Honestly, RZLV looks like a trap to me. That revenue jump is impressive, but burning 87M in free cash flow with a current ratio of 0.67 is scary. I checked Trademates and it’s neutral, but the dead cat bounce risk is real here. The P/S is way too high compared to GRRR, so I’m staying out. Too many red flags for a squeeze play.

The analysis applies to all kind of stocks not only penny stocks! On the specific case of $GRRR, I don't know the company well enough. I made one blog post before this one talking about the theory behind it, maybe that's useful: [https://www.jeravalue.com/es/blog/buybacks](https://www.jeravalue.com/es/blog/buybacks) But basically, if the share buybacks where made with no better reinvestment opportunities, with responsible financing and while the stock was undervalued; they were good buybacks
How does this help with the companies that have done the share buybacks tho? It’s not a pennystock anymore, but let’s start with $GRRR.
GRRR Gorilla Technology, have done a lot of DD on r/GRRR_Gorilla_Tech
I think GRRR is probably a serious candidate. Focusing a lot on AI infrastructure and good contrats already signed. Will probably increase guidance
As of March 2026 SEC filings, insiders own about 10.8% of shares, which is pretty good. If GRRR is on track to hit the high end of their current 2026 revenue guide (about $200 million for the year), then you’re going to see a lot more institutions jumping in.
I personally think it’s still a good time to get into OMER. Not at a 52 week low, but another stock I hold that I think is very undervalued is GRRR. They are an AI stock that is growing. It’s trading around $12.60 ($350 million market cap), they hit a 52 week low a month ago at $9.04 a share. GRRR made over $100 million revenue in 2025. They cut operating expense by 54% in 2025 compared to 2024. They signed a 5 year, $500 million deal with Yotta in March. They have $100 million cash on hand and acquired an alternative investment fund manager, Shackleton Finance Limited; the deal is expected to close soon. Therefore, I think the chance of dilution is low. The share float is fairly low at 24 million shares. They also have a $7 billion pipeline. The biggest risk is contract execution. Their revenue guidance for 2026 is $137-$200 million, so it is a very undervalued growth stock in my opinion. It seems like people either love or hate GRRR stock. The 2 biggest arguments are dilution, which they did do last year in mid 2025, but like I said, I think the chances of further dilution are low. The other big criticism is that CEO of GRRR has over-hyped things. However, I don’t think that has much substance. Jay Chandan is ambitious and has been transparent with share holders.

No I was in some others that helped me get up to that. Mainly GRRR and HIMS, but gave it all back 😞
GRRR. Caught a falling knife. Lost 60%+ Ended up doing some crazy options yolos and making my money back, and paid off my credit cards. But I learned a good lesson there. My issue has been that I am tied to cash accounts and PDT, so I often feel like I have to hold when things don't go the direction I expect. Too caught up in the thinking that if I have to sit in timeout for a while before I can trade again, that I'll miss out on money. And while technically true that I limit my potential earnings, the reality is of course that I shoot myself in the foot by holding onto losers. So I blew up my account on expired options. Thankfully, it was just $25... was just hoping to make a little extra cash to get me out of my situation... I guess the nice thing about being broke is that I can put $25 in and it's just as stressful as having $1000+ in the market during good times, so I can learn how to control my emotions and stop blowing up my accounts before I start putting real money back in 😅
Was able to get into GRRR cheap for this reason. Think it will be massive returns in a few years.
I sold GRRR exactly for the reasons you stated. I made some money off GRRR buying and selling shares in 2024 and early 2025. But this last time with the dilution it just went to hell.
When you look at the GRRR subreddit it's depressing - a lot of bag holders asking when this stock will finally turn around and others trying to recoup their losses. I'm hoping this post will hopefully help some retail investors learn more about investing and help them avoid losing their money
Really? GRRR seems to have a downward trajectory
SERV and UAMY, also GRRR but sold that way too cheap
GRRR could be a golden egg

GRRR gorilla Technology, if you do a 10min dd you will have to fight the urge to go all in
I put it all on $GRRR and $RDW. Still trading at a fair valuation in strong growth sectors. Good luck and welcome to the casino!
If we’re sticking with a very similar theme to GRRR, I would go with REKR. They’ve been a financial nightmare for the last several years, but have built out much of their infrastructure and have DaaS contracts with several state departments of transportation. A lot of people shit on it because the sales cycle is so long when dealing with governments, but the contracts couldn’t be stickier and I think this will be a banner year for them. That’s really my only tech play for the US, I’m much more interested in Industrials and Materials companies.
What picks in the US would choose over $GRRR?

