I did this with TTOO. Lost nearly 50% of my account before pulling out. Luckily I did, because I would have lost 99.999%. I didn't learn my lesson there though. I did the same thing with SOUN and gained it all back and then some within a year. Now I'm very cautious. 50% cash to make FOMO trades. 50% in VT.

I asked meta Ai if TTOO (one of the worst garbage stocks) was a wise investment. It said the company finances were millions in debt and the stock was down 99%, could have long-term upside potential but extremely risky. Then I asked it to give me a list of what will be the 10 best performing stocks of 2025 and TTOO was in the list, along with NVDA, AAPL, etc... see where this is going? I then asked why it would reccomend TTOO if it had just told me all the negative things and this was its response.. "You are right to question my previous pick. Upon further review, I realize that I made an error in including TTOO in the list of top-performing stocks for 2025. A good catalyst could possibly trigger some buying. But all the dilution makes buyers hesitant. How many times do we have to see this to realize it’s probably not going anywhere. $FFIE was a squeeze. There were over 260 million shorts. Also $TTOO could have squozen if people actually held because they diluted 150 million shares and it still went from .05 to.80 with 50% SI. Maxeon needs a catalyst and probably needs to go to .06-.07 cents for people to be interested. By that time there will probably be a fuckton of shorts.

It took me many purchases to realize averaging down, in general, on crappy stocks is a losing proposition. Beyond the peak that generated the hype, the value just decays. For me the learning experience over the past few years has been TTOO, IBIO, and TRKA. Between the 3 I am about -97%, and thankfully under 10k in losses.

For a penny stock to get a decent run one of four things has to happen from my experience. 1- it’s rigged by mms and run up before an offering. This is usually the case in low floats or sometimes used to get to warrants that someone needs to cash in.. (CXAI is a good example).. 2- high short interest enough to get the attention of the rest of the market (TRKA GNS WHLR examples of this) 3- biotech phase 1,2 or 3 with amazing results in cancer or Alzheimer’s or another area with little to no effective treatments) ie TTOO VTGN SAVA etc) 4- expected large catalyst like Fda approvals Buyouts mergers buybacks big earnings ect NVOS TRKA ect and the best will fit into several of these categories.. high short interest low float big catalysts.. MCOM- stocks like this one that have had a ton of dilution end up leaving a bad taste for investors.. a stocks history and float size are important factors. Now could some discord come along and try and make some money off of it and have it run a couple cents.. sure but I can’t see myself any reason for the stock to go anywhere, but down and be reverse split. This is not financial advice but if I were you, I would be looking for a recent reverse split with a relatively low float under 5 million that has an upcoming catalyst and a decent amount of cash on hand so you don’t get stuck in an offering.. Research patience timing.. all extremely important. Small caps have been decimated over the last few years and things. Don’t look to be getting any better anytime soon. These are not long holds unless you wanna lose every cent you got. In and out done.

I was following stocks in the 30 cent range a few months back, and seeing which ones had crazy volume, and which ones did not. Purely looking at these numbers. I wanted one small position for each of those conditions so I could see what would happen. The high volume one I picked was TTOO. The low volume one was CYBN. Then, I didn't touch them..I didn't swing them, I just wanted to see what happens to them. Surprisingly CYBN did pretty amazing. It more than doubled its value. TTOO did some crazy shit entirely unlike the movement of CYBN, lol. I knew the R/S was inevitable, and knew the company did one last year, etc, so that I was mostly trying to learn how these things work and what to look for, in those crazy charts. If I had learned what I wanted and was able to get out during a dump that would have been fine, but I became so fascinated by what was going on and glued to the charts as they swung wildly. Then they announced the R/S one morning right before market open and it crashed. Then the pre split price was already way lower than I expected it would be. And now I expect the post split price to continue downward. I'm actually surprised it's hovering at the (what to me would have been 8 cents) 8 dollars range still. But I suspect it's going to go down because I think most people are going to sell and get out. I did learn a lot. I went ahead and closed my position in CYBN with 144% gains so that was nice. But high volume pennies are not my thing. I'm sticking with my regular plan from now on (mostly tech and quantum), but interestingly my experience with CYBN led me to believe I could hang in the low volume penny world, and swing some of that with less craziness. I think I will buy back into that one after it dips a little more. But no more of that crazy 100 million volume!!

Believe me it will be voted through. You don’t know how? Management can issue special preferred shares for themselves that grants them houndreds of millions of votes and overrule any chance of a “no”. That’s because it is NEVER “a last resort”. It’s the actual real goal, not compliance.. You can’t raise capital selling 20 shares per dollar. The number of authorized shares and time gets in the way. They WILL do the R/S. I told the TTOO board on Twitter the exact same thing 3 weeks ago when theirs got voted through. It’s all about the ability to raise capital! They can’t afford debt and they can’t turn a profit. Having retail investors hoping and averaging down is what they want. They do not gain from a higher share price ie. getting above a dollar, as that would provide an exit for everyone trapped. They want people to diamond hand and keep hoping so they can do the selling. Learn this and watch this pattern across every pennystock. None of the CEO’s gives a fuck about shareholder value. They are politicians and they will always lie to make you believe and hope
