Long story short, new drug came out Tonmya for fibromyalgia, new drug for that hasn’t been in for almost 20 years and resorts to off label controlled substances. And the stock did rally well but it had a reverse stock split and I couldn’t accumulate the way I wanted to. So yes it’s a very important question

Just get on chatGPT and ask “what are the top Strong Buy ratings from analysts?” I use webull to double check that I’m pretty sure Robinhood does as well. Now top analysts may not cover penny stocks so you got to be careful. On webull it will tell you how many people have done analysis and it’s over 10 with a strong buy recommendation you should be good. Check they aren’t in debt or losing money which can be done easily on webull. Doing this I’ve done well with BITF, SNDL, TNXP, just started TARA. It’s taken a couple of months and none of them have immediately mooned but that’s what I do. Honestly to catch one of those 1 day 100% movers you gotta have inside information.

You are welcome. My favorite is NRXP, bc I love their mission. I made a comprehensive post on this sub yesterday, which includes my previous posts within. Biotechs are wild. Some, like TNXP which recently went as high as $60 or so days before FDA approval (MC $550M) drops to $27 a couple of weeks after approval ($240M MC) bc they are starting commercialization. Good buy point and hold in my opinion. I think TNXP and NRXP have pretty similar TAM s in terms of number of people suffering from their applicable disease/indication. NRXP’s MC is $55M and they are close to getting a PDUFA date set with the FDA. It it were to act similar to TNXP (and some other biotechs), NRXP’s shares could 5x prior to approval. But after FDA approval (which has a very high probability as you will see) since they will own many clinics to begin delivery of their treatment, the share price could keep going up. Similar in certain ways to UNCY. All 3 companies did r/s that hurt then-current shareholders, but it is a necessity so often in biotech as you may know. UNCY’s MC is about $74M now. I think it should similarly increase to a MC that is 3x to 5x the current before the PDUFA date, and end up with a MC far less than TNXP’s was at that time and a little above what TNXP’s is now after their drug was approved. Especially true since UNCY got a CRL from the FDA and the drug had no issues, which to me is like a pre-approval and greatly derisks their drug/asset. This comment probably deserves a short post. What should happen and what does happen can always be different. But, the only thing I try to do is research the facts hoping they are right (esp. using AI to help), and then draw comparisons.

I hope I’m wrong on it, past six months up by 123% due to anticipation on the FDA 501k which supposed to be on Q2 but delayed and now expected to be on Q3. Although Q3 also align with them to go ahead with commercialisation, hopefully the FDA outcome is approve. The price keep going upward, that is why I feel It’s priced in and ppl may sell when the news drop. You can see it on TNXP for example.

I was going to make a post on r/TNXP because a while ago I saw someone post about "what next after TNXP approval." Here are some comparatives to consider: * MC pre FDA approval: TNXP at $450M ; NRXP at $50M * U.S. TAM: TNXP (Fibromyalgia) 7M to 10M people ; NRXP 13M people, as just published * **Note the expected revenues by EOY 2025 at $100M** for the clinics they have acquired, are in the midst of acquiring, and plan to acquire in the next several months. **They will be able to start off providing their drugs (after FDA approval) directly through their clinics.** The above does not count the drug candidate TNXP has in P2 (TNX-102) or NRXP's NRX-101 remission maintenance drug candidate. By comparison NRXP is **HIGHLY UNDERVALUED** and as soon as everyone notices, the share price should easily **5x** \-- pre FDA approval. When they get the CNPV, it could very well move higher than that.

Next week will be massive TNXP - if approval comes, they start commercial release in Q4 and it would be the first time in 15 years that a similar drug got approved.