GRRR is my favorite out of these. Steady growth. 1.4B in revenue secured over the next 2 years. Bunch of potential contracts in their pipeline that has grown to over 6B. OneAmazon has huge potential. Jay Chandan is a very dedicated CEO who works his ass off to make the company grow. I will have to take a look at RZLV too tho.
I've been in and out of GRRR. I'm out until they release more news about existing projects. Currently in ARBE and likely could see 100%+ gains short term.
GRRR is my favorite of the bunch. Great fundamentals and at the start of a new impulse count. I believe this runs to the 200 Day MA at $16 next, which is also the wedge breakout level. A breakout here and there is a lot of upside.

Best CRML and GRRR. Worst SMCI, which will return about 250% in 2026!
Stocks that made great returns! GRRR, CRML, were probably the two best bought low and sold high. Biggest bad bet was SMCI which will Have a great 2026 with a 250% from the low!

More of a small cap that I’m holding long term. Same with RDW (long term value hold). NUAI, ATCH, GPUS showed some potential but they will pump and dump hard. I usually jump in and out of them when I see profits. I’ve now sold everything except GRRR and RDW and used my profits from all the others to buy more of those two. NFA, I’m an amateur investor. DYOR
$GRRR. Gorilla AI could easily 6x if their contracts materialize spiked earnings
You can find numerous posts about GRRR l in this very sub dating back to 2023. What a banger it turned out to be. https://preview.redd.it/op7eq2rsfm9g1.png?width=1143&format=png&auto=webp&s=b493633f4f1f2491cd834af697bfc149f9fb2aaf
Gorilla Technology Group (GRRR) A pioneering global leader in AI-driven security intelligence, video analytics, and IoT solutions, delivering mission-critical innovations for smart cities, governments, and enterprises worldwide, positioning investors for explosive growth in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market.
GRRR AI technology company which is very underrated, in my opinion
The best plays I’ve had have been after months of downward pressure where I DCA down. When they finally reverse trend they usually 4x or more fairly quickly…AMD, UUUU, CELH, MU etc. I think GRRR will reverse hard soon and will be my next big winner.
**GRRR** is dead or it time to buy? Anyone?
Both maybe true but GRRR is a fantastic opportunity still. Why more people arent talking about it also has me scratching my head.
Jim Cramer on *Mad Money* said GRRR isn’t well-known yet after a retired fund analyst named Richard called in live saying he likes it. That’s not bearish. That’s pre-crowd. Sub-$300M cap. Thin tape. PR at this size = absolute mayhem. This is the part where nothing happens… until one headline nukes the chart. Not advice. Position: long GRRR shares. I like pain.
GRRR. It always seems to return to the $18 level.

$GRRR, I’ve been swing trading it for over a year and then started stacking shares to hold long term a few months back. They just hired a former SEC chairman to help litigate a market manipulation lawsuit. I’m not sure what to think!?! Their financials are next level, yet the stock price keeps tanking. I’ll either make $350k or lose $35k on the long hold.
Ohhhh I see! lol, shame because I actually think that it could definitely go nuts if the timing is right but they fr all look like bots 😭 definitely off putting lmao….hopefully it ends up working in our favour? Also had a look at your profile - you still holding $GRRR ?
GRRR is running hard. $15.50 now. Up over 10% today.
This is interesting to hear as someone who owns GRRR on Fidelity, maybe from before they started restricting it?
I’m still holding GRRR.. they’re profitable and the only company I know of that’s landing contracts worth more than their market cap plus doing share buybacks.

