I buy the stocks of products that i use. APPL, NVDA, AMD, CELH, YUM, COST, etc... I don't invest in the little things that i use but the big things that I have faith in. At the end of the day tho i only play with like 10-20% of my portfolio for individual stocks.
May sound silly but I buy stock in companies I buy from and use on the regular that I feel are decent. GM because I have had 4 chevy vehicles in the last 15 years. Amazon no explanation needed. ATT who my cell service is through though this one hasn't been pretty but the dividends are decent. YUM brands because I absolutely love Pizza Hut. There are another 5 or so companies I hold stock in for the same reasons. Of course this isn't my entire portfolio but about 15% to give a bit of diversity from the remainder of my portfolio. I saw a post on reddit a while back about how a father was setting up an account for his daughter and he let her pick the stocks. I can't remember exactly what she chose buy it started out with chicken nuggets and I think a barbie. So he bought her stock in Tyson and Mattel. She ended up with a better return than he did lol
Those arent publicly traded though. except in the bathrooms. Also YUM! Brands arent filled with great quality food, but that stock has $150 per share. Is taco bell real Mexican food? No. But it helps with constipation. And that, my friend, is what we call a 2fer
Rumored YUM might buy them.
Heard YUM might buy Wendy's
Shareholders should hope for a YUM purchase.
normally I would say great because they absolutely ruined the brand. Deep fried pizza crust is disgusting. But we all know some PE firm will buy it and absolutely destroy it more than YUM! I know a former corporate employee of Taco Bell and they are fucking hurting there too. Taco Bell has been firing corporate staff and finding ways to stretch money further. This is why they started dumping popular menu items, because they did an AI analysis and found that based on cost and demand, what remains makes more money and less overhead. So if you ever wanted to know why they would kill fan favorites, that's why. Some fucking machine said that getting rid of certain items and lost customers would still be a cost savings and more profitable if they kept the basic stuff... Which lost them way more money than they initially thought. Everything under Yum! brands is falling apart because of corporate mismanagement and the fact all the food is fucking garbage and expensive compared to the competition. They're getting fucked in their home market by real mexican food places and Del Taco, which is owned by Jack in the Box, who has been making strides to offer more authentic options to set themselves apart from Taco Bell. Why do I bring up Taco bell? Same story as Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has heavy competition, the competition is reinventing itself and offering better deals and options while Pizza Hut just keeps raising prices and dropping quality.
My moves for tomorrow are hope I don't lose too much money so I can still eat Taco Bell. Therefore calls on YUM
looks like we have an abundant supply of ber meat for the whole year.. YUM !!! time to make spitroast ber with golden crispy crackly skin with 🥭 chili dip sauce
YUM pizza Starbucks. WOW combo deal lol
You're highly regarded sir, AT&T and YUM during AI mania. You need to stop reading that Intelligent investor and start reading books about trading instead.
Just had Pizza Hut delivered in less than 30 minutes. This includes my 2 liter I will directly inject into my veins and the 6 piece chicken tenders I’m saving as a midnight snack. My personal pizza will be eating for those reasons, personal, and should be considered a cheat meal. My large stuff crust double cheese triple toppings of bacon and sausage plus pepperoni on the side is my actual dinner. I would’ve ordered pasta chicken on the side but inflation. I’ve tipped the sir and he was grateful for his 20% tip *chad emoji* I’m stimulating the economy, get in line ladies !banbet YUM 160 25d

I have never eaten at CAVA. I do YUM Taco Bell 1-4 times a month depending on offerings. Is there moat? Is it something unique?
Even Taco Bell (YUM) is struggling from their ER. Only the M7 are making money.
YUM (Taco Bell) is ironically not doing well.
Anybody playing earning on any of these? $CAT $AMD $YUM $SMCI
YUM because they own Tac0 bell
It’s still relatively close to an all time high and priced for strong growth. It’s got a P/E of ~400. Mature chain restaurants that are doing relatively well like McDonald’s of YUM have P/E of 25-30. So Shake Shake can’t just be beating low expectations but needs to be demonstrating strong growth in both revenue and profitability, if it starts to stutter more it still has plenty of room to fall further
YUM earnings 8/5 at it looks ready to rise
Should I join the DNUT fomo or did I already miss out 😴 Crispy Cream is literally in my backyard! YUM 😋
I genuinely feel like McDonald’s has fallen off outside of kids. Every new item they release is either a re-release no one really cares about or a shittier version of old stuff they’ve had. Whereas Taco Bell has been consistently putting out new items that are fire. If everything wasn’t so expensive I’d go long YUM / short McDonald’s and ride it into the sunset.
All-in on YUM it is. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Two week old TACOS.. YUM
There is also the fact that Ozempic will over time drastically alter the processed food landscape. People will eat less snacks. You see similar hits with PEP and potentially in brands like MCD, and YUM
You’ll get shares of the new company then. Nothing will happen to your stock. (Even if they did a 10 for 1split PLUS the new company - your share count would increase and the price would decrease - same thing - nothing else happens). Sounds like you’re getting shares of the other company though. This is what happened when I was in YUM (Taco Bell) and they split to have restaurants in China, so then I was given YUMC alongside my shares

