CleanSpark (CLSK) announced a huge deal to license their data center in Georgia to a “large creditworthy tech giant.” It’s a $6B 20 year deal. For a $3.5B company. When CLSK gets rerated by the market as an AI infrastructure company, this thing will trade much higher. The announcement also announced exclusivity on the other 885 MW of capacity they have in Texas. Big money to come.

Totally get that CLSK looks awful if you only stare at past numbers. My bet is on where the next wave of value accrues. AI is a power and data center story. Someone has to own the cheap energy and concrete. CLSK sits on low cost power, runs real infra and has BTC on top. If the market keeps repricing miners that pivot into AI‑adjacent infra, I want a small piece of that re‑rating rather than none.

You are right it is not a neat GAAP story. I am not buying “instant hyperscaler cosplay”, I am buying a high beta trade on AI’s demand for cheap power and data centers. CLSK sits on low cost power sites, runs real infra, holds \~13k BTC and gives retail a liquid way to express that AI + energy thesis with Bitcoin torque.

You are right CLSK is not a classic GAAP beauty. I am not buying it for neat earnings, I am buying it because the world is clearly shifting to AI and compute, and the real choke point is cheap power and data centers... CLSK sits exactly there. It controls low cost power sites, runs large scale infrastructure, holds \~13k BTC on the balance sheet and can route that energy either into hash or, over time, into other high value compute. Compared with something like CoreWeave, CLSK is one of the few liquid tickers a retail investor can actually buy today to express that AI plus cheap energy thesis with built in Bitcoin torque. For me that is not a “maybe” trade, it is a small but deliberate bet on where the bottleneck will be over the next decade.
I picked both, threw CRWV in there for good luck with a sprinkle of CLSK. I think CRWV is being punished way too much. Hive and keel are pretty close, I give a slight edge to keel on likelihood to execute.
MARA has 2200MW. CLSK has 1800MW. They haven't signed shit and blow HIVE out of the water. But I also own HIVE leaps so whatever
SA actually bought a ton of data center related stocks KEEL, APLD, HIVE, BTDR, CLSK, NBIS, CRWV. There’s a few more but you get the picture. Power, data center focus and growing AI demand mean all these have future catalyst.

Another tip, to help filter out the noise, track where money is flowing it will lead you to potential winning picks. There’s 152 industries and right now 4 are seeing cash flow, top industry ENERGY, why ? Because these AI related company’s are looking to scale up and require energy to do so. I’m interested into ALST as they’re a supplier to MU and may piggy back off MU success. Still researching this stock.

priced in? Not even close. CLSK and MARA already have the real moat: secured GWs of power and connected substations while everyone else waits 5+ years in queue. That’s why the ones without big deals yet have the most upside left. Leopold bumping CLSK by 648% in the 13F isn’t averaging down cope. Shorts are heavy (especially on CLSK) and will get wrecked on the first real hyperscaler announcement. Power is the bottleneck, not hopium. When these two land their deals, it’s going to rip.
The power angle is legit but everyone already pricing this in heavily. CLSK been running on hopium for months about these supposed hyperscaler talks while competitors actually landing deals Also Leopold buying more doesn't mean much when he could just be averaging down from earlier positions. These miners love to hype the AI pivot but conversion costs are way higher than they admit and most lack the specialized cooling/networking that real AI workloads need
Buy data center buildout companies like RIOT CLSK MARA HIVE KEEL as they will benefit solid from the price drops and these companies are just ramping up

MARA is still basically a high-IV proxy for bitcoin plus management decisions, but that AI pivot adds another layer of business risk. If you want cleaner bitcoin mining exposure for CSPs, I’d look at RIOT, CLSK, WULF, or CIFR and compare IV, liquidity, balance sheet, and BTC holdings. Just remember the high premium exists because these names can gap hard.
They do have more GW in the pipeline. MARA CLSK BTDR The laggards with potential. MARA is the most hated so I picked it because I like pain and I get automatic down votes for just mentioning the name. Bullish

IMO MARA isn’t dead, just repricing. Still high BTC beta, AI pivot is narrative. CSP premiums reflect that risk. If you want pure BTC IV, RIOT or CLSK still closer not gone yet .
RIOT and CLSK are probably closer to the “pure Bitcoin miner with high IV” trade now. MARA increasingly feels like it’s shifting toward the AI/power infrastructure narrative instead of just BTC exposure.

For those asking IREN is a bitcoin miner pivoting to AI/HPC developer. There are two general approaches the miners are taking. Either they build the power and the shell (a lot harder than it sounds) and they lease rack space, or they fill the racks themselves and lease the compute (way higher capex, way higher revenue potential). Or they’re doing some hybrid of the two. And they’ll continue mining for the near future at least. IREN is going heavily into the compute lease route. Hut8 is another miner-turning-AI/HPC data center developer who signed a 15yr $7B deal with Fluidstack/Anthropic/Google. They’re leaning more into the lease rack space route but they’ll be a hybrid of the two. CLSK is currently trading the market with the prospect of being “very very close” to having a signed deal. These companies become data center developers overnight in the markets eyes when they announce a large anchor tenant assuming the terms are good.
