Infrastructure has been and should be longterm winner, particularly because both US political parties support it (except for the NIMBY datacenters aspect). I prefer TCAI and AIRR, but PAVE and ELFY are reasonable choices. Also check out POW, VOLT, AIPO and WELD.
There are several bottlenecks, not just one. Power is definitely one, but not as simple or clean as chips or optics or copper. As you said, there are several options and ways to approach them. POW, JOUL, GRID, VOLT and to a lesser extent AIPO/TCAI and others are ETFs that focus on power in a way beyond just utilities.

Mine would probably be **SPMO and SOXQ**. SPMO gives me a broader momentum play, while SOXQ is where I’m getting the heavier semiconductor exposure. I also keep about **10% total in GRID, POWR, POW and TCAI** because I want exposure to the power and infrastructure side too. If AI and data centers keep expanding, they’re going to need a lot more electricity, grid upgrades, equipment and actual power generation behind them. So I’m basically trying to own both sides of it, the technology benefiting from AI growth, and the infrastructure needed to support that growth.

Bitcoin is scarce and difficult to mine. It costs a lot of energy to mine as well making it more valuable. It is also extremely secure as its mined from Proof of Work (POW) vs Proof of Stake (POS). The next Bitcoin halving will make mining Bitcoin even more difficult and thus will make it more scarce. Noone gives a fuck about the U.S dollar when the cunt federal reserve just keeps the printing going on or decades on end. Bitcoins has no inherent utility like Ethereum. Bitcoin speed is slow and it's availability is becoming scarce every halving which makes it an excellent store of value and hedge against economic downturns.