Taco Bell is owned by Yum! Brands, NYSE: YUM
Gonna start an etf with the ticker: TACO Holdings: * YUM * CMG * JACK * LOCO
YUM the parent company of Taco Bell is up AH by +$2.50
YUM was mentioned in the NVDA 2026 Q1 earnings call
YUM is up 2.69%. How much is your portfolio up excluding $nvda?
While that would be funny.... most of my portfolio is up more than the 1.2% AH that YUM is. Its just average market movement, rising tide and all.
Where is YUM trading right now?
yum rsi is over sold on rsi 5 min so i'm buying up a tinyy bit now....and as it hits support on daily at $138 and $120. TACO TUESDAY!! every tuesday buy up YUM! let's do this!

Wendy’s does look cheap on the surface—P/E around 13 and a dividend over 7% sound attractive in this overvalued market—but dig deeper and it’s not the value play it pretends to be. That dividend is skating on thin ice, with payout ratios pushing up against their free cash flow limits. Growth is flat, margins are tight, and the brand sits awkwardly in a saturated space dominated by giants like McDonald’s and Taco Bell. Without a compelling turnaround story or expansion angle, Wendy’s is less “sleeper value” and more “stagnant yield trap.” The speculative bull cases—Ozempic dropout rebounds, tariff-induced junk food addiction, and DoorDash-driven impulse eating—are amusing but weak. If we actually saw a major GLP-1 reversal or economic stress play out, the fast food names that benefit will be the ones with scale, menu innovation, or brand obsession. Wendy’s isn’t leading on any of those fronts. And while the technical chart might show local support, you don’t buy long-term equity on vibes and memes alone. If you’re into fast food stocks, better bets are McDonald’s (MCD) for global defensiveness and real pricing power, or Yum! Brands (YUM) for more diversified exposure. For actual growth, Chipotle (CMG) is pricey but aligned with health-conscious trends (which ironically makes it a winner in a GLP-1 world). If you’re feeling bold, Restaurant Brands (QSR) owns Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons—underleveraged brands with room to grow. Wendy’s? It’s the Arby’s of your portfolio: not offensive, but no one’s excited it’s there.
Ironically you bring up the one company which survival completely hinges on the current political situation. At the end of the day it really depends on the political situation. I mean the US government want us to be self reliant, but politically we don't even have the natural resources let alone the technology. With the latest political tension China has already restricted trade of rare earth which you cannot make electronics without. So with everything it is a gamble. But you could literally pick one of a hundred stocks that was not completely reliant on the current political situation if you wanted a topic not about politics. Like oh how do you feel about YUM Brands?

Actually if you look at YUM, it had been rising surprisingly well until April 3. Big discount right now.
No one's going to be able to afford to eat at Wendy's or McDonalds. Taco Bell's cheesy bean and rice burrito is still $1.50 and has 9g of protein. It's the cheapest replacement good. But don't invest in YUM because the price of rice and beans will go up and this won't be true for long: Buy the burritos, store them frozen, and sell them for $100 each in a month when everyone's starving.
Really considering calls on Taco Bell (YUM!). Shit is cheap food. We will all survive on $3 tacos.
lmao i had shares of YUM before
THEY FORGOT MY GIRLFRIENDS TACOS YESTERDAY. PUTS ON YUM!
Explain what’s bad for me? Literally nothing has changed except the fact I don’t have to see Biden ruining everything we have. $PM is booming. $YUM is booming. $UBER $$$$. I get to see Karoline absolute be a boss. Adults are in charge now. America won. Yes, you created a huge mess and it will take time but it’s beautiful to see you squirm. So if that’s bad for me I hope it the bad continues lol we’re the captains now.
fortunately for me and unfortunately for your portfolio lmao, I know how to diversify and ive done just fine. mine want to look how the trump administration is crushing stocks $PM, $YUM, $UBER, $CVS, etc. turds lib don't know how to diversify and it shows here lmao.
Trump administration has had so many stocks kick ass PM SBUX YUM T CVS MCD O ESS UNH NYC I mean there’s a bunch thriving from this administration
sure. YTD results for the Trum Administration: ATT 23% gains UBER 20% gains PM 29% gains YUM 16% gains Healthcare, Reits, all prospering with Trump. Should I continue?
Nvidia got a YUM! VP drunk and convinced him this would save them money. That or paid him a kickback.
"California man wins $50 million in lawsuit over burns from Starbucks tea" \- Associated Press Do you think I'd have a case against $YUM for the way that Taco Bell has disfigured my colon over the years?
YUM! and WMT when we all don't have money and have to live off bean burritos.
