Next up is $ATCH. Technicals are starting to build. It’s been on a few penny traders list I follow. Earnings have been getting better the last two quarters and my understanding is that will continue when they file the next. Continuously shedding debt. The RS hurt them. Easily see $.31/Shr +. Two year target $3. Read about the amount of debt paid off this year. According to the last 10k it was $14mil. The Hanire financial agreement allocated up to$5mil in stock repurchases. Thats more than the “current” market cap! NFA…just saying what I like.

Between suggestions here and my recent research to buy more stock, I went with this today - ATCH - 10,000 shares $0.20 - It was at $686.00 less than 2 years ago. It's now at $.20. My research found there are strong indicators that this may have a good rebound. MBOT - 600- $2070.00 - $3.45 - They were recently granted a patent covering a modular robotic surgical system which includes a base and a plurality of tool-receiver units arranged as separate units and independently and interchangeably attachable to the base. Many here believe this is set to take off. DUNN - 290 - $1406.50 - $4.85 - Just because... There are a lot of posts about this one. It was at $7.04 in February. Seems like there is a push on Reddit to make this a meme stock so I figured I'd join in. So Reddit investors... do your thing!
The question is how likely is it that revenue reaches a $30 million run rate. We do know that it was at $10.6 million based on Q1 financials and that the new focus on stock lending has accounted for 12%, 15% and 15%+ of revenue during the last 3 months and I'm guessing some of that is additive but that could be as small as $130k per month. There have also been the two Reg A financings that ATCH's subsidiary Wilson Davis has facilitated. I couldn't find the terms for the $75M Limitless X Holdings financing but Wilson Davis is also handling a $125 million ATM for Hyperscale Data for which they'll receive 3% off the top. So 3% for both deals would bring in a maximum of $6M but the underwritten deal needs to be fully subscribed and the ATM should just trickle in money so when and what amount those two deals will add to revenue is yet to be seen. I do like the new CEO Jeff Sime that was installed at Wilson Davis after AtlasClear bought the company and the new head of stock lending, Todd Tabacco (great name) is very experienced in the field and it looks like he's already paying dividends but how revenue will ramp up is very unclear at this point and it still may take a while.
So it’s ATCH, not ATCHW, right?

ATCH, tomorrow might be the next leg up, yesterday it dipped around this time and then it pumped into close. I think it has gas for another leg up yet before the pullback, the resistance is 0.22, so it will probably stop there if there isn't enough volume, is a 10% profit trade anyways 0.2-0.22. If it breaks the 0.22 resistance the next one is the 0.24, Similar pattern as the 15 aug rally, add to that the hype around it, good bet for a swing.
In on ATCH, this is going to be a month long runner

In with just under 45k, was thinking about cutting my ATCH and adding but I don’t want to over trade like I did with IXHL
BTAI you mean? If so, then I have no idea what’s going on with it, but I entered at 1.70 and exited at 4.55 and it kept pumping. It wasn’t sustainable at 3-4, and now it’s at 7. Hitting myself for selling, but profit is profit and their catalyst date is quickly approaching which means a quick dump at any point after a 400% gain in a week. It’s IXHL 2.0, and I hope folks take profits and don’t get too greedy. I have positions in TNFA and CHSN, caught CHSN below 0.01 but waited on TNFA and decided to add during AH and got in at 0.11 after making sure volume was serious. If I read the patterns right, TNFA will do what BTAI and IXHL did. I’ll be safe and sell at 200-300% if it goes that high, and I’ll set a stop loss for -20%. I have a position it ATCH as well, but haven’t check the others. I’ll have a look tonight. I tend to choose 3 short term plays a week , and 3 medium-long term plays in my “just for fun” portfolio. Going for TNFA, CHSN, and SOUN (not a penny stock I know) this week, while my mid-long term are NVNI, ELTP, and CTM.
