April 8 giving the 3rd Quarter remarks Irwin Simon stated a good time to add beverage businesses. "Thank you all for joining us today. As we look ahead, we see tremendous opportunities to grow our beverage business, and that includes adding more breweries to our portfolio. With prices where they are now, it’s a great time to invest in these assets and build out our capabilities. "Price fits. Could it be Splash beverage SBEV check out when shares sold. Yep lol. Some stocks one has to conclude one will never understand. The one like that for me is SBEV. Hate that so much.
Hit a nice run on SBEV this afternoon
Xair-big catalyst 30% pump and probably fade SBEV- vibes, 250% rip lol
SBEV halted into after hours and ripped lmao, exited just before the halt unfortunately but then scalped it a few times afterhours.
Don’t tell me that SBEV gonna be the next UPXI.
What on earth is up with SBEV? got in and out earlier today at a small loss 'cos it looked like it was done and then right before close it just ripped and has kept going since
SBEV might be worth watching
Yesterday, I guess the plays are HCTI and SBEV, and I hop in HCTI to become bagholder meanwhile SBEV was going up, looks like next time I need to go in both, I guess. LOL
HCTI and SBEV might be the AH play. I guess..
SBEV???? Up 3900% already lol God damn
I set up an entire screener for micro cap US based beverage and food product companies, haven’t had a chance to dig through it just yet, but I’m sure I’ll post something tomorrow after I’ve spent the evening gathering some data SBEV was another that was on my watchlist a few weeks ago.
Does anyone have feelings about SBEV? $.16 current price $.75 1yr price target.
Holy fuck, the DD is good, but this feels like TNXP all over again (saw it last week at .38 & missed that entry point, wound up entering at .44 & exiting with a net average cost ((between Monday till EOD Wednesday) of .52 at .54 All in all it was a 3.8% net profit on the run, but here I am wishing I got in at .38 Then I see this… on the very evening that I accept that TNXP is a long position and it’s dead in the short term & you know what, I’m feeling sentimental & bullish about Jones Soda, I’ve actually had my eye on a few food n beverage options like SBEV & Nespresso Canada… But honestly… I do wanna keep up with the Jones’s so LET’S GO
SBEV ,Will it recover any time soon ?

xd so what do you think of SBEV now?
While the comparisons with CELH are inevitable, SBEV faces a few problems: 1. The margins are not good. At 30% gross margins there is hardly anything left for anything else in the company, as well as SG&A costs being sky high as it is (having big names in your management means big compensation), SBEV needs to find some way of reducing it's cost of production (currently Pulpoloco Sangria is imported as is from Spain, while SALT Tequilla is produced without an exclusive deal from an OEM distiller) or increase it's prices (not possible in this economic environment). 2. Nobody actually knows how well any of these brands that they have are selling, their margins etc. From their quarterly report it seems that Tapout and the sangrias are doing well, while SALT tequila and Copa di Vino wines are being phased out by distributors, indicating poor sales. Indeed, the alcoholic market is very saturated with competitors and it would perhaps be wise to drop some of the poorly performing alcholic brands. 3. Have you actually seen any Tapouts, Cdv's, SALT tequillas or Pulpoloco sangrias anywhere in any store? Distribution deals have been inked for over year but seemingly nowhere to be found on store shelves. This is indicated by the anemic growth (of 1%, if you can call that growth) of the distribution segment of the business. It is the most important segment of the business because that is where all of this talk of DSD takes place and it's barely moved. Why? Meanwhile it's e-commerce business has grown 50% Y-o-Y, but with worse margins than the distribution business. Beverages are sold on both Amazon where Amazon takes a cut of the sales, and Qplash (their own website), which also apparently sells PPE and competitor beverages. Yikes! Who knows how much of the sales on Qplash are those of their beverages and those of their competitors'. 4. Splash Beverage will need massive amounts of capital to realize it's dreams of being a plug-n-play portfolio company. Current debt interest rates are at a sky high 12% and expiring in less than 12 months, and expect much, much larger share dilution in the years to come to overcome the cash burn it is experiencing. Do any of these analysts with 2-3$ price targets even take this into account? According to my calculations, it could take 4-6 years before the company becomes profitable. Are you willing to foot the bill for all of this cash burn before then? This isn't even taking into account potential further acquisitions of other brands in the future, which will require a lot of capital to be raised. 5. The exclusive rights to the CartoCan paper cans is only valid as long as Cdv (which is doing not too well, according to the latest quarterly report) is in the beverage portfolio as it is a by product of the Cdv acquisition. Besides that, the facilities to produce these cans will need to be built in the US (CartoCan is not a US brand) which once again, means more capital expenditures. In short, this probably isn't the buy you were hoping it would be (you could probably 2x buying now and selling it before the annual report is released next year). The biggest problem is the massive dilutions that will follow in the coming years, bringing the valuation per share down into the gutters. With that said, I truly believe that Robert Nistico is the right man for the job and that the management team looks fantastic. I will keep this company on the lookout for the coming years.

