My LAR calls coming back from the dead 🥹
How are you capitalizing on it US gov bailing out Argentina? BBAR, LAR, ARGT?
Milei won in a surprise landslide. Are we buying Argentina stocks tomorrow? LAR?
LAR big jump, any reason?
I have to stop playing SPY even tho it’s the most fun. I keep picking winning positions but panic selling before they’re winners. I don’t have time to watch the charts all day due to my job. Real talk, how screwed are calls for late November/December on all this pile of garbage: BULL, BITF, PATH, POET, RZLV, LAR I blew up my port except for calls on these 6 overpriced tickers, but do yall see any hope on some of these having a pop in the next 2 months
I like LAR better at this point.
LAR is an interesting lithium play. Argentinian miner. Maybe for all of our stimmy they will have to give us rock
Not 🇺🇸, LAR from 🇦🇷is green
I say that as an owner of UUUU ($3.75 average) with small positions in LAR and LAC
Keep an eye out on 2 companies. LAES LAR. LAR WILL HAVE AN EXPLOSIVE MOVE.
Have you followed LAR? uUuU has done great for my day trading. LAR looks interesting given the bailout.
Outside of domestic minerals, LAR is one to keep an eye on. I'd imagine there are stipulations for that bailout with Argentina, and metals are likely one of them.
Bought into Lithium Argentina (LAR) Someone said earlier if we're bailing out Argentina's currency we're probably getting their metals

Check out $LAR (Lithium mine in Argentina) - you know, the country the Trump admin just bailed out with $20B. Draw your own conclusions about what could happen there.
US bailed out Argentina with $20b, but you think without concessions? Nope. Argentina conveniently has huge critical mineral reserves. I expect US admin to announce stakes in Argentinian minerals/mining companies. LAR is my bet and so far, paying off
$LAR was over 6 in after hours (though as we know that means nothing). Starting to climb back up. Let's see it keep going plzzzz
LAR sleeper lithium play, cheap calls rn too
LAR leaps bought on the hope that a 20 billion Argentina bailout gives the US a stake in return
Mine is LAR, they got lithium, is that a rare earth mineral? I don't think so but it seems close enough so it's probably going up
$LAR popping off in after hours a bit
I have LAR calls expiring this Friday that are deep in the money. Instead of flipping I may just exercise and enjoy the heavy discount.
LAR is the sleeper lithium play
USAR. LAR. OKLO. thanks WSB for tickers
Lithium Argentina is next $LAR
My hedge plays I grabbed a bit ago are a NVDA 180/172.50 10/17 put spread SPY 655/652 10/13 put spread USAR 39/43 10/17 call spread LAR 7.50 10/17 calls (3 of them) I have a bunch of POET PATH BULL HIVE and RZLV calls dated for 10/24 and 10/31 so I hope those recover by then
Bought LAR leaps for funsies
$LAR is a lithium mining company in Argentina. You know, the country whose economy we just bailed out by giving them $20B USD.
The only reason I am looking into LAR is bc Trump seems to like their president and just gave them billions of dollars. Right now there seems a race with China for minerals even though they owned most of everything in jt. The USA is trying to make their way into it.
LAR has exactly one advantage: it's already producing. But it's also in Argentina which is infamously unstable. Disclaimer: I own some LAR
I fuck up earlier saying to buy LAC and I mean LAR. Lithium Argentina. LAR!!!! I might start a play on it tomorrow
Bullish for LAR, the US is going to want some minerals in return.
I was up 1000% on my LAR call and now this is up like 200%. Im just sad I only bought 1 call and some shares. Should have just used that share money to load up calls 😞
Adding UAMY, SLI and LAR
Looking at all those precious metals and rare elements discussions... what is wrong with Lithium Argentina AG (LAR)? A genuine guestion.
My boi says he found IREN drunk randomly typing 😮💨 Well if you are up 300% keep doing it. Also LAR looks interesting as hell at first looks👀 think I’ll have to jump in
I’m up a few point away from %300 on iren. So I’m not to torn about yesterdays lost. It’s gonna go down to about low 40s for a couple of weeks then take off to high 50s low 60s. It will float around there for another couple of years. I bought this by being drunk and just typing random letters in the ticker symbol. I got in at $8 sold at 12 then repurchased around 9. I’m not selling but I’m waiting for it to drop 20-16% to drop in more. In bitfarm I think not going anywhere for the next 5years. You asked Ai what stocks they think is gonna rip? Interesting. I’ve never used Ai. Funny I don’t like ai but invest heavily in the stocks. I have been trying to get people behind iren for a year. Another one I think is gonna do well is LAC & LAR. Just speculation not financial advice.
I bought 100 at 22. Bought 100 more at 2 Sold 100 at at 5.30 Im right at break even(if you count the LAR shares). But I still hold 100. I'll probably hold these for a year or 2 and see what happens.
