All you miss is arguments, this might be an attempt to get $PEN cheaper which won't be possible, lol.
you may come up with 1000 creative ways but at the end of day PEN and PAPER is still the easiest and safest. Just write it and keep in multiple places.
This is very stupid. Do not ever let your seed phrase touch a computer or the internet. You are using an international cloud hosting service, for gods sake... It would be safer to put your seed phrase on a post it note on your desktop screen. I repeat: Do not ever let your seed phrase touch the internet. yada, yada, yada, it is encrypted... Get your coins to a new address generated from a new seed. Write the seed down ON PAPER WITH A PEN, and store that. Or carve it in metal for higher durability. DO NOT STORE YOUR SEEDS ONLINE.

BlueWallet. When you get it off the App Store make sure you get the right one, a lot of scammers out there. Solid, open-source bitcoin-only mobile hot wallet. For $100 it will do the trick. When you open the app and make a wallet, make sure to right down the 12 word sees phrase. Don’t take a picture of it, don’t save it as a note on your phone. WRITE IT DOWN ON PAPER WITH A PEN. Save it someplace secure. This is your seed phrase which will be the backup to your wallet, anybody that has this can take your Bitcoin. Click on the wallet and hit receive, it will generate an address he can send it to. Also recommended not to reuse addresses for privacy reasons, but you will only need 1 or 2 for this transaction. You can have him send a small transaction, $5-10 dollars, just to make sure you know how it works before sending the whole thing. He will need to choose the transaction fee between fast, medium, and slow. I would recommend fast if you want it done on the next block, otherwise it could possibly take awhile. Once it’s confirmed on chain you’re all set. You can even click on the transaction in your wallet and it takes you to the mempool and shows the transaction on chain.
