u/complex-jello-2031 Scratched the surface on this one, looks interesting, what do we think of Lymphir's ability to compete with currently established treatment plans? Mino-Lok feels largely positive and I could see it becoming a standard for CVCs based on the trials results but i'm not sure of it's market value as I suspect the standard would still be to replace CVCs and this would be used for the patients that would be contra-indicated for Here are the key results demonstrating Mino-Lok's efficacy: # 🎯 Primary Endpoint Met (Time to Catheter Failure) * **Endpoint:** The primary endpoint was the **time to a catheter failure event** (e.g., removal due to infection, worsening symptoms, or death) measured in days. * **Result:** Mino-Lok demonstrated a **statistically significant delay** in the time to catheter failure compared to the control group (p-value = **0.0006**). * **Data Highlights:** * **Control Arm (SOC):** The **Median Time-to-Failure (MTF)** was **33 days**. * **Mino-Lok Arm:** The **MTF exceeded the duration of the trial** and was therefore **not estimable (NE)**, indicating the drug was highly effective at keeping the catheters functional throughout the study period. * **Hazard Ratio (HR):** The Hazard Ratio was **0.53**, meaning patients treated with Mino-Lok were approximately **47% less likely** to experience a catheter failure event compared to the control group. # ✨ Secondary Endpoint Met (Overall Treatment Success) * **Endpoint:** A critical secondary endpoint was the proportion of patients who achieved **Overall Treatment Success** (defined as no catheter failure, clinical cure, and microbiological eradication) at six weeks. * **Result:** Mino-Lok achieved a significantly higher success rate than the control group (p-value = **0.0025**). * **Data Highlights:** * **Mino-Lok Arm:** **57.1%** of patients achieved overall treatment success. * **Control Arm (SOC):** **37.7%** of patients achieved overall treatment success.
You feel bad for the hyper financialized NE while the more middle class/lower class American South (relative to the NE) is worse off? Lmao show your ass some more. You realize America’s economic problems pertains to decades of capitulating to Wall Street over Main street, just because they put faith in someone who doesn’t talk like the other demons doesn’t mean they “deserve” it. Both sides lie and mislead a lot. One is crass, and the other uses sleight of hand.

Hey, they’re actually based in CT, with most of their outstanding loans coming from the NE area (check out page 31 of the last 10q). Yea, the September dividend sell off made our chart not as pretty, but I noticed it at least held above the June dividend sell off of 1.03. Chart right now looks like we’ll be trading sideways for now, but it’s great for accumulation. What’s your entry here; can you afford to average down some? Yes, I also appreciate the honesty & the on time filings. Once companies around this price point, start doing the opposite, the market pounds them. Yea, Naples being settled will be a relief. I see the warrants expire in 3/26 with an option to extend to 3/27. I’m fine with reaching $5 at either of those points!
There's some really good long form write-ups on Substack if you want to learn about the industry and the players. I'm long NE. They pay a dividend, but I own it in a tax advantaged account so I'm fine with that. Helps if I have to hold a year or two before I see other gains. They recently did an acquisition so there's not much chance of another, which I like. Management is highly regarded, so there's less downside risk, but probably lower upside (though I still think 3-4x is reasonable over the cycle ). VAL is popular, but there's a big risk right now of management making a.stupid acquisition instead of buying back shares. If not, it's probably got more upside than NE. RIG, SOC are so e other popular names. Any good writer will cover a breadth of the names.

From grok: American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (AEO) has built significant mindshare, particularly among younger demographics like Gen Z and upper-income females, through strategic marketing and a strong brand portfolio including American Eagle, Aerie, OFFL/NE by Aerie, Todd Snyder, and Unsubscribed. The brand has consistently ranked in the top 10 for 16 years, with a 17.4% mindshare among upper-income females, up 700 basis points from the previous fall. It’s also the second favorite clothing brand after Nike, with a 9% mindshare, and the fourth favorite shopping website after Amazon, Nike, and Urban Outfitters, with a 3% mindshare. Recent marketing campaigns featuring celebrities like Sydney Sweeney and Travis Kelce have boosted customer awareness and engagement, contributing to a 19.8% stock rally in August 2025. AEO’s focus on authentic, trend-driven products and targeted marketing for both Gen Z and Gen X has solidified its position as a leading global specialty retailer.
Yeah! I mean when’s the last time retail got caught holding the bag??? That’s right. NE-VER. Institutions suck at this game. Loud people with laptops are the real experts. Get with the times people!
He was mediocre coach prior to falling assbackwards into a dynasty. His first draft in NE he drafted Brady. Few remember New England went to a super bowl 3 years prior and he won his first with alot of the key players who were already there. Glenn , Armstrong, Coates, etc. A disciple of Parcells he largely used his coaching philosophy and playbook. Along with Coughlin, Payton, and others. Parcells legacy should be given more credit

