to cover | 5.08 on trailing volume; **~10.3 on current 20-day volume** (partial credit — volume did dry up) | | "$2.00 call → $0.15–0.25 if RR hits $1.85" (4–7x) | Black-Scholes at 110% IV: **$0.10**. At realized 64%: **$0.04** — overstated 2–5× | | 2,394 contracts at $2.00 | Actually **3,820** (they undercounted) | | Cash: "$35M" → "$250M + $110M" → "$328M" | $328M is real — but the story changed 3 times in a week | | "Gamma ramp forming" | Call OI is real but small: full delta-hedge of the $2.00 stack = ~80K shares vs **54M short** vs 10M daily volume. Gamma is a spark, not the engine | | "OBV/ADL mathematically proving accumulation" | Unverifiable; author admits AI-generated analysis | | "450 deployments, 100% renewal, global retail giant MSA" | Unverifiable PR claims, none in filings | **Community reception is the tell:** total engagement across all four threads is ~60 upvotes. The DeepFuckingValue one scored **1 point (55%)**. Top comments are skeptical ex-holders ("hobby projects cobbled together with Temu parts", "repeatedly misleading statements", "same BS every few days"), Glassdoor complaints, and one r/Shortsqueeze user calling it out directly — *"write an article to convince people to throw money at my bagholder stock, then I'll buy calls, then spend 2 weeks spamming forums."* One commenter admitted buying $50 "because this came on my feed." That's the cohort these pumps farm — and there aren't enough of them yet. ## Squeeze Scorecard (against the standard screening framework) - ✅ Short interest / float: 29.7% (≥20% = candidate, >30% = extreme) - ✅ Days to cover: ~5–10 (elevated-to-high) - ⚠️ Cost to borrow: unknown — not verifiable - ✅ Float concentration: 31% institutional + 18.7% insider → shorts may be ~43% of actively traded float - ✅ Dense call OI near/OTM ($2 and $3 strikes) - ❌ **Catalyst moving the tape: restatement + earnings → +6% on ⅓ volume** - ❌ **Volume ignition: RelVol 0.34, 3 months of declining volume** - ❌ **Coordination: ~60 upvotes, skeptical comments, 4 crossposts** - ❌ **Dilution machinery: SEPA + demonstrated ATM selling** Most heavily shorted stocks **do not** squeeze: without a catalyst, high SI gets absorbed gradually; and IV on high-SI names already prices in squeeze probability, eating the edge. RR matches the profile of a candidate that never ignites — and it's down 78% for real reasons (litigation, delisting risk, restatement, fake-partner history). The systematic read (819 trading-rule heuristics evaluated on live data): **trend DOWN, strategy affinity: long puts > long calls**, top fired rules: exit longs in a bear trend, prefer the short side in a downtrend, use a probability calculator, keep positions small. The play being pitched (naked near-the-money calls) is **counter-trend**. ## The Long Call Menu — Premiums and Break-Evens Prices are last-trade 8/7. ⚠️ **Bid/ask is essentially absent on this board** — expect brutal spreads; the DD's own $0.03/$0.04 quote is the only live two-sided market I saw. | Expiry | Strike | Prem | Break-even | Move needed | Δ | Note | |---|---|---|---|---|---|---| | 8/21 | $1.50 | $0.20 | **$1.70** | +5.6% | 0.67 | closest to money; 5 sessions; theta + IV crush risk | | 8/21 | $2.00 | $0.04 | **$2.04** | +26.7% | 0.21 | the DD's example — fair value at $1.85 is ~$0.10, not $0.15–0.25 | | 8/28 | $2.00 | $0.06 | **$2.06** | +28% | 0.26 | | | 9/18 | $2.00 | $0.15 | **$2.15** | +33.5% | 0.39 | best outright-call risk/reward | | 9/18 | $3.00 | $0.04 | **$3.04** | +88.8% | 0.13 | pure lottery | | 11/20 | $2.00 | $0.28 | **$2.28** | +41.6% | 0.49 | | | Jan'27 | $2.00 | $0.36 | **$2.36** | +46.6% | 0.54 | longest cushion | | Jan'27 | $3.00 | $0.22 | **$3.22** | +100% | 0.36 | fair at 123% IV, **7× its 64%-vol fair value** | **The math behind