IMHO MARA don't have quite the execution profile of IREN. Also IREN sell any mined bitcoin immediately unlike MARA, so they don't suffer from BTC drops. Additionally IREN have planned an AI rotation as its long play for years - BTC mining was just a means to an end. They're ahead of the curve while MARA plays catchup. Similarly I don't really like CLSK. They are in a similar position to MARA plus their management hold very low ownership % in the company and they've pulled some bad optics like diluting and 8 months later buying a private jet.

That was a big mistake as even though bitcoin will eventually go to 125000, not all of the tickers will move at the same time. Bitcoin has separate categories, you have the miners as one category. Then you have a grouping that includes COiN MSTR. You should never hold ETF’s which are 2 and 3 times for longer term as they are not a good vehicle for that but are good when you expect a momentum move for a day trade. It is important to learn and to diversify the portfolio into different areas. As an example. I have some QQQ and some SPY and some IGV all ETF’ and I dollar value average at a 40/30/20 percent and I keep ten percent cash for a major pullback buy like when we tanked in October. I rebalance based on quarterly basis to help PRCL enrages about the same. This is in an IRA account. If it was in an account with taxes I do not make changes unless I have held for over a year. On Bitcoin, I still think it can test 75000 and it really needs to get back over 90000 to be bullish. We will see what happens. I do not buy Bitcoin but rather trade miners and other related tickers like CLSK, CORZ, CIFR, HOOD and others in Bitcoin strength. Also it is common for a stock even bullish in an uptrend to pullback 30 percent before moving higher as nothing goes straight up.

IREN, CIFR, NBIS for data center plays. Pretty clear big guys are pissed they missed the initial run since April, nuked the stocks to get better entries, and now believe in the thesis. Institutional holdings have skyrocketed in many of these names while prices dropped 40-50%. 2026 should be the next leg up as mag 7 continue to pay out big contracts. Don’t think these will be long term holds though, there is some real concern over capex to keep up with the tech required. Google is crushing it, not necessarily a moonshot with a multi-trillion MC but I think they keep momentum going for another big year Riskier - CLSK, RR, TTD, OSCR if ACA finally gets extended.

Full disclosure, I’m only in CLSK out of the names mentioned and I also hold GLXY. CLSK seems to have the fastest speed to market, has no contracts YET (looks like an Nvidia or AMD deal will happen soon), a great balance sheet (just paid off their debt, have BTC worth around 1.3B, and have a few 100M in cash), a smaller market cap of 3.5B compared to their competitors I don’t think are as well positioned, and they have a new SVP who left Humain (look them up) as their pres of datacenters. If you're here looking for positive reinforcement, you picked the wrong place. Shit happens. It f\*cking sucks. I've traded 2 or 3 days off of ONDS and CLSK. Even when they're choppy you can make fast trades and money whether short or long because the swings are usually longer. They behave almost exactly the same way, most of the time, if you've got the charts side by side to compare. It's weird. It's like they're connected somehow. Probably some pro computer algo rhythm or something. I'm no expert. CLSK is double the price of ONDS and a fraction of META. They've been hot but not sure about the next few days. I like the wheel strategy. I would love to learn about stocks you pick and what to look for. I currently am wheeling CLSK and SOFI but I do think CLSK is a little too volatile. I get assigned and can make a good profit when the stock jumps but the opposite is also true, I can miss out on profit if I’m selling a call, but that’s how the game goes I guess. I usually go 2-4 weeks out.

CLSK is one that very recently finally turned to profit, and now has quickly fallen back down before I could sell it at a profit. BITF, CLSK, IREN even CRWV before ethereum went to staking, were exclusively miners but had to shift to “data center” because the business model was broken.