NBIS is a weird one....I bought it at $23, which was below the value of its assets. I figured it was a solid risk/reward at that point. It's definitely gotten expensive since then, which is why it's so big for me. My recent buys are ABL, CRMD, and NE, as well as OPRA. I'm not able to make the leap to Japanese names unfortunately. However, I'm still finding plenty of value out there.
Surely Donnie pretending to end like a dozen wars will get him his Nobel peace prize. Maybe NE or NOVL for marketing should give him a reward and call it the Noble or Novell peace prize, hell he might not even realize the difference.

It's already happening. The US expanded it's energy infrastructure by 20% over the last decade and it was still not enough to match our increased demand (and most of this was *before* AI.) This summer our grid in the NE was on high alert for potential failures during the heat wave. Almost all the country has seen their electric rates go up as energy demands skyrocket. It doesn't matter how pro-energy our president or congress is, as it takes a long freaking time to build big energy infrastructure. We are looking at 10+ years of turnaround for most big energy projects. Solar and wind are the exception but both of those are being gutted by the current administration. It's far worse than you realize as most our 20% energy growth came from these renewable energy sources. Trump is literally killing the growth of the only energy sources keeping up with our increased demand. The main issue here is time. Every company wants to include AI, and is heavily pushing integration. This is causing energy use by AI to explode. But if we reach energy thresholds, we are talking about more than just the tech industry potentially collapsing. It comes down to how much of our industry is now reliant on AI when prices start rapidly rising (which they will as no AI company is even remotely profitable... Then add on increase energy use). I do agree that we will see AI becoming more efficient (by necessity) but I doubt it will come down enough in the time frame we are looking at. Lastly, let me be clear. This is very much a long term problem. 2-3 years at the bare minimum and a lot of that is determined on the economy and climate change.
7%??? That means you have to make at least 8% with low risk, since the loan needs paid. Almost anything you do, is well beyond "bro, do this." You asked below about property, and done right, you can get a property yeah. But how much do you know about it? How much wiggle is there in the capital? And is a mortgage on it not going to be a better rate? What is your skill levels? Time you can invest? "Passive" doesn't exist. It does, but probably not on your level. I mean, I play some "passive" income stocks, and I spend a lot of time following the companies and keeping up with what's going on. Even then, anything loan wise is not a good deal at 7% for that. It was back a few years ago at 3%, but not at 7%. Investment properties are phenomenal. But if you're not clued up on how to do "slum lord" turn around, you need massive capital in your area. >average: $700k Let's say you can get a 500K turn key property (somehow, with magic), and you didn't mention. Your savings or 401k. But let's assume you jump in with the minimal 20% down. Let's say you somehow get a 6.5% mortgage with slightly "cheap" (for a rental) insurance/tax situation. And a 30yr instead of the 15 they tend to prefer for rentals. Mortgage is 2,898/month. A quick skim of say, Rhode Island Rentals (random NE pick lol, Peter Griffin style). About 3,500 avg rent on such a place. IF (big if), your baseline bills are 2898.. 3500 - 2898 = $602. Now the rough standard for a home is 1% maintenance. Rentals are basically alway more, but let us be nice and give you the residence standard: 5K. Divide by 12 = 416/month. 602 - 416 = 186. A phenomenal vacancy rate is 10%. That is 1.2 months on avg, or a loss of 3500. However, being generous, we will only include rational costs and not lost revenue. So that is 2898 + 416 = $3,314. Divide by 12 = 276. You had $186 - $276 = -90. So with that, you lose $90/month. If you can do your own maintenance, fix up a real shithole, or have the capital to put like 50% down, something to reduce the tight margins, you can succeed. Or if you get really really dumb luck lucky. You post this hypothetical house for 4,100, you get a retired government pension guy who just wants to chill. He stays there for 7 years. You're golden. Of course, you do the same thing, post for 4100, no one take it for 4 months, you finally cave and drop it down to 3750, someone takes it, they live there for 2 months, you haven't got a rent check expect excuses. You take New England time to evict them, they are good at this. It takes 2 months of them stalling. But hey, you got 2 months from the deposit right!? And then you finally get them out, and there is 7 month's rent worth of damages. And it takes 2 months to get the repairs. And then 3 months to rent it again. And now... you hate your life. Somewhere in between these, with knowing what you're doing, there is massive money to be made. But probably not from a HELOC unless you really know what you are doing.
For any actual investors who arent chasing pump and dumps, $ZEFI.NE has 30 bagger potential... But obviously no one will listen because they need their immediate validation
We have future floods, hurricanes and tornadoes in the NE for that.
We WERE supposed to get a huge chip plant in Ohio (NE of Columbus). Word is they pulled out. If trump wants this all made in the U.S., why did this giant factory pull out? Something isn’t right about all this.
NE- offshore is sooooo cheap. AMTM - probably still about 25% upside this year ($30 price target for me). ODD- after today's selling, the valuation is more reasonable with new lines dropping later this year. ABL- waiting on the shorts to cover.
Again, that's not what Trump is alleging - that's purely you trying to explain it for him. His claims purely are that she 'faked the Jobs Numbers' and 'manipulated for political purposes'. You don't need to put words in his mouth. As for the inaccuracy of the data - like I said, they're not done in the way you think. They do large scale statistical surveys - they're large but ultimately they're based on sample collection. They do not have and cannot get the underlying 'hard' data from places like the IRS. If you want them to do that, that's not something the BLS commissioner can decide on their own. They're simply running the same methodology that they have run for decades. Keep in mind, that sample collection has become harder, due to DOGE cuts. They had to cut out certain markets - Lincoln, NE, Provo, UT, and Buffalo, NY due to their shrinking workforce. It's very easy for non-experts to say 'do a better job' without any type of suggestion as to how this one person can effectuate that change. In addition, this methodology didn't really have issues for 40+ years. It clearly had shortcomings but no one was clamoring for an overhaul, because the consistency of methodology has real value - everyone understands and knows how to account for those shortcomings, especially since there are other third party data sets like ADP, JOLTS, and Indeed. Having that consistent methodology allows for historical comparisons and analyses to have value.