$GRRR AROUND $13 UNDERVALUED $PATH earning on Wednesday Easy win
The recent tech sell-off left a lot of people underwater on their investment hurting sentiment. Before that was trade war concerns (macroeconomic factors) Based out of London and does business globally, but it’s still not as well known as other US based companies. Their small market cap tends to attract people looking for a quick flip instead of long term investors. That makes it hard to gain positive momentum. Their biggest contract ($1.4 billion) was recently acquired and is just now starting to hit their earnings reports. Those are the biggest reasons I see GRRR’s stock price being held down currently.
they're referring to GRRR, clearly. dear god
GRRR, More like an early - underpriced PLTR than NVDA though. Landing contracts worth 4x multiples above their entire market cap. It’s been slept on and beat down recently.
GRRR could also be the next 100 bagger
Seems like they have strong fundamentals but definitely some risks. Just did this analysis via Magic Signal (iOS) Key Highlights: Year-to-date (YTD) change: -32.65%, reflecting notable weakness despite historic annual volatility. Q3 2025 earnings: Missed expectations with EPS of $0.24 versus consensus $0.26; follows earlier earnings volatility. Strong fundamentals: ROE stands at 21.09%, indicating efficient capital allocation; reasonable P/E (normalized) at 17.59. Liquidity: Current ratio of 2.48 and quick ratio of 1.78 suggest healthy short-term liquidity. Capital structure concern: Negative interest coverage ratio (-89.25), highlighting pressure from debt servicing or operating losses. High volatility: 52-week price range from $4.33 to $44.15 — recent price is near the lower end following significant drawdown. Industry prospects: Operates in AI/video analytics and IoT security — both high-growth, innovation-led fields. Technical Analysis: RSI near neutral: Indicates the stock is neither overbought nor oversold, suggesting a balanced risk but lacking a clear reversal signal. SMA trend: Trading below the 20-period SMA supports a near-term bearish view. MACD dynamics: Negative and widening MACD histogram reinforces strengthening bearish momentum. Options flow: Put/Call ratio (0.20) and OI ratio (0.31) are bullish, but overall volume and open interest are lower than average, suggesting limited conviction or caution among option traders. Volatility: Implied volatility remains elevated (89.8%), substantially higher than realized volatility, indicating higher expected moves and potential risk premia for option writers. Market Analysis: Sector dynamics: Technology and AI-driven security demand remain robust; GRRR’s market focuses are aligned with macro growth trends. Peer landscape: Intense competitive pressure from established industry players may affect pricing power and margins. Premium valuations (P/S 3.38; P/B 3.92) are in line with growth tech stocks, but raise expectations for future growth and execution. Institutional activity: No clear evidence of materially increased institutional buying or selling recently. Sentiment: Options market positioning is moderately bullish, but reduced volumes suggest caution. Volatility context: The stock’s historical and implied volatility are both high, contributing to wide price swings and short-term trading risks. Investment Outlook: Short-term (1-3 months): BEARISH | Confidence: 70% Supporting factors: Technical indicators (RSI, SMA, MACD) all tilt negative. Failure to break above the 20-SMA confirms near-term downside risk. Weakness in options volume and open interest further supports subdued price action. Catalysts or risks: Further downside could arise from technical breakdowns or absence of positive corporate news. High implied volatility also increases risk for short-term traders. Medium-term (3-12 months): NEUTRAL | Confidence: 60% Longer-term factors: Positive industry backdrop and strong ROE provide baseline for recovery; structural demand for AI and video security remains. Growth drivers: Potential re-acceleration from new contracts, product launches, or improved earnings trajectory. Currently, no major upcoming catalysts have been identified, limiting upside probability unless new developments occur. Risk Assessment: Earnings volatility: Recent earnings misses (including Q3 2025) point to uncertain profitability trends and execution risk. Negative interest coverage: Implies pressure from debt servicing; company is vulnerable if operating conditions worsen. Valuation premium: Trading at higher multiples compared to sector peers heightens sensitivity to further earnings disappointment. Competition: Faces well-funded rivals in AI and security analytics — margin compression and market share risks persist. High volatility: Wide 52-week range and elevated implied volatility underscore risk of abrupt price moves. Summary: GRRR is an innovation-driven small-cap technology firm in a dynamic and growing sector. Strong ROE and solid liquidity are positives, but earnings volatility and debt concerns warrant caution. Current technical factors point to near-term weakness, and the absence of fresh growth catalysts makes the stock vulnerable to further downside in the short term. Over the medium term, the company could benefit from robust industry tailwinds, but investors should closely monitor earnings progress and strategic developments. Risk-tolerant, long-term investors may consider building a position on further pullbacks, while short-term traders should remain cautious amid ongoing bearish signals.
A real leading indicator would be if Barron switched to calls.. in any case I loaded up on the most undervalued stocks. GRRR and RDW
