Rare earth metals. CRML (moving now) and NB (waiting on news). Both are large mines pre-production. Both are pending news on potential financing from the U.S. and other governments due to the national security issues with China having a monopoly on those elements. These finance deals (and potential grants) would eliminate the necessity for share dilution. Both are extremely low float. Using rules of thumb for mine valuations based on their NPV and company health, both *could* have peak valuations of 8x current price. Generally thought to have 2x-4x potential after news of financing.
CRML to the moon, hit 3.80 today. In at 1.96, will soon hit $12 in near future. They struck Lithium and other rare minerals in one of their mines recently. Also, just got 120 million in funding for their Greenland mines project. All aboard 🚀
I would be careful. A dump is coming sometime later is my guess. That news today... was actually related to another corp out in BC Canada. But somehow CRML ticker attached to article. It has a nice potential - Greenland project. But there is ways to go.
>BlackRock holds shares in Critical Metals Corp (CRML). As of March 31, 2025, BlackRock reported holding approximately 235,500 shares, representing about 0.24% of the company’s outstanding shares. Fraud like companies don't get a penny from a blue chip investor like BlackRock.

They have one of the more important large area in Greenland. That supposedly has a great deal of rare metals. Needed for chips... to fuel the ongoing AI/Data center craze.

This stock will eventually blow up. - Looks like Trump pushing for it. Rare metals in Greenland.
Decided to go all in on CRML. Looks like a multibagger after the massive deal that they received
It's really hard to hold and it still is! Example on Friday I bought 20k shares of CRML at 1.67, today the stock is more than double that I sold 7,500 near 3.20 but i still have 12,500 I am going to try and hold. But fuuuuuck, I don't want to lose the gains I already have so that puts me "in a bit of a pickle" so to speak lol
Good drugs i guess, lol? Not really since that post 5 years ago i've actually made some decent gains trading other things. For example on Friday on bought 20k shares of CRML at 1.67 and today it has more than doubled.... I sold 7,500 of the shares a few minutes ago and hoping this bad boy has a few more points to run in the next few days I can sell my remaining 12,500 shares for. Will have a stop loss in just in case it tanks instead!
CRML doing pretty well. Got some good news
Done that more times than I can count. But I think i do ok now i have a system down and I only trade small cap stocks (no options) that are moving +20% or so. For example right now I am in CRML for 20k shares that I bought Friday morning around $1.65. Got a $21k gain as of now!
Holding CRML from 1.4 - got a 120m cash infusion, news of which just hit feeds
CRML is a low float rare earth mineral mining company that just got an LOI from the US export import bank for $120m
If anyone has missed the news, the U.S. has offered CRML a $120 financing deal (no specific details yet). Stock is up on this tentative deal. Even if this financing falls through, I am still happy owning the stock. Worst case I will set a stop loss now and buy back while they do any necessary dilution before 2026 commencement of mining.
Why is it impossible? I am heavily invested in this Tanbreez mining stock due to the excellent upside potential: Similar mines can bring in 1 billion annual revenue, CRML has a 42% stake (can be raised to 95%), and profit margins should be higher than average due to assay results and lower transportation costs (Tanbreez is located beside a deep fjord).
CRML is probably the best buy right now, isn't it?
dumped a bunch of cash into rare earth shitcos that mooned for weeks the last time china trade threats escalated (CRML, USAR \[this one also has options\])
By any chance, is the "mining-related stock" Critical Metals, CRML CRMLW ? If so, that is the explanation. This news is for Sizzle Acquisition Corp. ***II*** (SZZL). There was a previous Sizzle Acquisition Company, that ticker was ***also*** SZZL. That SPAC merged with Critical Metals. So the ticker SZZL is probably linked to the CRML news feed.
CRML went up 7.14% today. Why isn't this being talked about?
Talked myself out of buying more CRML this morning. FML.
I am a newbie to investing and trading, and I’m very interested in materials mining companies, specifically rare earths. Today I was noticing USAR and CRML have warrant stocks (USARW and CRMLW, respectively). If I want to buy USARW through my brokerage account, how do I figure out the conversion ratio to common stock? And how would I go about converting it in the future if the common stock goes up?