Also, rumors continue that VAL might try to make an acquisition, which is why they halted buybacks. It's also why I switched to holding NE recently.
Highly suspicious. There are (supposedly verified) pieces of the steel saved from the oddly small rubble pile, on displays throughout the country, one piece being at a truck stop just West of Omaha in a glass case, with autographs all over it. (Grand Island, NE)

There's been a slew of new contracts awarded in offshore lately, all indicate a really tight market going ahead. If you think the market is trying to look about 6 months ahead, we're into 2026. NE and others also doing very well.
You must live in a state with shitty education and expectations then. Go to the NE United States and you'll see education standards and scores that rival almost anywhere else in the world.

Europe Canada Japan Australia etc need to band together vs USA and: Utilize Euro for trade amongst themselves instead of USD Organize as a trade block against USA. If USA tariffs Japan for example, Canada and euro and Aus all need to counter tariff USA so it hurts them more than they think they gain. That would effectively isolate USA in trade and be quite detrimental. Furthermore, this block would crucially need to include tariffing Canadas electricity exports to USA which if increased would cripple the entire NE USA. Canadian oil tariffs would cripple USA energy, and damage huge swaths of Texas. Canada could also reduce water flow from Colombia River in the NW which would not cripple but damage USA NW. Canada could also restrict exports of fertilizer which combined with USA ICE pickups against farm workers, would further decimate USA food production capabilities.
Not sure why, but offshore drillers are having a fantastic day. NE, VAL, TDW, RIG.

