As you can see on the link you posted (under "markets") POKE is available on PancakeSwap. Where you can buy many altcoins. If you want a centralized exchange Binance is a good idea already, as is KuCoin or Gate.io (never used Gate.io, no idea if it's good, but there are a ton of coins)
