Palladium is the cheapest metal on record. It is more rare than silver and in current tight supply. I see $3000 by next year.

PALL, ATAI, ENHA, and LeBron to the Warriors. You’re welcome!
I have GLD, SLV, PALL, and CPER in my portfolio. Its an ok anchor for now
mainly metals calls (GLD and SLV and PALL) and GDX / SILJ miners. Entered most of them in the last 2-3 weeks so these are actually down below my cost basis by like net 40k loss from what I pulled out of my "boring" index funds. Going to go back to index most likely for now...
Had been looking at PPLT and PLG. Will check in to PALL now as well.
The chart for PALL exhibits a clear and strong ascending channel, characterized by higher highs and higher lows over the past six months. This indicates consistent buying pressure and a well-established bullish trend. The price has recently broken above a minor resistance level, suggesting a continuation of this upward momentum. Traders should expect the price to continue to trend higher within this channel, with potential pullbacks to the lower boundary of the channel serving as buying opportunities. The current price is near the upper bound of the recent consolidation, implying a potential breakout to new highs. As per ChartScanner.AI analysis, the price has found strong support around the 120-130 USD level in the earlier phase of the trend.
You're welcome, thanks for letting me know it helped! Have you read a book on options? This one's solid (it's a pdf): [Options for the Beginner and Beyond,](https://www.r-5.org/files/books/trading/schoolbooks/W_Edward_Olmstead-Options_for_the_Beginner_and_Beyond-EN.pdf) by Professor Olmstead of Northwestern University And just read Chapters 1 through 6, skipping any discussion of Puts. That gets you to LEAPS Calls. You could stop there and become a very successful options trader. To give you an idea of *how* successful, I'm trading my sister's account with LEAPS Calls on SLV, PALL, DXJ, & XPH, and it's up 97% in 3 months. LEAPS Calls at 80-delta are VERY powerful. So powerful you don't need to mess with shorter-dated Calls, and certainly not ones closer to the money. Be good.
GLD, IAU, SGOL, GLTR, SLV, SLVR, PALL, etc are all physically backed
PLTM and PALL are interchangeable. Also what are the key drivers for them as compared to GLD and SLV beyond "precious metals"? Wanting to learn
SLV GLD PLTM PALL and big tech, IMO. I think I'm also going to start buying up REITs.
Throw in a touch of PALL
PLTM. And look at PALL.
SLV and PSLV and PALL and IAU have been very very good to me thank you very much.
I have PALL bags from 2022 that are finally being lightened. Luckily I averaged down as it dropped to the 80s but man, what a long wait.
Platinum WAS used for catalytic converters - but when the price got over $2000 15 years ago, they switched to palladium, which was like $400/oz. Then Palladium shot up, so I think they use whatever is cheaper when they’re buying next years supply - Palladium (PALL) is now about $1800.
Anyone in PALL? What are some other rare metal stocks I can lose money on?
The problem with PALL is the liquidity is too low. I am doing spreads so contracts number is between 10-20 and low delta contracts just have low liquidity. Yeah SLV make me a bit scared too now - don't want to get assigned in 60-70 range. I may shift my attention to IBIT and ETHA now
Yeah just got out of 4 PALL puts for a nice $1600 profit.
PALL is down bro. you mean PATH?
Well PALL paladium just gave up all its gains, SLV and GLD ahead of COPX... AA Aluminum last to get the virus. Shorting in the morning
Sold PALL at 170 last week and just bought back in at $147
I'm too lazy to check what the closing share and contract prices were on Friday, so I'll go with today's contract and share prices on close: PALL closing price 151.06: 148C is $0 ITM ($2165 extrinsic value per contract) PPLT closing price 192.78: 185C is $7.78 ITM ($2237 extrinsic value per contract) SLV closing price 65.63: 50C is $15.63 ITM ($25 extrinsic per contract). 57C is $8.63 ITM ($307 extrinsic per contract). 45C is $20.63 ITM ($210 extrinsic per contract).
Tell me what the intrinsic value of my options are, based on Friday’s closing prices. quantities: PALL - 2 PPLT - 2 SLV 50 - 10 SLV 57 - 2 SLV 45 - 7
I accidentally bought PALL instead of PLAT but its working out for me so far lmao
Idk that ticker but I’ve been trading GLD PPLT PALL and COPX the last 2 weeks and they’ve made me stupid money on calls
Everyone here talking about SLV and going to miss the boat on PALL.
