The obligation is pretty simple. New tokens can’t be created under the same contract / name. If you created a token via a smart contract and called it “SMRT”, whatever the max supply is cannot be changed. A new contract would need to be created with a new token, even if it was somehow called “SMRT” it would be a different coin / token, therefore run under a different market cap etc and totally irrelevant to the original token which had been created. Therefore it would have zero impact in terms of diluting existing token holders, only adding another competitor token on the market…hope that makes sense. There are certain coins such as ETH which have basically infinity as supply but they have burns etc which is another whole subject when it comes to understanding smart contracts

Your wallet wasn't hacked, you logged into a spamware account. SMRT on your end. It's gone! I still have approx $40k of BTC sitting in an old abandoned wallet from 2011 that I can't access because back then the security measures weren't as high, iE it's gone.
Talking about Ponzi Schemes here, What happened with SMRT token and then SMRTr???? Why does it look like it fell facefirst on CoinMarketCap? I was hearing people say staking SMRT is the way to go, along wit OHM and TIME. I don't understand if this got rugged or not. The creator made Jade Protocol recently, how is anyone to trust this???

I don’t think we should be deterministic abt anything. I mean the same can be said abt Ada. Been taking abt SMRT contracts forever and when it was out, plutus wasn’t even deployed. I think eth and Ada will have their own niche (and Im invested in both).No need to be a maximalist of any project.

SMRT/SMRTr (SmartCoin+SmarterCoin) looks much better... It also presents itself as a "Squid Game of Crypto"
That's smart. It's like keeping a lottery ticket. I should do this. I sold all my SMRT coins this morning. I hope I don't regret it, but since they came out with the SMRTr coin, I doubt it. (I do not recommend this coin. Which probably means it will do well.)
I lost money on smrt today. Not feeling so smrt now. I have been looking at weird little coins on Trader Joe's lately. That's how I found the SMRT coin. far, I don't recommend it. However, you never know? *not financial advice*