When Celcius was doing similar revenue levels to what SBEV is doing now, they were only burning around $3 million in cash a year... SBEV looks to be burning over $20 mil a year... with basically no cash on the balance sheet and had to raise outside capital recently... does that concern you?
According to Q3 financials revenue increased by 73% and gross profit increased (both relative to the same period in '21) SBEV's portfolio and underlying distribution network is significantly more robust than before. Annual results should clarify the bigger picture soon, but after past stutter-starts it looks to me like SBEV could be girding for a breakout based on more recent developments
Splash Beverage Group ($SBEV) could quickly return to $3 if there is a gradual uptrend and earnings are strong whenever they are released.
#SBEV and #EVTL are my choices, both losing money at the moment, both with great management behind, both in very competitive markets. Both are a very long and risky bet, but i can see great growth around 2025 if things go as planned. They are NOT going to be the new Tesla, but i bought shares and i need you to push the price up

Speaking just from personal experience, I have lost a lot of money waiting for something to get better that just never did. I took some losses on certain positions in order to not have it go to zero, and that freed up that cash for better opportunities based on tested strategies. With patience and discipline, waiting for conditions to be met on those strategies’ entry/exit points, I have re-purposed those resources and made it profitable. If I had continued holding, those positions (APPL, CFVI, and SBEV) would certainly have gone to zero as their exp were getting close and are now way OTM. I have seen some options come back to life, and while you can roll the exp and price out for better odds, Sometimes it’s just better to re-purpose those resources and take a loss now so that you can start winning again sooner. My 2 cents 😉
I think there's a tough battle ahead like you said, look at what happened Thursday. Sentiment is what we need... we're going to need buyers at $10+ that didn't preload into this. That's what scares me, a huge amount of preloading and pumpers inflating expectations. This needs to be played carefully, or some of us will be the next generation of bag holders. True Diamond handed retail? I won't say what I think. But preloading? I've seen what happens. SBEV Is a recent example.
$SBEV SBEV stock Breaking news: WSJ Markets… Price Target $8.60 (with consensus of BUY!)
Was on its way until they had a shelf offering today and killed momentum. I got stopped out and moved the funds over to DCFC and RELI. Will be keeping my eye on SBEV though, bright future for the business
SBEV going to go straight up
SBEV has been on a steady incline from around $3 to now being just past $5 a share. That's where my play is going to be
SBEV - bid distribution deals with AB One means Tapout energy drink will be on shelves accross America. Their CEO is the guy who took Redbull to $1.65 Billion in annual sales.
SBEV is squeezing on low volume (nearly no shares left to borrow and 100% borrow fee) They have been announcing new distribution deals every week since their big deal with AB ONE. Soon their Tapout excersize drink will be on every shelf accross America and smart money is buying up the float. I expect it to go to $20+ in the short-medium term. Their CEO is the same guy that took Redbull to $1.65 Billion in annual sales.
Thanks man! Ya, I'm really liking SBEV lately, they keep dropping good pr about new distribution deals. They make the Tapout excersize drink and others and based on the previous spikes in the chart, Im thinking it could go really high. Lots of shorts stuck in that one. Ive been playing IMMX and INDO too. Also watching SENS. Im hoping for a morning dump on DCFC and ill probably buy back in then, looks like lots of upside there to me.
