Im pretty big into RDW as well, whats ur PT and when do you expect to hit it by with that DD?
Okay I'll just give you all the stuff from Gemini. It has links and where to look inside the links included, as well as a brief summary excerpt. You're looking for the official guidance on Redwire Corporation's (RDW) full-year 2025 Adjusted EBITDA. Redwire initially provided this guidance when they announced the acquisition of Edge Autonomy and reiterated it in their Q1 2025 earnings release. You can find this information directly in their SEC filings, specifically their Form 8-K filings related to the Edge Autonomy acquisition and their Q1 2025 earnings. Here's a direct link to the relevant SEC filing (Form 8-K) where the 2025 guidance was initially provided: * Redwire Corporation Form 8-K filed on March 10, 2025 (or around that date): https://ir.redwirespace.com/sec-filings/all-sec-filings/content/0001819810-25-000050/0001819810-25-000050.pdf Within this document, you'll find a section on "2025 Forecast" that states: "For the twelve months ended December 31, 2025, Redwire, as a combined company, is forecasting full year revenues of $535 million to $605 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $70 million to $105 million with positive Free Cash Flow, assuming the previously announced transaction with Edge Autonomy had been consummated on January 1, 2025." This guidance was also mentioned in their Q1 2025 earnings press release (issued May 12, 2025) which typically links back to these filings or summaries: * Redwire Corporation Reports First Quarter 2025 Financial Results: https://ir.redwirespace.com/news-events/press-releases/detail/172/redwire-corporation-reports-first-quarter-2025-financial Look for the "2025 Financial Outlook" or "Full-Year 2025 Outlook" section in their press releases or investor presentations for the most current reiteration of this guidance.
Dilution eating my lunch, RDW then ASTS now BULL fook me
On RDW I see from your history? I’ll definitely read it, but things get buried under all the gain/loss posts but I guess there’s a way to sort through that I hadn’t noticed before
I’ve been in RDW for years. I wish I lad loaded more a few months ago when it dipped back to $7
RDW; EL; BULL; UUUU; SKYE let’s ride
Here's what I think happened. RDW is not part of the "penny program". This means that the option quotes can't be displayed in penny increments, although in certain situations they can be traded in pennies. Most exchanges (and many brokers) will not accept a penny increment order in a non penny program stock, but some will. Your order was sent to the BATS exchange (which does accept penny increment orders here) and a 1 lot traded on the ICE exchange at .10. You won't be protected by NBBO (re the .10 trade) with your .08 offer as it wasn't (and couldn't be) displayed.
Redwire $RDW. Board members are ex-CIA. They sell drones that explode
It very well may be but most people will ignore it or actively scoff at it. RKLB, ASTS, RDW, etc were all posted her on these exact types of threads many times over the years. I suggested ASTS myself on one of them about 6 months ago. It’s just that most people see these stocks and think they’ve either run up too much already or they haven’t run up yet and are some garbage stock that has no chance.
RCAT, RDW... might get some bump in the short term. In the space sector, I'm in RKLB, RCAT, ACHR, PL
My personal opinion goes with the rest agree that RDDT will grow like crazy RDW will grow as well like crazy I believe it to be next RKLB kind of stock especially at these levels RDW is severely undervalued compared to RKLb and ASTS. All are great investments and I like the 3 LUNR may do good but I believe in this as a more longer term (3-5 years goal to hit $100 a share) still as undervalued as RDW Why? Look at revenue per share RDW and LUNR about $3-4 revenue per share while RKLB generates $1 In 2 years RDW and LUNR expected to have $8 revenue per share so I think they’re stock prices will defiantly reflect a high upside while RKLB will and may reach $2-3 per share, not that’s its a bad company it’s just how the shares are structured they have more shares than the rest. I have another one highly believe in which is less than $5 so still a penny stock not sure if I can talk about it in this subreddit but their revenue per share is $1.5 so severally undervalued
RDW is plus 10 but their market cap fits with a sub 10 so in the spirit of the post it fits right in.. they’ve become a favorite of mine as well
RDW offers something others don’t yet— zero g pharmaceutical and chemical testing. Production in space. I see this as the next potential breakthrough regarding compound structures and bioavailability / selectivity. Could be a wash but they do offer manufacturing … in space.