In my NE bubble there is such a shortage. My plumber and electrician’s rates are up almost 40% since 2021. As a landlord I know the price of materials and that has returned to fairly normal levels. Anything in a personalized home seems very safe against robotics/AI developments in this next generation.
Also in NE so pricey and also felt like I overpaid at the time (every one feels this way). Got our forever home for about $800K @ 2.875% in 2021. Neighbor next door paid $1.1M (for smaller older house) in 2022. Zillow says my house is worth about $1.3M now. I feel like I caught the last plane out of Saigon. Told my 3 kids - first to have a kid gets this place. We want grandkids. Fortunately the property has a nice ADU that we can grow old in if we want to leave to our kids.
> BLS is reducing sample in areas across the country. In April, BLS suspended CPI data collection entirely in Lincoln, NE, and Provo, UT. In June, BLS suspended collection entirely in Buffalo, NY. > These actions have minimal impact on the overall all-items CPI-U index \-[BLS](https://www.bls.gov/cpi/notices/2025/collection-reduction.htm)
We miss those days in NE. Been a struggle for a bit
NE is the one with the better balance sheet, right?
Rolled my VAL into NE for what its worth. Better management and owning it in my ROTH I don't get hit by taxes on the dividend. Still think either is a great play.
Bro, the beer drinker is not Sam Adams customer. Bars and grocery stores are the customer. Every bar in New England and every grocery store in the continental US carries Sam Adams. It's reached nostalgia status in NE.
Location dependent, I love NE USA with a passion
NE is only booming because there's not enough inventory.
I feel like I've hit the end of screening. I have a pretty good list of names that I want to own long term, and I'm happy with what I own, generally. I'm finding a lot more opportunities by reading instead of screening. Like special situations, medium term value, stuff like that. BNED, RSKD, stuff like that I think is cheap, but ol probably sell it when/if it runs. Then I have stuff like JXN and NE that are 4-5 year value plays. Just super cheap stuff that will have near term catalysts. I'll DM you a link to a good Substack I follow. Stuff like that is great for idea generation.
If you guys want a serious long term hold, MAXQ.NE is a high risk high reward stock
MAXQ.NE is free money. Literal penny stock that will be worth a fair amount within a few years.
I'm not saying you should pump MAXQ.NE but it is cheap ....
JP Morgan analyst Arun Jayaram upgrades Noble Corp (NYSE:NE) from Neutral to Overweight and announces $30 price target.
I've been buying uranium/NE stocks for 2 years. They've had a good run already. This Friday I added to my FLR position . This stocks is not on everyone's radar but should benefit from the NE infrastructure buildup.. On a side note, platinum stocks is another developing story and could have a decent run/breakout this year..
There’s only 2 countries in NE Asia. China and Japan. China is #1 (I am not currently sponsored by the CCP.)
The NE is getting bat sht crazy prices for now. Got 2 places to get in the market within 60 days. Sure hope it doesn’t sht the bed that quickly.
What is nutty is back in that time, I stopped talking in Weedstocks. I've warned people about a lot of the bigger companies and along with the individuals. I've been in the space for over the past decade, in LA, as either owner/operator or consultant. I've done MO, IL, NM and worked with a senator in NE regarding legislature wanting to be introduced for vote. Anytime I warned anybody about a company, brand or individual, I'd get told I am just jealous I didn't get in earlier. That or I'd be told I don't know shit and the guy sitting at home in a non-legal state reading decks or surfing Reddit knew more. The issue won't change. It's just like any other business. Goal is to get it to a place where they can trade it publicly. Rarely do you meet someone who is passionate about the industry and not just looking at it from a corporate perspective. It's why most of it doesn't work - cannabis isn't ready to be corporate yet. Not until it's federally legal. So owner / operators still run around spending money like it's 2016. They refuse to change / adapt and you know it's bad when the "big boys" are clawing at whatever scraps they can get. Also the quality of flower in "more recently made legal states" is dumpster fire for the most part. Because these corporate fucks don't know how to grow. They're not "cannabis". They just pulled up with funding.

