I find it hilarious he does these things. They're so blatantly obvious, sloppy, and stupid. Yet, he just doesn't give a shit. Somehow this same strategy has managed to make him worth $6+ billion, made him President for 2 terms, enriched his children to a level that I doubt normal real estate investments and even following S&P 500 would have done in the last 10 years. Keep in mind his children are involved in scam companies like $UMAC which handed Don Jr. around 300,000 shares and is still currently sitting at over $11 (at one point was at $20 per share). It was trading at under $2 before Don Jr. was handed his shares and "position".
It's down 56% since October but up 95% since last year. Are we going to keep leapfrogging over each other's dates to suit our respective narratives? You're welcome to carry on but I'm already bored after one round. Saying that a small-cap stock went down a few percent on the day of earnings means absolutely nothing when S&P500 hits a 6-month low and multi-billion companies are dropping far more than that. I can absolutely blame it all on the war because when I open my investment app there is a clear pattern. \- KTOS had two great announcements last week, including a $49mln contract on Thursday and still dropped over 5%. \- AVAV -5% \- BKSY -17% \- ONDS -6.8% \- UMAC -12% \- LPTH -13.5% (also an optics company with much larger market cap than KOPN) Look at the price per share of some of those companies. I don't know what the earnings figures would have had to look like for KOPN yesterday to not to drop and who was expecting them to look like that (certainly nobody who's been following the company closely enough) but to reiterate, 6% drop for a small company like that is a very small drop indeed. Also, if you look at the chart, you will see that the stock went well over 10% up on market open yesterday whereas I see no jumps of any kind for any other small-cap stock I hold - just steady downhill straight out of the gates. If the earnings were as shit as you suggest, the stock would've fallen off sharply. Also, you don't need to tell us you are down on your position - I gathered as much from how emotional you got in your post. Speculative investments clearly don't suit you and I hope KOPN has opened your eyes to that. I'd suggest you consider index funds or Coca-Cola instead.

Im a swing trader. Swing small cap stocks. This year mainly drones(UMAC, RCAT, ONDS) space(RKLB, RDW) and a few energy stocks.
That's funny, I get mixed opinions on AMPX and UMAC, people hate or love ONDS. I've known about ONDS for awhile, but just started getting really into the Drone Wars lately.
I wouldn't put UMAC in with the rest of them considering the abysmal drop they went through today 😄 but yeah, I am like 95% invested in ASTS/RKLB/PL and ONDS as my drone play and I am not complaining about how well they've been doing.. the rest i cant say I really care about or am interested in, AMPX maybe, but I'm happy just holding what I currently went all in on
Does UMAC have a real business? My sense is that they are propped up via Trump family connections. That may be a good strategy for the moment but I think their price is heavily influenced by Jr's involvement. If I were in your shoes, I'd take the money now :) (I did a quick scan and they do seem to be "real" but I suspect that Don Jr. has an outsized role in the stock price and that won't last forever).

I have a fear with RCKT bc my friend invested in this stock last year when patient died in trials and the stock fell pretty hard after that. My friend stills hold the stock though waiting for the pump up in price. I feel that I have overextended my portfolio with biotech related stuff (DRTS, IMRX, MBOT, MDAI). Yesterday I added 100 shares to DRTS, DDD, NB, CTM, PDYN, MBOT and Kopin (Ondas and UMAC bought Kopin shares with 2.10 price last September for long-term potential, my average is 2.22 and sitting with 300+ shares, earnings coming up in a week or two) I also bought 200 shares of Canadian Uranium mining company Denison Mines which is under 4$ right now, should be a good entry price but there seems to be a dilution fear with it right now)

Nice job man! Love this stock. Just discovered it around 6 mos ago bought 50 shares at around $9 and dca more on the way up..not many good dips in a while. Currently my favorite stock of my 150. Other favs I've been in for a bit longer APLD RKLB ONDS RCAT UMAC PL BKSY NBIS IREN APLD..familiar cast of reddit characters. Fun finding a gem on the earlier side when they hit pay dirt. Makes you feel like a genius but much luck involved. We tend to not mention the ones that haven't worked out..so far.
I admittedly don’t have too much experience rolling cc’s. However UMAC along with all the other drone stocks are very volatile so you could always let them get called away and go hard into selling ATM puts on a big red day.
Anyone else into Kopin (KOPN)? They are suppliers of displays and optical systems for the military, including FPV drone goggle displays for Unusual Machines (UMAC) who count several of the recent Drone Dominance Program Gauntlet 1 winners as customers (orders imminent). $41M private placement from Ondas, UMAC and Theon, $15M funding from the U.S. Army, orders from Lockheed Martin - quite a stack. I might do a brief write up on them in the next few days but I genuinely think there's gains to be had there over the next couple of years if you have the patience. Other than OPTT, the only penny stock I have my toes in but I'm yet to come across another investor.
I yearn for the days when all I needed was Microsoft and Apple for a 50-80% yearly gain. During this war you should be in oil. My main oil is UCO. Fertilizer, mine is CF. Drones, mine are UMAC and RCAT.
None, I'm way up. When warships were moving towards the strait of Hormuz and off the coast of Israel I had a hunch trouble was brewing so I bought some UCO oil fund. Once the war started I sold my AI picks and shovels and others and bought more oil, drones (UMAC, RCAT) and fertilizer (CF). Once things simmer down, Ill go back to my original portfolio.
That's what investing in PLTR is getting us into, and ONDS, and UMAC...
