I don’t think the man chases anything in his life. His competition is playing checkers, while he is playing WOW 😅 From what I’ve seen, most of the products that he launches are beta tests for timelines 10 or 20 years down the road. I was just reading about this in commercial real estate. A lot of central business districts are under water with reduced rents and higher vacancy over the work from home trend. we never worked out these loans as we pushed them down the road like mentioned here. An apartment guy I know was saying that the private credit people don’t like to foreclose and rents on apartments have gone down in some metros that were over built and again, it was kicked down the road. Now here is the part I thought was like, WOW! He says everyone is expecting Trumps new fed chief to cut rates and let everyone off the hook with low rate refinancing to solve this. imterestimg times.
