Today is the 60th day since the quantum executive order signing which is the deadline for identifying 3 quantum sensor projects to prioritize to deploy starting Sept. 30th. This was outlined in section 5 of the executive order. Could be a good day for a few quantum stocks. INFQ seems to be the frontrunner in quantum sensing and the ceo attended the EO signing.
