I'm reposting it here hoping to get some feedback. :) **---- ORIGINAL POST ----** Has anyone else consolidated their underperforming crypto from 2017? I'm considering converting the ones that haven't surpassed their 2017/2018 all time highs into ETH. That way, I can simplify my holdings and minimize the number of accounts I manage, freeing up my mental bandwidth to find new opportunities. I really dislike the fact that my crypto is spread between so many different wallets and prefer to only hold the ones that are listed on Coinbase or Bittrex. The risk with converting all of these is that one of them could randomly 10x. This actually happened with one token that I'd almost completely forgotten about because it was such a negligible amount. The gain wasn't life changing, but it was still a very nice surprise. :) So, to all the "older" traders from 2017, how have you rebalanced your portfolio since then? Would you roll these into ETH? OMG NGC PROPS SALT LPT PAY BDG EVO Another thought is that I can remove these crypto from my portfolio app, so I don't have to see them every time I login, but then I worry that I'll forget about them. :)
BDG - Bitdegree. They collected a shit ton of money, said they dont care about the value of the coin, investors shouldnt be greedy and then they went off for a 2 week vacation. I was lucky to make some money before their statements. My buddy lost 40K. He is still holding them but they are worthless and will never recover.
Man, all of these bring back memories. Painful memories. Most of my 2018 portfolio was PRL, DBC, Nano and BDG
I have. Also Jan 2018 first entry. PRL and SHL went to nothing (thankfully, OPCT is coming like close to 60% of the investment in PRL and SHL). BDG is still at 99,97% down (still hope for this one :)) DBC went like 99% down, now it climbed to 20% of the investment. CarVertical, SelfKey, CXO went down a lot, but have been climbing back recently (some even small profit). ​ None of them were a large investment, but it still hurts.
I have a strong feeling me investing in Coinbase and Kraken stocks is going to be one of my best financial decision. That said, I invested (confidently, if I may add) in Oyster PRL, DeepBrainChain DBC and BitDegree BDG in 2018. [I still hold some anxiety from that time](https://i.imgflip.com/3ugb4u.jpg).
DBC - something, something AI. Looked awesome. Rug pull. BDG - token for education. Looked great. Rug pull. Don't trust Udemi platform. PRL - biggest one. Private data online for a low cost. Rug pull from a mentally ill dev, after the project started getting traction.
