I tend to keep most of my portfolio in ETFs (VOO, QQQ, IXUS, QTUM and NUKZ) and usually only have a maximum of 5% in any single stock. Of a single stock runs and I can't make sense of the new valuation based on the news I will trim my position and look for reentry at a lower price, missed some gains on IONQ but it didn't make sense to me why it even got to 40 in the first place. POET I will not reenter because it is moving on pure speculation and the most recent news have been a 400m dilution and the loss of their main client. I am currently FOMOed into Joby about 15% of my portfolio but the current price is a good 20% above my entry and I see it going higher based on catalysts coming this year and early next year. Current losers I hold are FIG and NOW, those I was at first 40% and 30% up but currently sitting at ~10% loss, not worried since I only put a few Ks in them. Entered PATH last week with a small position, hoping for earnings to help the stock regain some of that 30% loss ytd.
I don't do options, only stocks and etfs, only with money I can lose which helps me keep my conviction up and hold through downturns, I might do some margin if I have some money coming in soon and there is a dip that can be explained by panic selling over geopolitics. I have gotten lucky with some picks such as IONQ ( was in at 6 but sold off at 40 because I could not see why the valuation was so high) and Joby (sold this at around 17 after holding for a couple years with an average of 7, recently bought back in) and POET, which I had taken some profit and sold out still with some gains after the crash in April. For pre revenue stock picks like these I usually read a lot into what the company is doing, how well they are funded and what partners they might have. I did swing trade some like RCAT and MVST but I prefer to go into things I feel comfortable holding for a year at least.

POET is voting to accept Davitson and Company LLP as their audit, it is known to have problems with their work. It's a questionable audit company. Another red flag after small cap made unreasonably big deal(50 mil with a cap of 10 mil) and huge dilution. Their CFO quit right after making a deal for additional funds. Beware.

This has been $POET for me, amazing patents and genius CEO with a cloud of misunderstanding around the technology and emerging business, it’s been a 5x for me but still holding for the parabolic move approaching.
Right now the debt Shitadel owes on the POET $40 3 year strike alone is something like 10 million. But across multiple dates and strike this could be closer to 50 million. It may not sound like a lot but heres where things get interesting > We know Shitadel was already being forced to pamp before the first big drop.
