What do we think of DNN and UUUU
Mining companies excluding gold/silver are tricky. The famous viral "rare earths" play is MP Materials which I strongly suspect is a scam and is trading at forward P/E of \~1,666. UUUU and DNN are decent established names. I think ERO is interesting as a copper play, also CGAU (although they're also in gold). These trade at PE 22 and 10 just now - strong margins and ROE. Only thing working for me is getting instafilled on the bid in PLUG BTBT DNN etc (the ones with reliable volume) when the L2 shows weakness, and immediately selling them back on the bid for the share improvement. I'm not even holding for a penny I'm just sucking out the price improvements.

Not sure it's as sexy but Canada is leaning heavy into nuclear and Uranium has been doing great this year for me Cameco (CCJ) is probably too big for you if you're looking for moonshots but Denison Mines (DNN) and NexGen Energy (NXE) are both smaller and right in the thick of things

I learned my lesson with BYND and lost about $2.5k on it, that’s what I get for trying to time the market perfectly. $DNN is probably has the most realistic long term potential, especially if Greenland is somehow acquired by the US, rare earth materials and uranium are going to boom. All modern countries are slowly but surely mounting billions of dollars into building nuclear energy infrastructure, there will always be a demand for uranium and the demand will increase over time. For funsies I like $PLBY just cause I think it’s funny and has meme potential, but they are turning the company around profitably with potential in licensing, royalties, clothing/underwear, with famous super models backing them up and keeping the brand alive, along with them opening that clubhouse in Miami. I’d exercise caution with the stock cause I have no idea where it’s going but I could see it being $5-$10 within 3-5 years. None of this is financial advice just my 2c

My Canadian nuclear stock (DNN) also went down in the morning but recovered to positive. So it's more than that. Seems to be about concern over US Canadian relations and trade with regard to Venezuela, not just demand and supply for oil.

I did this about five years ago. I picked a sector I believed in and spread the love. In my case I bought uranium. DNN, UEC, UUUU, SMR, URA, URG, URNM, LTBR, CCJ, and a wildcard with GSAT (satellite sector) Overall my mini fund is up crazy. You just need to find an industry you believe in and pick a mix of established players and new guys with growth potential.
TMC, DNN, BITF, CGTX, LAES. My lotto pick is GPUS.
$TMC or $DNN one is tuff to choose from.

More and more, I like $DNN. I know it’s not as exciting as some of the other tickers here, but at least it has relatively steady and predictable movements. Still love $PLBY, can’t wait to load up more. Most of my account is in long term holdings so I can’t quite keep up with you fast paced traders, I just DCA a lump sum once a month, maybe that’s why I’m still standing. For anyone interested my port consists of $PLBY, $ETH, $VOO, $CCJ, $QQQI for now. Looking to add $DNN maybe around the $2.60-$2.70 range for entry.

I personally hold a lot of $CCJ which is not a penny stock but $DNN is a uranium penny stock play that I’ve been eyeballing for a solid long term hold. Once they build more and more nuclear reactors the demand for enriched uranium will be high, and Canadian land has some of the richest depositories in the world.
I only have DNN in the space because I find it as the one with a higher chance of success.

I agree that spot prices alone shouldn’t drive valuation, and that the real leverage for DNN is the timing and structure of long-term contracts, particularly around Phoenix. My intent wasn’t to suggest DNN is a pure spot play, but that improving long-term pricing trends strengthen the economics ahead of contracting. The ~$80–86/lb LT prints materially change project returns compared to prior cycles. I also agree the contract book matters more than narrative.
