If you NEVER transact with another person who can positively ID you - ie you literally only ever use it to transact with completely anonymous folks through something like TOR with PGP all while using your own network and using burner accounts on all the websites you visit, while using tails as your OS… then sure. You probably are totally safe. Otherwise, you’ll probably be ID by the government by a simple slip up you make in your OSPEC. And once you do, bam, they have literally everything and every one you have EVER transacted with all within their fingertips, and they never even have to go to court either! Isn’t that LOVELY!
