Am in CING. Low floater. Decision for FDA acceptance for their NDA for a new ADHD med is due today from what I have been read. Am also in FGL and AZI. Neither stock has run yet.
CING has a catalyst due by tomorrow. The FDA is supposed to make a decision on their acceptance of the NDA on their new ADHD drug which only requires once a day dosing. It is anticipated to be accepted. PPS has been stable for the past few months. It’s a low floater. So it will spike hard with good news. If on the other hand (unlikely IMO), the application is rejected, then it will likely tank of course.
In terms of penny stocks, I currently only have a position in CING and a small starter is PSTV. Otherwise, all cash.
I am in CING. I heard that it was Sept 30/Oct 1.
Anyone else in CING? We should have heard news regarding their New Drug Application by yesterday but I have seen no news. Several sources state an NDA submission date of 31 July with a 60-day time frame for the FDA to make a decision. My understanding is that is 60 calendar days (not working days). By my count that means the deadline in 29 Sep.

There is $CING. Low floater. No pump so far. FDA approval decision date for their ADHD medication is Sept 30/Oct 1. I feel that there is a high probability it will get approved and if it does, it will spike hard.
Took small higher risk positions in $RAYA, $ADAP, and $EZGO. Seemed to have bottomed out. Also added $BIAF looking for a premarket run based on the AH cancer test patent news. Swinging $LIDR, $CING, and $BB.
In $RZLV still. Keeps going up. Also swinging $DTSS, $LIDR, $CING, $ATCH.
Momentum and trend support is your main focus. Short terms catalysts are very important as well, they more often than not lead to excessive hype, lot of buys, and might dump before or on the expected catalyst news, aka sell the news. Some notable stocks: Open(being mentioned in reddit million times a day, already up a lot from $0.5), HCTI after RS, PBM a month and half after RS, ICU during sep october 2023, ALZN, CING, MNPR(all those three i picked during may june 2024 and the catalyst ran hard afterward). Forgot to mention, that picking a stock after RS could be a good thing, as the float is tiny(careful from dilution) and the stock moves fast on both ways, that's assuming there is some hyped news on the way...

I don’t see CING here , they’re about to file NDA , recently revived $4.3M waiver. They’re targeting a huge ADHD market (~22B) and their market cap is just ~23M. It shot up to 20$ last August when they got patent approval in 30+ countries. It will shoot up relatively when they file their NDA in a month or so.
CING is extremely close to submitting their NDA.

In the GPS trial, the historic benchmarks are that people relapse a third time and die usually within 6 months... their drug is currently holding people at over a year and a half. With no loss of quality of life. The 009 trial is getting people to complete remission from a historically terrible prognosis

Over the next few months, I'm expecting some solid moves: Riley (90% conviction for 100% gain) should pop by mid-August, $Anro (80% conviction for 140% gain) in the next couple weeks, $ATHE (75% for 50% gain) sometime in two months, $CING (70% for 200% gain) in three, and $SLS (90% for 600% gain) in four, $PYPD (95% for 100% gain) eoy. When each one jumps, I'll cash out some profits-keeping 20% to stash in my long-term port. The rest of the gains get split between whatever plays are still active.... ignoring my 5% rule, as I'm considering this as one play. As each stock hits, the leftover money keeps cycling forward, giving me more firepower for the next move... I think each move, will be enough of a move, I only need to be right on a few of these. 50:50 shares/call splits on ANRO and SLS RILY 30/70 shares/calls. Everything else is shares only.
RILY has a good chance of popping this week (I made a post about it) SLS, CING and ATHE are my bio plays.
I don't understand the question. I bought and later sold 339 options in my Roth. I took proceeds, put 3/4 into etfs... 200k into RDDT, ATHE, SMMT, CING, SLS, and OUST. And been doing low DTE puts the past few months

Im sooo mad I didn't FOMO buy CING yesterday when it was up 150%. It only went up an additional 270% today. Yes, they did get a European patent for a medication that seems to be a future competitor for Adderall & Vyvanse. However, +625% in the last 5 days must've been part squeeze. If someone mentioned it on here, its my own fault for not buying it. I've been on a successful options run (although putting my HRB $60c call order $5 more would've made me 700$+ 😡) + watching ASTS (stock) + watching a ton of other options is probably why I haven't checked this sub in a bit so its on me. Anyone who was on this prior to yesterday, absolute congrats!! Im super happy for you

I recall Ritalin prodrugs being thought to be more effective than stereoisomers; the body of research wasnt going in this direction last I checked. With a trial and proper scrutiny, 1301 will be their starchild. But buspirone this decade...ugh. There's counterindications in a significant portion of adults presenting anxiety... The general move away from benzos and towards adjunct (+SSRI/MAOI) therapies has popularized it as a first or second line of treatment, but clinically, the existing incarnation doesn't play well with obesity and hypertension comorbidities - consider the target market is America. Since 2103 is a simpler delivery system, I'm not confident the proper pharmacokinetics will be altered to a satisfactory degree. Watch the trial info for 1301. If it's positive and precedes an earnings call, CING will be this year's KBIO/SRPT.
I like $NXE here, but $CING is very stable and currently looks low risk

They have very different products. CING is developing a drug for ADHD. AFAIK VTGN is developing a drug for Social Anxiety with Major Depressive Disorder.

My move is to stick to CING. In my opinion will be the next big bet
