Cool company. REKR, ASNS, LIFEV, AIRJ, nice to see and support these scrappy American companies . Investing has somehow brought back a feeling of civic pride in me. Look at these Americans doing stuff! Stuff that isn't yelling online or making frogs gay or whatever. 😆
I'll help you: 40% NLST, 40% FIX, 20% AIRJ
I only have limited funds right now for investing and mostly use it for IMRX. I've got my average to 5.25. I hope to use the potential gains from IMRX to buy some stuff in my watchlist in the future. AIRJ stock didn't do well. I bought the dip on Friday but it fell pretty hard yesterday after earnings (even though the company is pre-revenue) lol Impatient people getting out now because the product will be launched commercialy later in the year even though it was known already and there wasn't any red flags as far as the progress in commercialization (the cash burn is significant though but they have cash runway through 2027). The water scarcity problems around the world in general and in the Middle East now that is caused by the bombings of water plants makes their product even more useful besides data centers and US military.
AIRJ earnings today. Water/energy trade may become more and more relevant these days.
I bought, but very light… AMZN, NVDA, AIRJ, SSO, IBM, LLY, SOFI, ASML, BK. And when I say light, I mean light. Figure it’s DCA time. The market is basically almost back to where it was and I don’t see it dropping much further. If you include an inflationary factor of 2.4% for the past year, the amount of devaluation of your dollar, the S&P is up about 9.6%, the NSDQ is up about 18.5% and the DJIA is up about 8.5%. I believe that’s a reasonable point to DCA.
Could be… a little growing company called AirJoule, AIRJ, just might be a 3 year candidate. Makes pure water passively. Cheap enough to take a chance. Management has enough government/military and private jobs in the works to make this a contender.
Honestly, the tech sounds like magic until you see the capex required to scale it. Real talk, the "cooling" and "water" sectors are ripe for disruption because the current HVAC standards are so inefficient, but $AIRJ is fighting against established giants with massive distribution networks. Ngl, if they can't secure a major Tier-1 partnership with an industrial or military contractor in the next 12 months, they're just going to keep diluting shareholders to keep the lights on lol. I've been looking at how "deep tech" startups manage their burn rates, and it's always a race against the clock. If you’re holding this, you’re basically betting on their ability to move from "cool lab tech" to "essential infrastructure." It’s a high-conviction play, but I wouldn't go heavy until you see a confirmed, high-volume purchase order that proves the unit economics actually work at scale.
AIRJ Catalysts coming up this year
AIRJ has tech that should help cooling and water supply.
AIRJ swinging wildly- Stock price hovering right around where insiders last purchased Fascinating Nobel Prize technology currently testing with Arizona State University Signed agreements with TenX for distribution in the Middle East later this year > TenX Investment will have exclusive rights to market, sell, and support AirJoule distributed water generation and industrial dehumidification systems in the countries of UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Commercial terms are to be reflected in a definitive agreement ahead of initial commercial deployments, which are planned for late 2026.
I see no filings for AIRE. There's an AIRJ in mid-feb. What specifically are you referring to?
Bullish on AIRJ Dilution occurred earlier this month, it basically dumped from $4s then insiders bought in $3.30s. It's settled there now.
No problem. I've been silently following you through comments and took your advice on Roadzen, Ondas and Health in Tech. Also Airjoule Technologies ($AIRJ) is another interesting one to look into. It`s really speculative but insiders have bought a lot recently and it basically turns air to water to cool down data centers. It's being tested in data centers right now (or about to be tested), it`s biggest risk is cash burn though. It was recently diluted to raise 20M but managment bought more stocks and haven't sold so far.
Longtime RKLB homder here. I think and hope I'm early on a few stocks: TRT - Just did a 2 for 1 split today. Chip play. Interesting fundamentals. AIRJ - Chip adjacent. Nobel prize tech, deals with GE, insider buying. MYO - Not great fundamentals, interesting tech with international presence. I don't have much confidence in this in the near term though. I just want to know how they do in a few years.
I think Amazon is overdue. The pullback from $250 was mainly due to market skepticism about AI cap investment of others. Very probable that AMZN catches fire in 2026. Netflix is unduly down for an acquisition they can easily afford, so another strong candidate. My upstarts this year are AirJoule, which is just starting to accumulate analyst coverage (AIRJ) and less of an upstart but still early, Cipher Mining (CIFR), which sits on a partnership with Google leasing data center time and bitcoin mining at a very competitive rate. Financials/Banks are still SOFI and BK. Downtrodden stock to accumulate is definitely UBER. Crypto play on PURR and might get back on HOOD if I see the right dip with their expansion into prediction market.
Added to UBER, added to NVDA and considering adding to positions in PLTR (been long since $20’s), may add NKE, AIRJ (?) and possibly a play on CIFR with over 20% pullback due to BTC. Also good time of month to add PMI, maybe NFLX with recent pullback.
Can you all pump AIRJ over $7 for me. It’s on a nice 17+% heater today.
I agree with your thesis. My contribution is to look at AIRJ. They make industrial air conditioning tech that uses less power and makes WATER as the process by product. So they can cool data centers and provide expensive and scarce water. The price isn’t a penny stock but its market cap and trading volume are. My position is small - 50 shares @ $5.00.
So sell shovels (Water and Power)? AIRJ and SMR it is.
Montana Technologies ( AIRJ AIRJW ) filed a [S-1/A amendment](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1855474/000121390024050138/ea0203306-02.htm) to the post combination registration statement last night, accepted today. So looks like it will be a while longer before AIRJW are exercisable.
Montana Technologies ( AIRJ AIRJW ) spiking today. AIRJ at $18.70, up 33%, 183k traded. AIRJW at $1.48, up 40%, 263k traded.
When the S-1 does go effective, there will be about 22.5 million shares registered for sale by selling stockholders that are not subject to lock up. As you say, AIRJ has been thinly traded, so if holders of a few million shares want to cash out, that might drop the share price quite a bit. Also have some warrants, and agree they could be a real company. The investment by [Rice Investment Group](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/montana-technologies-announces-investment-from-rice-investment-group-302065566.html) is a pretty good sign, their [SPAC track record](https://riceinvestmentgroup.com/track-record/) is very good.
Any particular opinions on whether Montana Technologies (AIRJ / AIRJW) will continue to hold up? It seems like they have some real partnerships, but they are also thinly traded and relatively low float. Combination closed on March 14th. They filed their S-1 on April 12th, but I don't believe they have an EFFECT yet, so the warrants are not exercisable yet. But I expect that will happen pretty soon. I have a small amount of their warrants, which I have been holding because I think it is could be a real company.
At the risk of totally jinxing it, wondering if the Montana Technologies ( AIRJ AIRJW ) S-1 might be declared effective after market close today. Seems the SEC likes to declare those S-1s effective after market close on a Friday. AIRJ filed the S-1 on April 12, no updates since. Looks like around 22 million shares will be available for sale when the S-1 is declared effective ( including 11 million if private placement warrants exercise and sell ), 32 million are locked up for 6 months. AIRJ has been trading around 30 to 40k shares per day over the past couple of weeks, so might drop quite a bit if a lot of the 11 million unlocked shares decide to cash out.