RDW looks promising for me. It’s a pretty safe bet. BBAI is a longer play but it looks better with every report. In 2 years it could be big. NBIS is crazy good but the run allready happened. ACHR is a real gamble. Nobody knows this. The partnerships they managged to pull is pretty impressive but I just can’t see the vision. However it turning into a semi meme stock and for that reason it’s worth to hold it. They tend to go ballistic. I hold most of these things so please nottice that I’m a little biased. Sorry I just read the sub 10 part but there is no way I delete all this.
Dude I am holding on to RDW just waiting for it to jump like all the other space stocks.
I am terrible with options, but with this bull market, it's been pretty easy to scalp those high momentum names whenever there is a pull back. RDW calls haven't worked out, but KTOS ones have been great.
RDW MVST maybe APLD and RDDT These are my most confident short term bets although I’m in all for the long term Great picks with low price to sales valuation especially the first 2
I own RDW too, bought it at $2.99 then again on the dips this year. No idea what it does but it has been a great stock
As a retired rocket scientist, I took out some boutique positions in $RKLB, $LUNR, $RDW & $PL, and used the "Day of Liberation" tariff swoon to add to those positions. With the exception of $AEVA, these puppies have been my highest flyers. :)
RDW for sure. Voyg is new. Also VVX and mrcy. But rdw is the best
RDW LNR. Be careful
My friend asked me what to buy few years ago. I told him I am buying ASTS which was then like 3-4$. And RDW which was around 2.5$, but of course he should do his own diligence. Which he did. And he didn't buy. Welp... I know it eats him up now. But also, there is no way he would have held until now.
This is unpopular with a lot of folks due to the risk and that's fine but I haven't been looking at any of the mature stocks over the past few months, all small and micro cap. I know that's probably not sustainable long term but right now stocks like RKLB, ASTS, OUST, AEVA, PONY (before the 50% dip), ACHR, RDW, PL, BKSY. I'm up big since April thanks to these.
Pretty much, I mean it makes sense. I follow a handful of names, and the worst today are like KTOS, DRS, RTX, LMT. Seems like a reaction to the war. I'll take the bet that KTOS will bounce back that 6% by the EOD of the expiration in July. I bought RDW after it feel like that 20% on the dilution announcement.
Missiles fired at US, calls on RDW
played datacenters-- keeping $NBIS and $GLXY played rockets-- keeping $RDW and $RKLB not really sure where to go from here honestly. maybe $ACHR and drone stuff?
What does ASTS have to do with Golden Dome? Thought that was more RKLB or RDW.
For 5 years I think as someone mentioned ASTS is a good choice, high risk but definitely high reward In this I would diversify as well with a couple more ASTS RKLB RDW RDDT LUNR APLD ACHR I’ll get downvoted maybe because these are considered very high risk especially some of them, but most got a lot of cash runway for 2+ years now that cushion reduces the risk a bit and while they continue making progress they’ll be able to easily attract more investors = more cash to burn. Over the next 5 years I could easily see some 10x, some 5x their value and some may stall or go down in value.
If you didn't previously have money in RCAT or RDW.
Well ended up buying the RDW 17 Jul-18 call. Up like 2% on it, let's see if people buy the dip on this one lol.
How long before RDW shoots back up after the stock offering?
all these posts people parking big money in $3T megacap shares that move 3% a month means people are afraid so I'm inhaling dilution-happy shitcos like $RCAT $RDW $ACHR $MVST
Kind of tempted to buy some RDW calls after the the dump on the news of offering more shares.
[Redwire Announces Pricing of Its Upsized Offering of Common Stock](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20250617626077/en/Redwire-Announces-Pricing-of-Its-Upsized-Offering-of-Common-Stock) \- RDW "announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten registered public offering of 15,525,000 shares of its common stock, at a price to the public of $16.75 per share (the “Offering”), for total gross proceeds of approximately $260 million. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,328,750 shares of its common stock at the public offering price from the Company." RDW closed at $20.57 yesterday, $16.95 premarket.
RDW right back to my buy price fuk me ASTS take the wheel
What do you think about all in on BA, NOC, LMT and GD calls? Maybe some DRS, RDW, RTX. YOLO? The last of my portfolio? All my savings? 200 left to my name after?
