If you want to go full ape in a small cap company: LAES, POET or Evax. They actually make a useful products. Positive revenue? Not sure, but that is the fun part. I did my dd on EVAX and i bought when it was 1.8-3$. I sold like 20% of my shares when it hit 10$ the rest is play money. ASST is a momentum play / hype now. Don’t trust people say short squeeze because nobody short that one 🤣🤣
It's crazy for sure! EVAX has potential huge catalyst in the morning but has grown out of penny status over the past cople of weeks. NEUP also grew out of penny status over the past several weeks, has 'potential' big news any day - one way or another. Gonna double/triple or get cut in half any day. PSTV just keeps bouncing around \~50 cents, hopefully they survive long enough to get their feet under them, which seems to be happening .....and it's difficult to account for the overall market retard factor and MMs!

Is there still hope for YAAS and EVAX
EVAX Merck exercises its option on vaccine EVX-B3. Comes with a $7.5 million payment today. Merck will take over all work going forward, but EVAX remains eligible for milestone payments (development, regulatory, and sales milestones) with a total potential value of $592 million PLUS EVAX will receive royalties on sales. Stock closed yesterday at $3.30 (representing a value of $20.8 million). Currently trading at $4.30 in pre-market, representing a valuation of ~$27 million. That is a valuation of $27 million while they stand to receive total payments of $600 million PLUS royalties. NOTE: Check my post history - I suggested this stock in “The Lounge” a couple weeks ago. EVAX I don’t understand why EVAX doesn’t get more attention. I STRONGLY encourage folks to take a look, do your diligence, and thank me later. EVAX is an AI-based biotech pharmaceutical company focused on utilizing AI to create new immunology vaccines. They have three vaccines in various stages of trials: EVX-01 (treatment of metastatic melanoma; in phase 2 trials); EVX-02 (DNA-based vaccine to treat respected melanoma; completed phase 1 / 2A trials); EVX-03 (DNA-based vaccine for treatment of various cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer). They also have several pre-clinical stage vaccines in the works. Here is why I like it (in addition to the focus on utilizing AI which I think will be the future of biopharma): MERCK! Merck & Co (NYSE: MRK; one of the largest healthcare and pharmaceutical companies in the world) is their strategic partner and investor. - Merck is an investor through its venture investment vehicle (MSD Global Health Innovation Fund). They purchases shares in two private placements (December 2023 and January 2025). - Merck paid EVAX $3.2 million in September 2024 for options to license two vaccine candidates EVX-B2 and EVX-B3. If Merck chooses to exercise the option, they must pay EVAX another $10 million this year (2025), plus EVAX is entitled to development, regulatory, and sales Milestones totaling up to $592 million PER PRODUCT. Plus, EVAX would receive royalties on sales (in addition to the payments mentioned). EVAX is currently trading at a market cap of $19 million. This is essentially nothing relative to the monies they stand to make from the Merck relationship, not to mention their other vaccine candidates. The stock has been beaten down as most biopharma companies are in between PR announcements and prior to announcements of approvals. It is currently trading around $3.00 per share, down from its 52-week high of $17.20, and up from its 52-week low of $1.20. Disclosure: I am a shareholder. My average basis is $1.78. I initially bought shares in early February 2025 after reading about the relationship with Merck and the fact that Merck had just expressed continued believe via their purchase of more shares in late January 2025). My initial purchases were in the high $3’s and up to $4.09 per share. I then continued to buy throughout the market dip this spring. I hold because I believe this will scream upward on any good news announcements and/or via Merck making the next $10 million option payment. I am not a bag holder. I could sell today and make a 67% profit (nearly $50k of profit).

I'm trying to find ways to redirect a good chunk of my portfolio into $DATSW. Although the trading volume's exceptionally low, the common seesaw between $0.24-something and $0.35-0.40 is too good to *not* put more into. This is me coming off of a poorly timed $SMCX @ $93 (complete opposite of a penny stock, I know), as well as lingering $GNLN (that's potentially past its glory days) @ a average cost basis of $3.18 across 94 shares (held for months), and a poorly timed $EVAX @ average cost basis of 6.32... 😅
Continur to Double down on EVAX and SENS. Get disappointed at their earnings release on Monday. Eat pizza to make me feel better. Buy more EVAX and SENS.

New PR today regarding their Keytruda mRNA platform. I’m a bio and Chem major so I keep an eye on biotech for plays. EVAX platform is by far the best keytruda platform and shows confirming positive results. Could be a billion dollar technology

Was there any specific reason for EVAX going up 250pct yesterday/today ? Big price swings (up or down) is nature of BioPharma start ups; I expect the results of the study in progress by GTBP to lead to good results when announced; as simple as that; if I am wrong then it could crash. My style of investing is asymmetric. If you want to know what that means read the book THE BLACK SWAN by Nicholas Taleb.

The biotechs move very fast ( as evidenced by Friday's big moves in the stock market, thanks to Uncle Powell); you must study the company websites and do some diligence ( always buy a little and then add- there are no commissions anyway) I would say a good buy place (IMHO) for me personally is as follows: CLLS 13.25 + or - 6pct; GTBP: 7.95 + or - 6pct; EVAX: 5.75 + or - 6 pct Remember: One failed test of their clinical Phases and there can be a big drop in price! These 3 are biotechs with some real catalysts that can lead to major moves if the test in the next Phase 2 go positive- especially GTBP and CLLs; EVAX is still in early Phase 1 stage- so a longer way to go; so I would not fine tune the buy points with precision ( Since only very lucky people and liars find bottoms, I tend to buy a few shares then average down, every 6 pct down, if they drop from my buy point). If there is a major up spike on good news, I sell about 20pct to 25 pct of shares ( and hopefully buy it back when it corrects after a spike). Risky business; but I am fascinated with new revolutionary discoveries in treatments.