Don't really get CRML totally pumped and currently dumping
Don't really get CRML totally pumped and currently dumping
Any reason why CRML is tanking right now about a good pre-market.
Any idea on why CRML just had a huge drop after a pretty good pre-market activity ?
Check out CRML. The alpha is that Howard Lutnick’s firm is invested. Oh it owns the rights for Tanbreez in Greenland, that piece of land that this administration is obsessed with and also one of the largest reserves of HREE in the world
Rare earths: MP +22.6%, CRML (in Greenland, no less) +24%
**ritical Minerals ($CRML)** is a mining company with one of the largest rare earth deposits in the world with a 4.7 billion metric ton mineralized kakortokite unit. The results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) demonstrated that the Tanbreez Project in Southern Greenland is expected to have a Net Present Value (NPV) of approximately US$3 Billion (approximately US$2.8 Billion to 3.6 Billion at discount rates of 15% and 12.5%, respectively, before tax), with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of approximately 180%. This news came out 15 days ago--so it looks like a delayed response with all the market volatility--although it increased from its recent 52 week low of $1.25 on almost 6 million shares. CRML up 22% pre market, was up something like 40% friday.
CRML seems like a good long term investment due to [news a couple weeks ago.](https://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/critical-metals-corps-tanbreez-valued-3-billion-irr-180-and-significant-additional)
With the ticker CRML I feel they aren’t even trying to hide their pump and dump operations
I thought CRML was a trump meme coin etf
If you’re into mining, CRML might be worth a look.
Same page. I’m essentially cash, averaging into Palantir and EUAD (ETF), a money market fund, and a riskier play on a company that does rare earths exploration/development in Greenland and Ukraine and has strong political connections, which is CRML, and a small slice of LAC.
Nice. Adding CRML just hired a director who’s former DoD, Sec. of Commerce Lutnick’s firm has a large position in CRML, CRML lobbied the key committees in January, there are DoD contracts it’s competitive for IMO, it’s stock has been climbing this week, it has *the* site in Greenland which Trump clearly wants, mining bill just came out, CRML has/had lithium sites in Ukraine, etc.
Interesting. Blackrock also owns some CRML according to Quiverquant
CRML has 230k volume pre market?? Man what's happening
CRML might be the one with all this orange stuff going on
Not really. CRML secured up to $500 million through convertible note financing led by JBA Asset Management and it's structured in tranches spread out over time: an initial $100 million tranche with 100% warrant coverage, and subsequent tranches totaling up to $400 million at the buyer's discretion with 50% warrant coverage.
CRML just [appointed a DOD heavyweight Michael Ryan who spent 40 years in military and defense](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/critical-metals-corp-announces-appointment-141500641.html) to help secure that sweet government money. They got the [first fully permitted lithium mine in Europe](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/critical-metals-corp-outlines-strategic-133000670.html) and some massive rare earth deposits in Greenland, but they're burning cash like crazy trying to chase Bitcoin instead of focusing on mining operations. Typical penny stock behavior - pump on defense connections then dump their shares while distracting everyone with crypto nonsense.
CRML continues to dump - more because of the Bitcoin treasury strategy or the pre - revenue status?
You might find my post today about CRML useful—quite a bit of research: https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepFuckingValue/comments/1iy2r18/ddrare_earths_exploration_and_development_firm/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
I see, thanks. CRML’s also in Greenland and does rare earth exploration/development: https://www.mining.com/critical-metals-licence-for-greenland-rare-earths-deposit-extended/ Terrible financials but seem lined up for exploration in Ukraine from what I’ve read.
Mining operations really means development and production. Only about one of every thousand exploration projects becomes a mine. Not familiar with CRML.
Interesting. Thanks. I viewed exploration and development as within “mining operations,” but I see the distinction. Curious if you’re also familiar with Critical Metals Corp CRML?
Jumped back into $CRML at $2.60. We will see where it goes.