Boys. Better stock up now on RDW. Future of war is drones
RDW acquisition complete!!!!! If you aren't in RDW idk what to tell you. Buy august 21c

RDW vote tomorrow, should create some short term buzz. Hoping my calls print
Fuck I forgot about RDW. Held them forever with conviction until I lost my confidence in em for whatever reason then sold for something else that didn’t even pan out. Wish I’d had stayed the course.
Not holding RDW shares atm is crazy. Shit will continue to print
I'm going to make a very bold prediction and say that the stock could go up, but it could also go down. I do think it's overvalued relative to some other space stocks. For example, Redwire does, like, 4x revenue (combining with Edge Autonomy this year) yet has a post-merger valuation around what markets are pricing VOYG at... And that's with RDW being profitable as well, while VOYG is burning cash. However - On the flip side, a stock like RKLB is worth 13 billion, so it could be that some of these other space stocks will rise along with VOYG. IDK Wall Street is weird.
I bought RDW calls through this week. Regard strength activated.
RKLB and RDW calls gunna print again in the morning
That is good, but it's not what I meant. You still haven't given any DD. Moving forward, I've made a nice profit since we last chatted. Since May 21 to be exact. Isn't the market so much about timing? Rounded off numbers for 2025: High Feb $7.50, Low May $0.82 Crushing if you bought/sold those dates. Today's close $1.45 Awesome if you bought at the low. I did. I bought 1000 at $0.88 each. Granted, I had already bought 600 at $1.85. An average of $1.10. I'll take it. Especially if the analysts are correct: TODAY. The 52 week price target forecast per Fintel, that they got from the top analysts and institutions. Pretty much the same across other trading platforms: WOLF Forecast $2 to $13, avg $5. Or 35% to 900%, avg 250% RDW (close $20) Forecast $19 to $30, avg $24. Or -5% to 50%, avg 20% I hope I got those numbers right, LOL. In the long run, even at the worst, I'll still make over a 350% profit. Provided WOLF doesn't declare bankruptcy, of course. Every single source I found that stated this as a probability added "according to WSJ in May." Huh.
musk treason is pumping spacex rivals look at RKLB and RDW
RKLB and RDW my saviours
GUYS. I found a new trading algo/strategy. **Buy stocks by their colour!** For example, look at the color red. RED IS MOONING. RCAT RDW RRGB What could be next? Blue?
At open: TSLA puts, RKLB, RCAT, RDW calls
RKLB & RDW calls at open
LUNR, RDW, RKLB. Space is the start of a new supercycle. Also I’ve been eyeing RXRX.
So the play is anything opposite 🍈 ASTS, RDW, RKLB, BYD, NIO
Best: Bought thousands of RDW shares for $3.30 cost basis Worst: I used to own a lot of AppHarvest shares and they got absolutely cooked. Essentially, I had a strategy where I would buy shares of, like, eight or nine different companies that I thought would potentially be "revolutionary" so to speak - massive if they ever achieved success. All the poor performing companies I would sell off, while all the well performing companies I'd buy further into. Eventually I was down to just one, RDW, which more than made up for everything else. However, I'm still a bit disappointed that some of these other companies didn't perform as well as I'd liked. I really love CEA so AppHarvest's downfall was sad. It had terrible management tho.
My RKLB and RDW gun make me rich
You still waiting for RDW to hit $6? All you people that downvoted this are ridiculous. Chew rocks everyone!
Imagine buying RDW 42 days ago at $11 and now being at $18+. lol. You buy more wolf today?
ASTS has been a big winner after this fiasco for sure. Love RDW, PL and LUNR (mostly) as well
ASTS, LUNR and maybe RDW and PL are all good space plays after this development imo
Nope, ASTS and RDW went brrr lol
my RDW calls have been printing this last couple weeks
Is it too late to buy RDW? Been watching it from 7s.
I'm guessing it's moving today off this news: [https://www.stocktitan.net/news/RDW/redwire-receives-nasa-approval-to-advance-cutting-edge-manufacturing-omqplcyb5amz.html](https://www.stocktitan.net/news/RDW/redwire-receives-nasa-approval-to-advance-cutting-edge-manufacturing-omqplcyb5amz.html)
What's with the space pump? I've only got RDW.
Crazy how strong $RDW has been of late. Really wish I would have bought some of that a while ago. Rad company. Excited for $AGX earnings after the bell, I have a long position.