I'm not finding a CMGI, what is/was it? I'm a bit of a gambler myself, but I've learned to hold at least 3 tickers for some diversity. Sorry for your loss, but I'm glad you're finally getting to retire. I've kept SLV and PPLT, and also in PALL. Like you, I suspect silver is the riskiest of the 3 trades. So I think I'll scale back. Take care.
Alternately, there's beautiful PALL, which up ONLY 126% YTD and priced at only two-thirds its Spring 2021*and* 2022 peaks. 🤔🤑
who else is making stupid money trading SLV, GLD, PPLT or even PALL??
Oh my bad! I'm SO sorry! Reading is fundamental. What else are you liking these days? I'm big into SLV, and added some PALL and PLTT starting Monday.
What is causing this bull run on precious metals like SLV and PALL?
Like u/daviddjg0033 said, PALL and PLTM. But add PLTT for another platinum play. And for you and u/krazineurons: [ETFdb.com](http://ETFdb.com) Search there for any kind of sector or commodity you might be looking for.
Lmao I commented that PALL was a good buy when it dumped on Wednesday and got downvoted and now it’s up 12% today.
yeah I sold a bunch of positions on the way up cus I got scared of the leverage after the October crash. now that I know how it feels in practice I probably won’t make that mistake again. not sure when I’m gonna see another opportunity like silver though. PLTT and PALL next?
SPPP is better than PALL + PPLT?
PALL -7% yesterday Suck it
PALL. It's gonna recover about 1/3 of that before the open though.
What are your top stocks for these? I saw PALL dropped 7.5% yesterday
Very interesting! I'm agreeing with you, I'm just going to type it out as I think it through. I agree with the weakening dollar, and I don't see that changing under this administration. Certainly not in the next 6 months. And I agree that with those wide B/A spreads, you can often get filled on the 'good' side of Midpoint. So Mid here is 0.52/0.53, but with no Bids, they'll likely take 0.45 as you said you've seen. And as you kind of said, you're buying 0.38 equity in CEW, while (as you specifically said), you're only paying 7c in time value. That's ridiculously low on a per-day basis (like I normally judge my long Calls). But then I got to thinking about the *percentage* cost of the time value, and that's 7 / 45 = 15%. I've been liking silver, so I compared that to a same-expiration 80-delta **SLV** Call I might buy: 3.53 extrinsic / 14.50 total cost = 24%. Okay, so the **CEW** Call is way better than that. Now, what has **CEW** been doing lately? Hmm, only 4.4% over the past 6 months. We've got 6.7 months from tomorrow (market open) to 17Jul, so extrapolate that to 4.9%. 4.9% above today's spot puts CEW at 20.80 at expiration. That makes this Call worth 1.80. And since we only paid 0.45 for it: 1.8 / 0.45 = exactly **4 times our money.** *In 6 months.* **I like it!** Even better than your projected return. How did you come up with 175%? Because I may've done something wrong. I'ma buy some tomorrow, thanks for the trade! In the spirit of giving back, take a look at PPLT and PALL. Big down day yesterday, but I'm guessing they come back and continue their crazy run. Take care.
PALL is the move btw. You’re welcome.
[PALL & PPLT positions](https://imgur.com/a/brDUXgK) Bought them at 10:2x this morning, already made $130 / 1.0%. I'll scale in more as other positions come off.
Yeah, that's my thought too about precious metals. I'm scaling into platinum and palladium today, via deep ITM Calls on PPLT and PALL. PPLT has LEAPS options, but PALL only goes out 6 months, so I bought there.
Calls on GLD, SLV, PPLT, or PALL are all free money right now.
Yeah bro, I've been in PALL off and on for months
buy Palladium PALL
PALL, PPLT, GLD, COPX and SLV calls, these puppies have made me good money recently..
Precious metal options. You can make it all back very quickly. Look for Jan/Feb options on SLV, PALL, PPLT, or GLD... or something similar. You'll be ahead withing the day if not week and you can just put stops in so you don't lose.
PALL is a great metals play. Developing countries will need Palladium for cars and electronics
I started with GLD early 2025, switched to SLV in July and dumped it recently. Started adding PPLT and PALL last month. I'll hold those for long, but will add GLD and SLV again once I see a correction
I'm on that PALL.. Palladium and Platinum last left to break out
PALL. Everyone needs a pal... Any palladium stock will do.
IWM, BLDR, USAR, ETHE, COPX, PALL, SILJ, and U (so far)
I reference the PALL chart for when to steal, sell or hold catalytic converters
You live in a digitized world, and the only way out is money. Macrohard can't come soon enough. Anyway, PALL remains a monster play and ticket out. "Everyone needs a PAL(L)."