Some of the **top lithium stocks** regularly highlighted by analysts and investors include Lithium Americas (LAC), Albemarle (ALB), and Lithium Argentina (LAR). Each of these companies presents a different risk/reward profile and exposure to the lithium market. **Quick overview of notable lithium stocks:** - **Lithium Americas (LAC):** - Pure-play lithium development company focused on Thacker Pass in Nevada, one of the world’s largest known lithium resources. - Thacker Pass is under construction, targeting first production in 2028. General Motors owns a 38% stake in the project, which gives it high-profile backing. - LAC’s financial health shows a strong liquidity position (quick ratio: 10.30) but negative returns on assets and equity, reflecting early-stage development and lack of current sales. - No current dividend and trading at a significant discount to analyst estimated fair value. - Price as of late September 2025: ~$2.68–2.77 per share. - Not in major indices following recent removal from the S&P/TSX Composite Index. - **Albemarle (ALB):** - One of the **largest global lithium producers** with operations across multiple continents. - Currently profitable, with positive (though modest) profitability metrics (ROA: 0.40%, ROE: 0.84%). - Diversified, less speculative than Lithium Americas, but with lower upside potential due to already large scale. - Price/Earnings (P/E): 104.29 (indicating high investor growth expectations, possibly overvalued). - **Lithium Argentina (LAR):** - Primary operations in South America, fits the profile of an emerging, high-risk/high-reward company. - Poor profitability metrics as of latest data, very limited in market cap compared to ALB. - For pure lithium exposure but geographically more concentrated than LAC or ALB. **Other global mining majors** (e.g., BHP, Rio Tinto, Vale) also have lithium or battery metals exposure, but lithium is a small proportion of their overall business and stock performance. | Metric | LAC | LAR | ALB | |--------|-----|-----|-----| | Market Ca
Still on the wrong side of. I was holding when it was just LAC and then divided into LAC and LAR. Time WILL be our friend on this play. Great news today for a great company!!!
This is why I assumed the corrupt White House deal was with LAAC/LAR. LAC is Canadian, and the emperor hates Canada. LAR is Argentina, and last week he was promising to do unlimited monetary injections to Argentina because they have a crackpot tinpot of their own.
LAC was one of the better prospects during the EV days. They have the reserves and they did the decade of red tape cutting to get the approvals. Very situated for domestic use. Could be wrong but I think the tickers were LAC for the US/Can, LAAC for the Argentina, and LAAC became LAR
That's crazy I bought in before it spilt I got in really early what it says on Robin hood I bought for about 9 dollars a share. I just want to know your guys thought and it I have about 300 in LAC and 170 in LAR from the spilt.
I’ve been holding LAC for years. Before the GM took a stake, before LAAC/LAC split, before the LAAC -> LAR and even before it went from $10->$40. Guess what, I’m still holding because it’s not even in production yet. I hate the fact the orange cheeto is trying to get involved 🤦🏼♂️ This is was an investment that just turned into a political story. I’m honestly not happy. Fucking orange turd
Saw the LAC chatter and got excited for a second. Then I realized I have LAR calls 🤦♂️
You know two years ago I was debating between LAC and LAR. I thought with Milei getting into office, there’s be some diplomacy between these administrations. With a large mine already producing lithium carbonate and cheaper production costs outside the US, it seems like a clear choice. Still down 10% on that.
Right there with you. Still holding LAR and LAC, vainly hoping for a turnaround someday. At least MP finally paid off.
Been a long time fan and holder of $LAC. Even before it split off $LAR. I'm on the wrong side of it currently. However the fundamentals are super solid. GM has a large stake in the Nevada property. Great long term hold and growth potential.
I took profit on ALB and LAR just before they sold off, dodged some losses there. With shit in EV production and demand shifting to China, who have big deposits, do you think lithium has good near term prospects? Not exactly dry powder storage but I agree long term oppo
TMC and LAR propping up my portfolio today
AMPG, LITM, LAR. Not a penny stock, but ASML as well.
Everything you wrote is pretty much true except for the last eight words. Ganfeng formed a JV for the Caucharí-Olaroz project in Argentina with Lithium *Americas* (LAC) in 2020. This was **before** LAC & LAR split. In fact, conversations between the two... LAC and Ganfeng... date back to 2017. Today, Ganfeng and Lithium Argentina are not only working on Caucharí-Olaroz, including its expansion, but they are also working jointly on 2 or 3 projects in the Salta province. Today China (Ganfeng) is intimately involved with Lithium *Argentina.* >China is still a player in Lithium Americas. How? Please describe exactly how "China" ... today ... is involved with Lithium America's Thacker Pass project in Nevada?
Sure. Domestic is great given the current climate. But if your looking to play the possibility of a lithium price ramp in the next weeks/months I think there are better plays than LAC. My 69 7/18 ALB calls are up 200%. Wish I bought more. LAR calls for December also.
Agree prices might have bottomed out. LAC isn't in production and has unproven DLE technology that it needs to work. I don't think LAC is the best play ATM. I like ALB and also LAR at the moment.
It's unfortunate to see the company struggling. While they try to pull themselves out of the hole, they're faced with the increasing cost of labor. However, I still feel that there is, and will continue to be a strong market for lithium. There's no reason why LAR shouldn't be able to get its feet off the ground eventually. I am continuing to watch it.
CATERPILLAR is on sale during this downturn. They own everything good industrial and have the domestic and international market strangled for big moves coming. Leaps be leapin. LAR is a good hallelujah play for lithium, should pop in 2 quarters. Im gonna get a week ban tomorrow for being wrong about SPY but im a leaps degenerate anyways. Keep your tits tied down so they dont go up m'bois
Man LAC and LAR have been a trainwreck, I was evidently way too early. Brutal
He needs workers at his bullshit MANG LAR GO
Ha ha! Blatant corruption is hi-LAR-ious!