the warning:** at $1.85 — the DD's own "if" — the 8/21 $2.00 call is worth **$0.10** even with IV held at 110% (a 2.5×, not 4–7×). If IV mean-reverts to the 64% realized level on the bounce — the normal sequence on these names — it's worth **$0.04, exactly what you paid, after the stock rallied 15%**. The squeeze scenario is already in the option prices. ### If you still want to be long the squeeze Defined-risk structures only (this is also the standard guidance for squeeze participation): - **Sep 18 $2.00/$3.00 bull call spread** — debit ~$0.11 · break-even **$2.11** (+31%) · max profit $0.89/contract · max loss $0.11 → **~8:1 reward:risk** - **Jan 2027 $2.00/$3.00 bull call spread** — debit ~$0.14 · break-even **$2.14** (+33%) · max profit $0.86/contract · max loss $0.14 → **~6:1** - 8/14 $1.50/$2.00 (6 DTE) — debit ~$0.16 · BE $1.66 · max profit $0.34 — tempting, but that's a 6-day gamma/theta lottery Position size: **1–2% of the account, one spread, predefined exit.** Squeezes end abruptly and reverse sharply — most commonly within days of the peak. Don't hold a winner through the top. ## Verdict - **Pump-and-dump in the making? Yes — and a weak one.** Same author, four subreddits in a week, undisclosed position, self-admitted exposure motive, AI-generated "741/GME" numerology bait, inflated and self-contradicting stats, and a comment section full of people this company's press-release game already burned. - **Real short-squeeze setup? Not yet.** Genuine SI fuel and a genuinely cashed-up balance sheet — but no volume, no catalyst confirmation, no crowd, insider selling, and a SEPA sitting ready to sell into any rally. Friday was the tell: the single best news in three months produced a 6% bounce on sleeping volume. - **The flip that changes the call:** a Nasdaq compliance **approval** announcement *with* volume >30M and a weekly close above **$1.70**. Then $2.00–2.05 (SMA50 / max-pain / volume-node confluence — the only part of the DD I'd credit) becomes live gamma territory. Until that prints, the odds are on the side of the stock doing what it's been doing. *Data: last-trade option quotes 8/7 (illiquid board — confirm executable prices before committing), Finviz snapshot cached ~10h, 20-day Parkinson realized vol from daily candles. Not financial advice — and the "DD" author's own closing line applies: don't get attached to a stock.*

Issue with this "short interest" is that it's misleading. I mean yes it's high (though I've seen it say 30% SI not 75% which is weird) But besides that, the insituonal shorters are heavily hedged, so it's not like they're only shorting it. They have convertible notes offering from their share lending deal 2ish months ago with JPM for about 37 million shares at $2.7. Which is why I believe (though I may be wrong) there was a massive well off at the bell today when it was at/near $2.7. Anyways, my main point is that this is not normal shorting. Institutions, (not all) are heavily hedged and will win either way if it goes up or down. Their risk isn't nearly as high and are in no rush to cover their shorts if it goes up , unless massively shoots up. So if you're hoping for a GME type of squeeze, doubt it's happening.

FINRA data from 15th July says SI is at 57% with a tradable float of only 94k shares. This does not include shorts, which may have entered after the share offering which is now halted by court. Some shorts probably entered after the offering, thinking that the price will drop which is supported by the increase in ctb to roughly 700%. The cost increased so much because many shorts wanted to jump in after the announced dilution, hoping the price will drop on that announcement. Then it didnt happen, as they thought and now they're trapped with 950%ctb and rising price.