Yeah, I’m out of all the precious metals right now mostly because of the volatility they see. I owned XME, PPLT, PALL, URA. They all went from like 15% profit to -10% over the last two weeks. I’ve been selling them off with these rallies to dollar cost average the loss because I just want to get out of it now. Sorry about your losses, man. We will get it back. At least you’re talking about it. That’s a good step.
Physical precious metals have terrible liquidity unless you're buying from major dealers at spot prices. For liquid exposure, look at ETFs like GLD (gold), SLV (silver), or PALL (palladium). They track prices closely and you can sell instantly. Just know that premiums and dealer spreads make physical metals tough for trading they're really more of a long-term hold or hedge.
Potentially but I trade short time frames. Only opened that PALL short yesterday lol
$PALL is the play for next week
If you missed the Gold rally, Palladium is next ($PALL)
Hope y’all bought this PALL dip
Palladium. PALL ETF. Rare metal with production mostly Russian. Needed for a lot of applications including catalytic converters. Already in mega shortage.
Missed on GLD and SLV? Missed the BTC run? I gotchu. Next one to run is PALL (Paladium). Thank me later.
Load up PALL. I said it first.
GLD SLV PALL and delete the app for a week
Palladium is gonna pump even harder than gold. Coming from a gold bug. I’m evenly split between PALL and GLD at this point. Today PALL is up 5%.
PALL gonna pop. Palladium supply is low and mostly from Russia.
I'm loaded up on GLD but also PALL. Research palladium and look at that chart.
PALL IS MOONING. UP 5%+ today. Palladium ETF. You're welcome.
I didn't know those things had options. Maybe I'm just thinking of PHYS, PSLV, PALL, etc.
PALL has been printing and still a ways to go to new ATH
PALL bb. Alexa play you got a friend in me
It’s fun when a ticker of yours isn’t spammed in here but I’ll be a PALL and share one
PALL (platinum and palladium) just broke out. Palladium is the king of metals. Up 25% on the month should be ready as bullish, not as a sign of being too late; the stock is trading at $135 and has an ATH of a little over $275. It will destroy that number eventually, and probably in a fairly straight line. Buy. the. fuck. out. of. this. one. "Everyone needs a pal."
I went 95% cash after selling the rest of my SLV, PALL, and GLD calls this morning LOL. Bought the crypto dip too
I've been saying this for a while but an important metal stock to own is PALL. Given the growth surge in Asia and overall shift back to gas vehicles palladium is going to be extremely valuable
Instead of gambling on pump & dump stocks like POET you could just buy PALL calls and make bank.
Can’t believe how easy to trade PALL is lol
PALL in on Palladium
PSIL and PALL are almost guaranteed 2x in the next year
Load up your PALL for the shrek dildo
URA SILJ PALL PPLT OIH XOP GDX MOO REMX, I’m mostly invested in smaller mining companies that are undervalued…but these are some broad plays that I think have a lot of upside potential over the medium to long term
I sold URAA at 31.90 earlier this month, thinking I could take some profits and it was just going to keep bouncing around in a range anyway, oops. 🤣 I did start investing in Anfield earlier this year when it was literally a penny stock and now it's on the Nasdaq (AEC) and I'm up 25%. Glowy rocks and shiny rocks is my investing theme for 2025. GDXU and AGQ are doing the heavy lifting in my accounts right now with PALL and PLTM on deck.
Fold them or hold them? That's always the question isn't it. It's just seems too easy holding losers too long and cutting winners too early... I think IWM would be a better play than SPY for the Sept 17th FED decision; I bet on XHB though, since I think the home builders sector could run the most and I like to target sector indexes - also a rate cut should be good for precious metals; so GLD, SLV, PPLT and PALL seem like more focused bets than SPY. I'm down so much in August though, you'd probably be better off inversing me. Seriously, I'm kind of freaking out about how down I am from August; every time I went long, the market pulled back, and every time I went short the market rallied... I also cut NEM 69c sept 19th calls and GOOG 200c Sept 19th calls that together would be up over $100K if I had held them; would have saved my port big time, instead I'm down on the year as a whole after 1 really bad month (9 months of time spent trading wasted T\_T ). Also, there is always the chance a 0.25% cut would be a sell the news event, and that a 0.5% cut would cause the market to panic. Like I said, I feel like all my plays have been wrong recently, so I'm probably not the one to ask.
PALL $110 pre-market 🤤
He didn't "carry" the coffin anywhere. He put his hand on the coffin as if that makes it more 'personal'. All it did was make it heavier for the PALL BEARERS who were doing the REAL lifting.
