A bunch from the initial Algorand ASA boom. HDL, AKTA, and CHIPS were nice. Several other shitcoins I ultimately traded for ALGO or watched go to zero. Still have some AKTA & CHIPS and expect both to give me a decent payout in the next bull. If I'm lucky, of course.

The most money I ever made was a few thousand from a free airdrop I got on Algo, it was a coin called Headline (HDL). Not much to a lot of people but it was a lot to me and really helped me out at the time. Especially since I got it for free.
Lost $25K on HDL. It went from $1.65 to $0.007
Damn, which one was that? I converted like 75% of my HDL drops into $800 or so, which I think would have been worth $1200 at its highest. But that was the most I would have gotten out of any drop I’m pretty sure.
I think the better projects are Nexus, chips, Defly and then Moonboi is working on a product for taxes. HDL is a lot cheaper than what it was. I have some but I probably won’t buy more.
Nice! Yea, I wouldn’t say I’ve crushed it in defi but Ive done ok. Learned how to spot obvious rugs early on so don’t think I’ve lost more than like $20 from that shit. I did convert the $800 or so of HDL airdrops I got into YLDY…so…you can guess how that’s going lol. But yea, when Tinyman launched and it was an AMM/ASA frenzy there was lots of cash to be grabbed if you were smart enough to realize Garbage ASA with no reason to exist probably wasn’t going to pump forever. Watching DOGE and SHIB wised me up to that, fortunately.
Get your own wallet and start *using* crypto. I can't even remember how many airdrops I've gotten, ARB, ENS, HDL, LOOKS, LPT, etc, without me specifically making any effort toward any of them. I once found a link to a free headline (HDL) airdrop. Back then it was a very small news website. Got about 3000 tokens that I sold for 700 $ but at it’s peak was worth over 5000.
On keto and some niacin supplementation, my HDL to Triglycerides ratio is almost 1.0. My LDL is very high, but it’s the large fluffy type. Nutritionist said my lipids look great - even with total cholesterol over 350. Their is a lot more to cholesterol than just the total numbers - as you are probably aware. CAC heart scan a few years ago showed normal.
As far as the only health metric that I can measure, cholesterol, I’m doing stellar. My HDL has gone from 50 to 88, my LDL/HDL ratio has gone from 2.4 to 1.4, and my triglycerides have gone from 75 to 43. And since you produce very little small dense LDL when your triglycerides are below 60 and your sugar intake is low, my LDL should be about as healthy/Large&Fluffy as I can get it. I eat an absurd amount of fat, including pint of ghee every week, and red meat for like 85% of meals. The food is amazing, I eat all I want, the foods are nutrient dense. I’m thinking clearer, I’m never bloated or tired from food I’ve eaten, my inflammation is down(mental health up, irritability down). Fat is primarily ghee, coconut oil, red meat, avocado, olive oil, chicken, shrimp in that order.
I swapped all my ASAs back to ALGO, got burned by HDL and bailed on everything in yieldly

I hate yieldly. HDL- HDL pool fiasco, I took that personally!!! I also can’t shake the feeling that it was an inside job, though I can’t prove it. Sold all of it for a loss and did not look back. Would be an even bigger loss if I held lol
It was probably HDL. I got the same one. If you held on you could have sold for $500 at peak
3k HDL was airdropped to me. ( Algo ) At it’s peak was worth over a dollar per token. I didnt sell high of course
Coconut oil is terrible for you because it's extremely high in medium-chain fatty acids, especially lauric acid (C12:0) at 47-50% and myristic acid (C14:0) at 16-19%. Both of those fatty acids raise LDL cholesterol, and (IIRC) lauric acid even lowers HDL. Not good. The other really bad oil is palm kernel oil with 48% lauric acid and 16% myristic acid. Both coconut oil and palm kernel oil are worse for you than butter, which is 3.9% lauric acid and 13% myristic acid. Butter is predominantly palmitic acid (C16:0) at 31% and oleic acid (C18:1ω9) at 24-30%, which are both fairly neutral in their effects on blood cholesterol.
But at least Algorand is green, and So is HDL 😍
Because it is immutable. What does a coins projects have to do with it staying or not? And personally I’ve used Algostake, Loftly.ai, Algofi. I’ve invested in HDL which has consistently produced good shit on algorand. I use algogems for my NFTs, so I’m actually able to make a profit since there’s 0 gas fees and you can mint and sell NFTs for free.

There are close to zero good ASA's. Non have viable use cases, safe for things like Defly or HDL if you actively want to use their apps.
Didn’t the HDL pool on yieldly get hacked too? I read they had the contract audited but then later pushed out an unaudited update with the issue lol
Yeah, lots of absolute garbage showing up on Algo and on Yieldly like OPUL, Flamingo, and the shit that happened with the HDL contract on Yieldly. Low barrier to entry means tons of useless shit (and scams) get thrown against the wall.
So there’s been some issues with the HDL distribution pool on Yieldly and they just recommended that everyone withdraw their funds. The current APY say 2.6 trillion % 😂

HDL airdrop has been my biggest surprise in crypto so far. In amongst the general crabbing at the moment it was fun to see a token that I had forgotten suddenly being > $500