Didn't think I would see $CRML down this low. Incredible.
Feels like most of these have made their moves already though. HIMS mid single digits to $40s. OKLO 5 to 55. A lot of fintechs and biotechs have made huge moves. But there are still a few that haven't really run, I guess. BBAI was dirt cheap until very recently. PGY hasn't really run much. Identify decent ones with upside. Maybe a CRML on this pullback back to 5s? Anyone see anything that has legit upside that hasn't run yet?
CRML took a hit after raising 22.5 Million at $5 and issued warrants as well. That's a big haircut. Anyone interested at these levels??
$CRML warrants are big time undervalued here.
The warrants are exercisable, the 424B3 was declared effective and filed on May 23. Warrant buyers seem to believe that CRML will drop in price, perhaps to the $3 to $6 price range, eventually. CRML hasn't issued any financial results since deSPACing, chances are when they do release earnings they might show a fairly large loss. The [Tanbreez Acquisition](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2024/06/18/2900418/0/en/Critical-Metals-Corp-Completes-Initial-Investment-for-Tanbreez-Acquisition-One-of-the-Largest-Rare-Earth-Deposits.html) looks like it could potentially be a strong return, long term. CRML will have [to pay $15 million in cash](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1951089/000121390024051465/ea0207612-6k_critical.htm#:~:text=the%20Company%20has%20the%20ability%20to%20acquire%20up%20to%2092.5%25%20of%20the%20Tanbreez%20Project) and $206 million in newly issued stock to acquire an aggregate 92.5% interest, over the next two to three years. Has been quite a bit of [media coverage](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-06-10/critical-metals-buys-rare-earth-asset-to-serve-western-defense) about the Tanbreez / CRML deal, that actually drove the warrant prices up about 50% for a while. CRML back to 25 cents now, still about 25% above where they were selling before the deal was announced. Have been watching that one, hoping for a stink bid to fill. No luck so far.
$CRML / $CRMLW ... I need a little help understand something here...I can't find any info that would confirm why the warrants are trading so low...stocks is at 11.40 and warrants 0.31...makes no sense...warrants should be 5/10x higher...any ideas?
$CRML / $CRMLW ...warrants in the money and few noticing.... #Lithium Mining
$CRML / $CRMLW....low volume under the radar wayyy undervalued warrants... accumulating
Those are all solid investments my good sir you are obv not a cone head like the other guy in this thread lolol. I’m a big fan of leveraged efts like SPYU (4X S&P 500) and NVDX (2X Nvidia). I also include newer stocks with big potential (I think at least) ECO, CRML, and CCOI. Basically my current strategy is 60 percent in long term safe gains (EFTS and big stocks like Nvidia, google etc.) and then the other 40 percent in super risky plays with larger potential growth. It’s worked so far I’m sitting at a little under 50k as an 18 year old.
Same sort of deal. Shares underlying CRMLW were registered in the F-4/424B3: [AND 7,750,000 ORDINARY SHARES ISSUABLE UPON EXERCISE OF WARRANTS](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1951089/000121390024014502/f424b30224_criticalmetals.htm#:~:text=AND%C2%A07%2C750%2C000%20ORDINARY%20SHARES%20ISSUABLE%20UPON%0AEXERCISE%20OF%20WARRANTS) CRML has also added those 7.5 million shares to the[F-1 filed on March 29](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1951089/000121390024038575/ea0202260-02.htm), which also contains a "Secondary Offering of 100,312,567 Ordinary Shares", which were ***not*** registered in the business combination. So ... ***maybe*** ?
Got it. Since the 2 million buyback announcement there is not much volume. Another example of a SPAC is CRML though I don't know if warrants are exercisable
Could be low float as well? CRML and BCG warrants might shoot up based on price of commons but it's not happening
Can someone explain how I was able to sell 5 CRML stocks at 13.20? I put in a limit order and they filled at market open. I haven't seen the stock above $12 today.
I had the same class in personal finance and won with amd. I think it was around 3-4$ when I bought it for the class competition. Mabye NEM, BITO, CRML, CREV
