Don't complicate something very simple. If you don't think GNS is the very best place to have this money, sell it, and invest in something you consider better.
If I’m being honest, this feels less like an investment thesis now and more like waiting on a catalyst that may or may not ever materialize. The legal angle has been talked about for a long time, but the market clearly isn’t assigning much value to it, and buybacks don’t mean much if the core business can’t attract sustained interest or growth. At this point I’d ask myself whether I would buy GNS today at this price if I had no position. If the answer is no, then holding just because you’re down is probably sunk cost thinking. One option could be trimming part of the position to reduce stress and redeploying into something with clearer fundamentals, while keeping a smaller stake if you still believe there’s upside from the legal side. It’s a tough spot, but time and opportunity cost matter just as much as being right eventually.
Saw your thesis yesterday, snap bought 500 shares and 5 12/18/26 8Cs. Saw the trend today of high volume and that sucker being pinned in a 8 cent band. Immediately upped share count to 2k and bought 5 march 5 Cs. Fuck it, sentiment on revenue through valentine's day is a break even back pocket and the shorts dicking around another stock was just ridiculous. Im also deep in GNS at sub 50 cents. Fuck the shorts, fuck the manipulation.
Don't know XPON, OSTX. CGTX and GNS are OK. ATCH is actually good! BURU, VIVK could bounce who knows? Don't know what your entry is on those two if they can bounce enough to get your money back. There are garbage companies though.

$GNS the float is so heavily shorted that the shorts need to cover. It needs to happen first before the run so expect a big turnout dip, once that happens you’ll have your entry point. No matter your entry point you’ll be fine imo as it will rebound. Question is will it happen during PM or after open….
