Agreed there for sure! Have you checked out $REKR? It’s my most curious stock outside the shitshow that is $BURU - but if $BURU actually can land that Tekne deal we are talking a whole different company. But $REKR is basically in the same market as Flock, and anyone who cares out freedom and privacy follows Flock. Also $GPRO…feel like that is primed to pull an $RXT type move. Also, what is up with $HTZ and even $VRRM!
I fell for this crap before they did the split and ended up with 1 share worth $72. Thank you whoever decided to pump this crap again, because I was able to get my average way down to .02, set my stop loss and actually profited. Now do, SOBR, BYND, INDO, GPRO, and LFVN. That is all, thank you.
For reference GPRO rose to 4x in three months after its IPO. SNOW went 3x in a little over a year. After that the prices never recovered. SpaceX has more hype and a lot more room to run.
Honestly, I’m keeping GPRO in my watchlist for the slim chance they announce securing a government \[defense\] contract. It’s plausible that they could provide camera tech or data to government agencies & DoD. They could also pivot the subscriber footage stored in their cloud to A.I. Crap fundamentals but they recently signed a 5 year lease for an office building, located in San Mateo California. I’m keeping power dry in case they make such an announcement. Latest news was in May(2026); GPRO has Houilhan Lokey investigating available options. Which include selling the company, becoming a defense contractor, or anything in-between. $0.88 today, been ranging $0.65-$1.75 since February with a 52-week low of $0.58.
I've been in the market for one and after all my research I'm getting the new DJI camera so from my consumer perspective, I won't be buying GPRO stock anytime soon.
I have been following GPRO for 2 months now. When it was trading around $0.70 and I thought the same thing. This was a massive discount for a brand name like them. Every research showed that even conservative numbers should give a double digit growth. Especially when they were working on new hardware and process optimization. They are already working on HW3 which is obviously AI-aligned and is said to be one of the biggest upgrades so far. It was almost supposed to be do or die strategy for the company. They even laid off like 20% of their staff to go all in on HW3 with the available resources. In fact they even teased a Mission lineup - pro level cameras that already received awards even before coming to the market. And this is obviously on top of the consumer-grade cameras (the heros and stuffs) which has been their specialty - planned to be released in Q3. And then a month ago, they also hired Olivew Wyman to help them scratch into different markets, riding the hype they received from the use of a GoPro on NASA Artemis Mission. That's where they saw almost a 60-70% bump in stock price. With all these, I was super bullish on GPRO and have setup a recurring buy everyday. But having said all these, I was taken aback a bit after the recent earnings call where they touched on the other strategic options (of sellout or M&A) because of dwindling revenues. I mean, even as an outsider, it's pretty apparent that revenues will be less on account of no significant new launches recently. And then you already have a new lineup coming right? Why suddenly the shift in the narrative? That does surprised me a bit, but with all the IPs and brand valuation, I feel GPRO is still heavily discounted and I am still on the recurring. I just hope the company is on track with all their HW-3 plan and in case their consumer devices come to the market, that alone can bring a single digit billion dollars of revenue. Cheers!

Just saying when HA was trading at $3, ALK bought them out at a fair value of $18. Just saying... I feel like lots of GPRO investors lost money when they got in around the $16 range. Could that be fair value? Perhaps if defense/aerospace acquires it and turns the whole business around.

I'm in at $0,80 and currently up +90%. How high can this go? GPRO is only worth $250 million at the moment. It's been in the Artemis rocket, it had a new camera line up coming soon, it has AI training, is looking at space and defence oppurtunities,... 1 billion market cap is not impossible in the (near) future, right?

It’s debatable whether we’ll see a buyout of OpenAI…but look at their valuation today. Their tech will be as valuable as $GPRO in 5-10yrs, likely less. Just illustrating a point ;)

It’s got everything to do with $GPRO. Research the size of their video archive. Their business has nothing to do with cameras anymore. That’s the point.
Yet $AAPL doesn’t have the content from the cameras. $GPRO does in many instances. That’s the difference. Just research how big the $GPRO video archive is.
OP is right. I’m holding. The thing people forget is $GPRO MASSIVE HD video library for just about everything. All the big tech companies desperately want this video archive to feed to their AIs. If you think about it, if a company like $GOOG and their Gemini product had the entire $GPRO video library, they could put Adobe out of business, finally and for good, within 2-3 years. It’ll be epic. Go $GPRO! ;)

If GPRO doesn’t belly flop 40% by tomorrow then that’s free premium. 2000 shares for $2k, sold 20 calls expiring tomorrow for $1200 premium. Will $GPRO be the first meme stock of 2026? Seeing some rumors of Defense Contracts and the new Gopro being released in the coming days, looks to be a huge upgrade in sensor tech and lens features. Volume today was insane on it. Imagine if the military put Gopros on soliders so they could monitor them live in combat. And this is just a what if, but i doubt im the only one seeing this opportunity
