I made the mistake of getting ATCH. That was a awhile ago. Now I'll just wait for years for it to go back up lol
For me it was ATCH, Beyond Meat, and now SRXH. In total I gained $17,000 in about a week but then lost $23,000 over a couple month period. Gave up and going forward will only do VOO and VTI.
Nah, thatβs where the market makers have an edge and theyβll keep it low once news is announced. I imagine there is heavy shorts on this and likely synthetic shares - basically no financial institution wants $ATCH to succeed so imagine the positions taken out against it. I suspect a move to $.80-$.90, with a pullback to $.40-$.50. Then day two itβll move againβ¦maybe cool for a few days and then randomly on some Monday or Tuesday (maybe a Friday lol), itβll trap all shorts as it moves out of $1 rangeβ¦and then boom itβll go!!
I expect ATCH to move above $2 almost immediately after the announcement. The last two earnings reports have been excellent and I see no reason why that would change

Who was complaint about ATCH on Friday? I added it back onto my watch list for lulz and it just seems to barcode for weeks. Almost tempting to get some but no news or anything exciting to look forward to it seems.

Nope, I dont trust those crooks. But I have a little faith in the pump on the news. Companies like ATCH operate exactly like this, they sell the news, dilute, then say sorry and give themselves bonuses. Craigs and Johns salaries are \~500k a year on a company that has yet to make a profit. No 0 trust in them.
Okayβ¦ I checked. The stock is ATCH. Itβs down to .191. I bailed a few weeks ago at .247. Lost about $920 this time around. Iβll make that up with other investments. I feel good! π

You can keep going for the thrill of it, but if you donβt pull your parachute, youβre going to hit the ground hardβ¦ They make entire subs for bag-holders that delude themselves into thinking itβs βthe next Fortune 500.β ATCH had a huge run on some decent news and whatnot months ago, now thereβs a whole sub about it. AMC from years ago did the same, sub still running from my knowledge. People still believe what they want to believe. People will fall into the sunk cost fallacy very easily and believe theyβre βdiamond handsβ when theyβre really just holding a loser for way too long.

I didn't forget anything. Timing was literally the point of my post. Right now is not the time to invest in ATCH, but the time will come, and I paid a 70% price for joining in too early.

That's a lot of word salad for saying not much of substance. My investment has 0.24 average. Not a gambler. DD shows fundamentals, you're totally misusing buzzwords. Past chart data (or lack of decent chart data, which is totally true for ATCH) isn't indicative of future performance when the company's situation has changed. Pretty obvious, really π€·π»ββοΈ
1. They are a microcap that are trying to do big cap things. They simply don't have the finances to pull it off without dilution. 2. They are not profitable and rely on acquisitions for profitability. 3. ATCH book value is negative, all while needing capital for the said acquisitions. This makes dilution guaranteed. This means that the current shareholders are going to see a substantial decrease in the share value and, possibly, a reverse split to regain compliance once the stock fails to maintain the required level. This is typical of microcaps. That being said, I believe ATCH will eventually be successful, but I chose to close my position until they have sorted their finances out (at the expense of the current shareholders). I have lost 70% of my investment in the process.
ATCH, which I posted about in this sub. They were calling me a liar (and worse), basically accusing my post to be false. Literally nothing in what I said was false (all easily fact checked stuff), although granted I do add some flowery detail at times.

SLS is printing a head and shoulders pattern after running up for 2 months. This looks like exit liquidity mining. ATCH is showing exhaustion. PSRHF just broke support 5 days ago and is on its way down to the daily 200. HGRAF just rejected on the daily 50 after rejecting twice at 6 dollars. SRXH is pinned sideways since early Feb, while trading between .11 and .15 cents. I'm blocking that guy and his supporters.
Significantly undervalued; especially after the acquisitions. According to ridenhour (CEO), they have fundamentally changed the company hanire, who invested about $20 million in them last fall/summer, and the CFO, who dropped about $10 million if I remember correctly, are good reason to follow the money Wilson davis is turning a profit, and they are starting to get the stock offering business moving ( see GPUS ) for example. ATCH is doing a preferred stock offering for them this quarter

Then about five months later, it went from 0.50 to $14 ATCH is going to do the same exact thing On. ASST, I got out three days to soon. I made $32k, but left 120k on the table by getting out and not trusting my own understanding Having conviction in a stock purchase when everyone else has a negative opinion is a tough buy and hold. So when ASST made its first move up, I panicked and sold. Just got to be patient. $ATCH ("AtlasClear" or the "Company"), a technology-enabled financial services holding company, today announced that it has submitted regulatory applications seeking approval to acquire Commercial Bancorp, a Bank Holding Company and the parent company of Farmers State Bank, a profitable, well-capitalized Federal Reserve member bank. The applications were filed with the Federal Reserve Board and the Wyoming Division of Banking, and represent the next step in the transaction process following the Company's February 2026 announcement of a definitive Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Commercial Bancorp. Under the terms of the SPA, approximately 73% of the total consideration is structured in shares of AtlasClear common stock, with the remainder payable in cash, subject to customary adjustments.

I feel like they have a solid idea, and I am curious about holding this long. However, I need to do a lot more research because I heard some kind of flaws in their fundamentals(forgetting what it was) awhile back, and it seemed like they had a little while ago to be solid. As a speculative trade though it really does seem promising. I am bagholding ATCH I would probably baghold this and QSI as well "just in case". Virgin Galactic has a similar allure to me

I came here to post about ATCH. the volume spike started yesterday afternoon with no news I'm hoping we get a preliminary approval or feedback on the Wyoming Bancorp acquisition from the SEC this stock is seriously undervalued but the market seems to shrug their shoulders at every positive news announcement or data release
