Honestly even his traditional investing advice is vague and he just pushes his ELP network f financial advisors. His personal finance advice IMO and experience is pretty simple and solid — no debt — have a budget and plan — save and invest.
It’s one of the only ones here that explain how ELP-1559 works and gives an example. Most of the other comments aren’t contributing to that sort of understanding lol
BTC was extremely well thought out from the beginning and ETH after ELP-1559 has been controlling the previous concerns with inflation.

She coming out swinging at everyone: 1. Minting your own collateral in the form of exchange tokens. RIP BNB, LUNA, FTX, etc. I agree with this 2. Using marketcap as the be all, end all metric. Also agree with this one. 3. Using TVL as an indicator as health of a chain. This gets a bit more dicey because it can give a good insight on total locked funds on a chain/service but it depends on how it’s calculated and how reliable the sources are. 4. Overpromising technologic upgrades that fall flat/don’t live up to promises. Specifically mentioned ADA and ETH as not living up to the hype. I agree that ADA fell kinda flat while the knock on ETH is more debatable (moving from PoW to PoS without a hitch). Drastic energy usage reduction and ELP-1559 which added a deflationary mechanism + Zkrollups and other scaling solutions is promising imo. 5. Too many sports sponsorships. Acknowledged her own project as guilty of this but I thinks CDC is the biggest offender here.

ETH isn’t the only PoS network and there are alternative solutions like rocketpool/others for people to stake without having the 32 required for a validator. ETH has also added deflationary mechanisms to account for inflation like ELP-1559. Other coins do something similar to check things that don’t always have a finite supply. Price isn’t usually stagnant and for ethereum/other networks the coin is meant to be used for smart contracts/other purposes so it needs to be inflationary in nature otherwise it would encourage hoarding and de incentivize using the features of the network. Price is determined by what the market feels like it’s worth. You ultimately can’t access your coins while they’re being staked and some coins have a penalty for withdrawing before a certain time so receiving a bonus in the form of more coins/tokens is worth it imo.
The deflationary aspect of ELP-1559 definitely does carry over to PoS
