😄 A clarification for the above. The subsidiary that NIXX is creating is of their legacy telcom and software business. They will own 19.9% of that and issue stock to current investors. The AI segment will be fully owned by NIXX and will not be subsidiary but will simply be NIXX.
JTAI has historically operated in aviation services but now, like EVTV, ATON, and NIXX, they are transitioning into the "AI Infrastructure/Services" crap. They are working on developing datacenters in Nevada and Winnipeg. The Winnipeg sites is interesting since it in Canda since it won't be susceptible to Trump's recent effort to force datacenters to develop their own power sources. Its up 20% AH on no news. Sure, with what been happening this week with these stocks that are transitioning into AI Services, it could be the play tomorrow.

Mentioned NIXX earlier this afternoon. Like EVTV and XAIR they are trying to make themselves into an "AI infrastructure" company. Q4 '25 earnings expected this week, maybe next. Should be very good earnings as Q2 to Q3 earnings were up 135% and they put out a press release 5 weeks ago saying they anticipated big increases in revenues for Q4.
See NIXX press releases from 8 days ago and 5 weeks ago. They are going for that "AI infrastructure" angle like EVTV and ATON. Its close to its 52 week low.
I'd buy NIXX and/or LMFA and prepare to sit with them for a week. Put in stop losses. NIXX is not a fast mover but it moves up and you can 10-15% off of it without stress. LMFA is will likely double from where it is now by their earnings report Or just buy 3 NVDA shares and hold Though I reckon if you want a hundo, you're prolly impatient and want it yesterday None of this is financial advice

NIXX has had a bunch of high volume spikes. Another 15K candle just popped up.
NIXX is still my play for the day. Gradual increase yesterday with news. No huge price swings or volatility volume ramped up throughout the day.

NIXX came up on my screener when looking for increased volume stocks and they just got a positive contract deal don't think it's on anyone's radar yet seems to move in cycles and it's at the low end if you zoom out I'm in for 1500 shares @1.43 (with brokerage fees) maybe a hidden gem not financial advice

Nixxy (NASDAQ:NIXX) announced a $12.0 million annual contract increase with Sky PLL Data Center OU, Estonia, adding about $1.0 million of monthly revenue beginning January 2026. October 2025 preliminary revenues were approximately $15,339,405, up from $14,084,059 in September 2025. The expansion targets European deployment and partner-led scaling across voice and SMS while the company builds edge capacity to support higher-margin AI and data offerings planned for 2026.
NIXX trading at above average volume. News about $12M in funding came out this morning. Could see this one being a slept on runner. Hasn’t really spiked or declined yet.
It’s tough to find a penny tech stock unicorn. NUAI has may be on its way of becoming one although i still have my doubts. You really need to do your DD to uncover these gems. I feel that NIXX is a very undervalued AI stock and could be a big gainer in the future. I have also made some decent money on larger cap AI stocks like SOUN, TSSI, etc. I am watching to see if TSSI dips further to buy in again. Right now, I am also buying slowly into PATH, POET, GRRR, etc. I feel that APP has more room to run as well…..

NIXX - was mostly in the green both during normal and after market hours last week when most of the market was constantly red, never really dipped much either below the 1.80-1.90 range should be good to watch this week
I think it's hereditary, my dad was into horses, i like stocks because the race is longer. Still you think you're buying bottom then hello, reverse split, theres a new bottom. But when i get a winner, a 50% on a microcap, i feel good. On PHAT and NIXX right now. Hoping they run but it's risky business
Am holding this. If it gets to $11.34 i will sell. That's where L bought 12% of the company. I will leave 25% to run long term. Similar companies have reached $50 in the past and if L keep adding they make buy them out. Min $300m but this could go up to $500m so will hold 25%. My other play, if you're interested is NIXX. They're buying back $10m worth of shares. half the market cap. They've also made deals worth $120m. They're a small cap company so here is hoping that runs hard soon. Set to make $25 to $27m MONTHLY. Revenue has started.

you missed ACON, my next tip would be NIXX. This will go up this week. Look into . Instu are buying such as Vanguard. There is news coming this week, acquisition. $120m contract. Cash in hand. NOTE: Shares buy back program to start within 30 days. You can't go wrong on this one. Look into it and load up at this levels. I am hoping it will shoot up sometimes this week, possibly on Thursday. The company may also announce when they start buying back $
