I'm sorry but you were in the 2021 market. When it's alt season you start seeing totally CRAZY things..much more than two well established coins like xrp and sol having big gains. Sorry, but did you read the link to rekt in the OP? The exploiter repaid most of the money, there was indeed a shortfall, and depositors took a hair-cut, to be repaid in MOO (time-locked). Essentially this was an arbitrage type situation: the pool was out of balance and the market has 'fixed it', by taking advantage of the high returns, while accepting (or ignoring!) the risk. I thought it was an interesting situation, which would be informative to watch, which is why I posted.

FYI Liquidity has now improved, utilisation is 89%, and APY is down to 31%, so this seems to be working exactly as it should.

Yes, it's worth noting that the Moola Market and the Mango Market exploits were essentially the same: the MOO token was also useable as collateral, and the lack of liquidity, and of arbitrage trading volume allowed the attacker to pump the price by swapping CELO for MOO and then borrowing CELO using the pumped MOO as collateral. The Mango Market exploit happened days before the Moola one, so theoretically, Moola could have been warned of the same possibility: I presume the Moola attacker got the idea from the Mango attack.