Glad to hear! BKKT was definitely the better play for today. Fortunately for me, I got stopped out on SBEV during that dump and was able to increase my position size buying in lower. I am cautiously hopeful for tomorrow for SBEV seeing how quick it bounced back. Time will tell, still riding this one for now... Im also watching IRNT... they got some good news after hours and it looks like it could run big
SBEV taking off, their CEO took redbull to $1.65 billion in annual sales. A proper shortsqueeze happening right now
Both good plays, im pretty much all in on SBEV. I have some left to buy the dip tomorrow morning and see how high she can go. Its got some pretty crazy high spikes on the chart. The highest goes over $25! One of the reasons I'm choosing SBEV over BKKT is that SBEV is still somewhat under the radar and I think shorts are way deeper under water. I also think this company is going to be raking it in with these new distribution deals. CEO is the guy that brought redbull to $1.6 billion in annual revenue. Good luck whichever you choose!
Im nearly all in on SBEV, they announced another distribution deal today, zero shares to borrow. Looks like a very bright future for this company
If you had told me this morning that my biggest gainers would be playing breakouts on names like SBEV, BROS, and BBBY I would have nodded in agreement.
SBEV is an actual squeeze, dont miss it
SBEV is where its at. Real short squeeze happening on an actual good investment with distribution deal news
never thought a ticker called SBEV would be single handedly saving my port from extinction but here we are.
I do. While i wish i had gotten in under $3, i also wish I had gotten in on SPRT under $5. In that case I bought a small position when it was at $6 and added on dips and eventually went all in at $18 when I could see the momentum was crazy strong. The next day I awoke to see it blasted to $40. My point is, I think SBEV will go up a lot more, in this case just based purely on fundamentals. The distribution deals they have recently announced put them in a very strong position to capture market share. Everyone knows the brand Tapout, and their workout drinks are arguably the best available. The fact that there are no shares left to borrow and a rising borrow fee is icing on the cake and will add buying volume that could lead to some extreme upwards movement I really like this one
Regarding SBEV I looked into it and do you think it’ll run higher considering it went a lot already ?
Bkkt is a prime example, i looked at it yesterday and saw it had a second low that was higher than the first and a bounce. Then i look at shortablestocks.com and see how much is left to borrow, and the borrow fee. if its close to zero with a high fee, and the momentum is in your favor, i go for it. Bought Bkkt first thing this morning, got extra lucky with the fact that it was a monday and they released good news. Im also in SBEV, i think it will go much higher and im eyeing up IRNT right now thinking it looks very similar to the setup on BKKT. Might buy some in the morning if the volume looks strong
SBEV going up big rn. Shit birds fly
SBEV, it was heavily shorted and recent catalysts shot it up x3 and it has held. No available shares and left to borrow and rising ctb on shortablestocks.com. They've been announcing new partnerships and distribution deals. Another one on Feb 2nd. I think this one could pull a LGVN level move.
I like the looks of BFRI, SBEV, ISPC, XELA All have nearly no shares to borrow, rising price trend and high borrow fee
> The main aim of all the individual who come to this subreddit is to find stocks that can go exceptionally high and make money, right? Absolutely not, that's what stock screeners are for. The aim of this subreddit is to talk about analysis, to practice analysis by comparing my own results to other peoples, and to learn about the different strategies that people are employing. If you think SBEV is a good company, click "2 year" on the chart. You didn't "miss" anything. Personally, I wouldn't touch it. But if you think you missed out, then it must not be too late... it is a micro-cap that is still down. ONE is an education stock in China. Their government recently banned most private tutoring and prep classes. The company is Delinquent and missed their regulatory filings. Probably because they already shut down and forgot to tell you. I love crappy stocks, too, but I wouldn't touch those. And I bought EAF today, that's how much I like crappy stocks.🤣
TSRI and SBEV top 2 fintel, bbig still much hype
Imagine watching your portfolio drop day after day and missing rips like DWAC, SOFI, LCID, RELI, NIO, SBEV, CELZ, and on and on. When in doubt you can hit the memecult subs for some kool-aid and hopium.
Guys I have small doubt could u guys clear it plssssssssss. At exact 8:00 Am est . The top pre market gainers with top 5 or 3 volume gained in pre market would make move of 3 to 5 percentage up or down and stay again in the same price area after 8:01 or 8:02. Could we able to profit of that price action 🤔i have prove check today ZGNX and SBEV check it out at est 8:00am candle in 1 min candle. Pls DM me if interested . May be I have way to make 2 to 4 percentage on the invested amount 🤔me good for small accounts under 50k