Surprisingly little chatter about RDW here today.
LUNR up 122% over 1 year. ASTS up 188% over 1 year. RDW up 176% over 1 year. RKLB up 514% over 1 year. Are you sure we are the problem and you aren’t just too retarded to make money?
RKLB is the #1 pick by far. They’ve run a lot so not the insane price you were seeing last summer but still worth investing. RDW is kind of a poor man’s rocket lab but its price is around where RKLB was last summer so it’s an opportunity to buy in cheap again. They do a lot of similar stuff and are arguably the #1 leader in space manufacturing which is incredibly exciting. Biggest catch is they don’t have launch which is strategically important in a lot of ways. Still very interesting tho and I have a sizable investment. BKSY is also one I like a lot. Very cheap. Earth observation in the right segment of earth observation which is military use. The overall space sector has been leaning hard military the past year cause it looks like that’s where the moneys going. They’re also an ai play, they have a sorta inference as a service model that is early stage but can detect certain things. Long term (imo) ai and sattelite surveillance will be a massively valuable technology, they’re at the front of it and you’re getting it at a few hundred million market cap. LUNR is my last space investment. They’re focused on moon landings and moon infrastructure. I’m a big believer in the moon as the place to be (even if this administration is thinking more about Mars. But they also haven’t performed to standard with their first two landers both tipping over so caution on this one. Still they have lots of big government contracts and if they do pull out the lunar rover contract that would be massive. I agree robotics are going to be massive, Tesla and Hyundai would be my two picks there. Bio tech is also kind of a historically horrible place to invest but I think we’re on the edge of some pretty massive breakthroughs there so I have a small percentage in that. Small investment in ACHR. (Or JOBY.) Then I have a quite moderate investment in a penny stock called ABAT. They do domestic lithium mining and recycling. They have a lot of government grant money and several projects making progress. Also just part of a broader thesis that we’re going to need to detach from Chinese critical mineral supply chain. Worth checking out though they have very little coverage and it can be tough. I think that pretty much sums it. I can go deeper on any of these if you need. Obviously very headline explanations.
Rcat and RDW soon with their acquisition of edge autonomy, which produces a variety of drones with defense applications
Currently hold RDW, hoping to get RKLB and ASTS later on in the future.
buy the RKLB movement instead. If ASTS does well you'll get plenty of contact high from it, plus insulation from failure thanks to all the other projects rocket lab has going on. Sprinkle in some RDW, never hurts to own part of an unsexy (for rocket shit, lol) nuts and bolts component supplier who sells into all of these space plays.
!ban bet RDW to 16 in 1 week
I would prefer $RKLB, $MDA and $RDW instead of legacy space companies.
ASTS partnered with Singapore Defence S&T Agency last night AH, it should get a boost today. I still can't get over RDW's gains yesterday, nor RKLB's. Totally rational market where a stock goes up 20% for delivering a computer.
Not buying $RKLB or $RDW because I already loaded up a long time ago. Just waiting the gains roll in....
My RKLB & RDW calls are printing this week
Seems like a lot of space related names are up today. RDW, RKLB, FEIM, GILT, MPTI are all having solid days.
My space gang is making a comeback, maybe my RDW calls will make it after all
RDW is back with NASA contract. Something something fuck bers
Not sure it's gold dome as much as this news: [https://www.stocktitan.net/news/RDW/redwire-awarded-contract-to-provide-critical-avionics-technology-for-movk3oplh5r0.html](https://www.stocktitan.net/news/RDW/redwire-awarded-contract-to-provide-critical-avionics-technology-for-movk3oplh5r0.html) >announced today that it has been awarded a contract by SpaceTech GmbH to provide critical avionics technology for the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Next Generation Gravity Mission (NGGM) satellites. The NGGM satellites are ESA’s contribution to a planned NASA and ESA Earth observation satellite constellation known as Mass Change and Geophysics International Constellation (MAGIC). MAGIC will combine four satellites, two NGGM satellites developed through ESA and two GRACE satellites developed through NASA and the German Aerospace Center, to measure fluctuations in Earth’s gravitational field. The planned constellation will provide unprecedented data for water management applications, including monitoring droughts, floods, ice melts, and sea level rise.
RKLB and RDW both good plays for golden dome 💰
