CRML is out of penny land, but it's something you want to invest in. Critical minerals are important for the US economy and they are doing everything to reduce our reliance on other countries, especially China. Yup. It's bad when even the normally safe stocks in rare earth like USAR and CRML taking a dump.
Solid plays. CRML not penny stock after recent run but anyone interested could look into CRMLW to get warrants instead. They expire in 2029 and should be around $2 now.
OPEN - very high risk. Very high reward. AMPX - solid battery play. Not penny technically. RZLV - underrated AI play. Could do a SOUN. Earnings coming up. Don't know when though. ONDS - you want to be in atleast one drone play, and this one is well positioned. I prefer this over RCAT. CRML - critical metals are becoming more of a problem for the US, and the govt just planned $1B funding to extract them.
I have been doing some research on Critical Metals, a company which has the largest lithium deposit in Europe, as well as a massive strategic asset in Greenland. The Greenland asset has attracted a lot of attention from the current US Administration, with CRML evening applying for a USD 120 million loan from EXIM Bank. However, in my research I have come across a claim that GEM Global Yield has against CRML for over USD 30 million, see below: Does anyone have any further information on this?
Sadly, under $1 pennystocks are always high risk. That's why I moved from those sub dollar ones to $2-$3 stocks. They are far enough from RS risk and they have some interest already. For example, RZLV, ONDS are still in that range. CRML recently popped from $3 to $6. These are all solid investments. CTM was my worst investment to date.
I am so done with CTM man. I sold since it was clear this was not going to move no matter what. My comment will get downvoted to hell, which will prove my point, but there are other non-meme stocks like NB, CRML, RCAT, ONDS, AMPX which are actually performing, and I don't see why this stock is so worshipped. Is it sunk cost fallacy? I don't know. Heck KULR gave good earnings after that shit show and it at least moves. I just got tired of hearing "Loading time", "load up the dips" again and again. Also, when I pointed this out, I got banned from the sub lol. That's probably the reason why CTM is considered a meme. Maybe let people ask questions and let them criticize the stock as well lol. I loaded up close to 90k shares and had nothing to show for it in the end.

I love this thread. I am not a wsb type, but am always in search of extreme value stocks. They are out ther; very rare, but sometimes a random mention leads me to good DD. Shameless plug for the critical metals sector that is due for extensive funding for national security. My favorites (as posted below) are CRML and NB.
Yeah lol. UUUU, TMC, CRML, USAR all having sloppy seconds. I got shares and calls expiring next week on UUUU as well so I’m hyped.
CRML (Greenalnd) $3 and NB (US) $2.50 are both large critical metals mines that are pre-prodcution and in the process of financing that production. Both are in the process of getting EXIM financing from the U.S. government, which has made it clear that critical metal supply is key to our national security. I expect financing to fast track, and the general consensus is $10-$20+ each when mines are in full production. Mine valuations are difficult this early though. Need to see if all financing options cover production costs, or else some dilution might happen (in NBs case especially). NB needs 800M and CRML only needs 300M.
Agree with this regarding $CRML. Massive upside. Looking forward to DoD grant from BBB. $EUR.ax is the top holder (64m shares) from Australia. MC of only $65m USD. Worth looking at the arbitration before the gap closes. $EULIF is the OTC ticker. European Lithium
Rare earth metals. CRML (moving now) and NB (waiting on news). Both are large mines pre-production. Both are pending news on potential financing from the U.S. and other governments due to the national security issues with China having a monopoly on those elements. These finance deals (and potential grants) would eliminate the necessity for share dilution. Both are extremely low float. Using rules of thumb for mine valuations based on their NPV and company health, both *could* have peak valuations of 8x current price. Generally thought to have 2x-4x potential after news of financing.
CRML to the moon, hit 3.80 today. In at 1.96, will soon hit $12 in near future. They struck Lithium and other rare minerals in one of their mines recently. Also, just got 120 million in funding for their Greenland mines project. All aboard 🚀
I would be careful. A dump is coming sometime later is my guess. That news today... was actually related to another corp out in BC Canada. But somehow CRML ticker attached to article. It has a nice potential - Greenland project. But there is ways to go.

It's really hard to hold and it still is! Example on Friday I bought 20k shares of CRML at 1.67, today the stock is more than double that I sold 7,500 near 3.20 but i still have 12,500 I am going to try and hold. But fuuuuuck, I don't want to lose the gains I already have so that puts me "in a bit of a pickle" so to speak lol
Good drugs i guess, lol? Not really since that post 5 years ago i've actually made some decent gains trading other things. For example on Friday on bought 20k shares of CRML at 1.67 and today it has more than doubled.... I sold 7,500 of the shares a few minutes ago and hoping this bad boy has a few more points to run in the next few days I can sell my remaining 12,500 shares for. Will have a stop loss in just in case it tanks instead!

Done that more times than I can count. But I think i do ok now i have a system down and I only trade small cap stocks (no options) that are moving +20% or so. For example right now I am in CRML for 20k shares that I bought Friday morning around $1.65. Got a $21k gain as of now!

CRML is a low float rare earth mineral mining company that just got an LOI from the US export import bank for $120m
If anyone has missed the news, the U.S. has offered CRML a $120 financing deal (no specific details yet). Stock is up on this tentative deal. Even if this financing falls through, I am still happy owning the stock. Worst case I will set a stop loss now and buy back while they do any necessary dilution before 2026 commencement of mining.
Why is it impossible? I am heavily invested in this Tanbreez mining stock due to the excellent upside potential: Similar mines can bring in 1 billion annual revenue, CRML has a 42% stake (can be raised to 95%), and profit margins should be higher than average due to assay results and lower transportation costs (Tanbreez is located beside a deep fjord).

By any chance, is the "mining-related stock" Critical Metals, CRML CRMLW ? If so, that is the explanation. This news is for Sizzle Acquisition Corp. ***II*** (SZZL). There was a previous Sizzle Acquisition Company, that ticker was ***also*** SZZL. That SPAC merged with Critical Metals. So the ticker SZZL is probably linked to the CRML news feed.

I am a newbie to investing and trading, and I’m very interested in materials mining companies, specifically rare earths. Today I was noticing USAR and CRML have warrant stocks (USARW and CRMLW, respectively). If I want to buy USARW through my brokerage account, how do I figure out the conversion ratio to common stock? And how would I go about converting it in the future if the common stock goes up?

Same page. I’m essentially cash, averaging into Palantir and EUAD (ETF), a money market fund, and a riskier play on a company that does rare earths exploration/development in Greenland and Ukraine and has strong political connections, which is CRML, and a small slice of LAC.

Adding CRML just hired a director who’s former DoD, Sec. of Commerce Lutnick’s firm has a large position in CRML, CRML lobbied the key committees in January, there are DoD contracts it’s competitive for IMO, it’s stock has been climbing this week, it has *the* site in Greenland which Trump clearly wants, mining bill just came out, CRML has/had lithium sites in Ukraine, etc.

CRML secured up to $500 million through convertible note financing led by JBA Asset Management and it's structured in tranches spread out over time: an initial $100 million tranche with 100% warrant coverage, and subsequent tranches totaling up to $400 million at the buyer's discretion with 50% warrant coverage.
