TARA has huge potential, for people who are patient. I don't own any, but I noticed its dramatic movement this week. Other low-cap, low-price coins that have caught my eye recently are QSP, TIDAL, RING, IDV, and ZEON. I don't know much about them or own any of them yet. The only coin I own that sort of matches your description is DVPN, which you can get on the Osmosis DEX by trading ATOM.
Got back in the door recently, looking at what to buy next I like VET, LINK, and ZEON, any advice or other suggestions? Spending about $250