Well, I'm from a large NE city but I live in South Texas. If Walmart raises prices, the people buy less. They don't have options. Especially the even smaller towns. When Walmart crunches their numbers, they will close certain stores. From what I see here, I wouldn't call it fear porn. And the dollar general scene is even scarier.
NE Iowa, actually lol It's Casey's pizza, Culvers, or Walmart mostly. I am being a little unfair, because we do have a Hyvee within a two hour drive.
https://www.politico.com/news/2025/03/21/labor-commerce-department-economy-data-doge-00241559 Mostly events such as these and the is administrations willingness to bend anything is their favor regardless of legal precedent. For me, in the NE of US I have seen significant food price increases.
Bless your heart, we're only about [half way through project 2025s goals](https://youtu.be/5jyw3NE-SAs?feature=shared)
ASTS earnings thoughts? Calls way too expensive, I bought shares in 401k. Also bought tons of SDRL shares - look at the action on VAL, NE, and TDW this week post earnings. Calls were pretty cheap too. June 20 $20c were 4.40 when the stock was at 23.95. Won’t be a 10 bagger though
$3.94 a dozen at Walmart in NE Oklahoma. just checked right now
Won't happen. The worst that will happen is what happened in Quebec with the Meech Lake Accord in '87. First, as Conservative as Texas Lite, I mean, Alberta is, the Liberal/NDP has a fairly good following in Alberta. Second, not all Albertan Conservatives want this. Third, there's nothing culturally unique about the people of Alberta (unlike Quebec) other than some of them ride horses every once in a while. Personally, with the current premier, I'd happily trade Alberta as a "51st state" for the NE or west coast of the US. Their economies would more than make up for Alberta's declining oil sands in the long-term.
It's regional correction, but the regional correction is so large that it's having visible impact on national averages. Southern states like FL and TX went through a massive property price and building boom in the last few years as people migrated into those states. But as the in office work mandates returned, the net migration reversed and we're now seeing outflows back into the NE and west coast. All this is happening as all the house building projects from late-pandemic era are nearing completion. There's basically a huge surplus of new properties, and a reduction in demand, simultaneously, which is hitting prices hard. It doesn't help that FL also have other costs of home ownership skyrocket (eg. Insurance). those costs are further driving down property demand.
Both NE and VAL reported strong bookings in offshore and increasing revenues. Both are trading at or below 7x earnings. VAL is shredding their share count, NE is paying a 10% dividend. As terrible as oil is doing, offshore is actually holding up well. If there's another run-up in oil (let's be real, probably at least 2026 on that now) these names will explode.
What are the biggest issues in the US grid? Lack of interconnection? I know the NE is kinda messed up with its energy situation and often resorts to dirty heating oil due to this.
NE earnings: Approximately 15 rig years of new contract awards representing $2.2 to $2.7 billion of revenue potential; backlog increased to $7.5 billion. Q2 quarterly cash dividend maintained at $0.50 per share; approximately $100 million returned to shareholders in Q1. Q1 Net Income of $108 million, Diluted Earnings per Share of $0.67, Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share of $0.26, Adjusted EBITDA of $338 million, net cash provided by operating activities of $271 million, and Free Cash Flow of $173 million. 2025 Guidance maintained.
well, as a frugal working non proffesional, I imagine for me I will become more frugal. My mindset has always been "use it up, wear it out, do with or do without". Never been much of a consumer, I do have a home almost paid off, and I drive old subarus, that last me about 3 years, then I get another used subaru, from a mechanic who I trust. I live in NE Vermont, no one lives high and mighty here, I will buy essentials, I cannot afford to travel, never have, save for a long trip to Ireland and a few trips to BC Canada, but that is okay, I love where I live. I enjoy cooking very much, so some asian ingredients will be expensive. I have a small savings in both dollars and silver, I will just have to live like I did when I was making under 50k a year, and live as I was making 20, which, as a matter of fact, is what it will be like. I urge everyone to pay off their credit, and put that card in the top drawer, used only for emergencies. A non productive consumer culture was always doomed anyway. Where I live, we produce food, and so many crafts people, for years I bought second hand everything, those options still are there. I imagine for the others who have been riding the magic carpet, it will be a harsh landing.
Would be hilarious if it was this house https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3828-Piermont-Dr-NE-Albuquerque-NM-87111/6776276_zpid/
Met a guy who did Maintence on planes in Omaha NE. Always told me that an indicator something big is going to happen depends on how many private jets land at that airport. 90% chance they are in Omaha to talk business. Last time they had been jammed pack with planes was around 2008.
I'm not seeing any reduction in the Trump signs and bumper stickers in my part of NE US. Some are actually getting larger and more culty.
